Veritas

Its near aventus, lighter, i'd say 90% there but side by side aventus engulfs this scent, its more potent, more refined, but in the air and with a little overspray, the normal person cant distinguish them. Its a really nice fragrance for that money. So good.

A good clone of Aventus and all for just £4 ...lasts a good 5hrs as well.

I would like to write a positive review of fragrance based on these thoughts. This is a review for Lidl Veritas. I am someone that owned a couple of Creed Aventus bottles which were gifts. I also had La Rive Black Creek which was a copy of Aventus made by a Polish company. Lidl Veritas is a versatile synthetic fragrance that smells quite similar to La rive black Creek. It is a less refined linear version of Aventus. Less powerful, less green and almost deodorant like. Still it has that black currant note and some woody aspects and some freshness that makes it a versatile alternative. I found this in Lithuania recently and bough a bottle for myself and my dad since 50ml makes a very comfortable travel bottle. In general I am pleased because it is hard to get something better in that price range. Longevity is not great, I might be too used to this fragrance, but I think it is about 3-4 hours and also it can stay on a skin a lot longer another 4 hours. This might be a very good option for the summer, because it is relatively weak when it comes to performance. The Creed bottle I own is 2x more long lasting and has a silage which this Lidl fragrance has a very little of. It is a good analog fragrance. Very hard to find something better for the price. It is decent in offensive and I see this being a compliment getter.

Low price, it seems synthetic to me, it's not smoky at all, it's fruity and fresh but I don't smell pineapple at all, I wouldn't compare it to Aventus, but for this money it's an ok perfume, it's like halfway through it hugs you Someone, it's a little on the skin, but it's nice overall.

I have this on one arm and Versace Eros energy on the other. They are very simmilar on the drydown, but I actually prefer Veritas. Performance is somehow ok, but it was literally 3€.

Quite similar to Black Leather which is a clone of old Aventus batches, more leathery.
