OSO Perfect Woman

One perfume to rule them all! This is a sexy rose musky bomb, only for date nights. Can only compare it to rose in Toy 2, as somewhat adult musky version. Bargain and most powerfull perfume ever. I keep it in a plastic bag because it projects from the glass bottle.

I've had this for ages but didn't know who made it or what it was called because I threw the box away straight away. Just saw it had OSO written on the lid so I googled it. I never in a million years thought it'd be on here. I genuinely thought it was just a knock off, terrible copy of JPG Classique. It's been my mam's signature scent for years and her ex would always buy her cheap versions like this. She would never use them and just pass them onto me. Mine is in a purple, shiny opaque bottle but it's very clearly supposed to look like the JPG bottle and it does smell enough like it straight away to know it's a dupe. Mine also has a different name, No Guts No Glory, but they have the exact same notes and both come up when you Google the other. There's just something weird and not quite right in the opening, like nearly every dupe I've come across for this perfume. So for that reason I've always dismissed it and never worn it. The last week or so I've been using it as a room spray though and I've started to quite enjoy it. If you get it out of your head that it's supposed to be a JPG clone and just judge it as it's own perfume it's not bad. Strangely enough, now I've stopped thinking of it as a Classique dupe, and given it a proper test, it's very much like it once it dries down. It's sweet, slightly orangey, white florals, ambery, musky, a bit powdery. The rose comes out more in the mid and dry down. A tiny bit more sugary and candied than Classique but not in a juvenile way. It's very close to Classique and it's only because I'm very familiar with that perfume that I can spot the subtle differences but it's mainly in the opening. It's nowhere near as bad as I've been thinking it was. I'm not using any more of it as room spray! I don't know what Toy 2 smells like so can't compare but this is OK. Not my favourite perfume by far but decent enough. Probably doesn't last too long but you never know. Sometimes a cheapy can outperform a £300 perfume.
