Lovely Me

This is a modern parfum. Sweet and smart. Light and clean. I like ambroxan, which smells like a derivate of clary sage and stays skin friendly. White flowers luckily without the heavy patchouli. Popcorn notes makes it also up to date. I use it everyday.

After I read the reviews, I expected this to be very disappointing, but it's actually quite a pleasant fresh scent. Definitely not mindblowing, but still pleasant.Great fragrance for people who want something light, but noticable.I can definitely detect popcorn, it gives an overall buttery feel on this fragrance and although I usually avoid these kinds of notes, I don't mind it here.I'd definitely be wearing this as an everyday, easygoing fragrance.

Meh. I tried this because of the popcorn note, which is the only note that has votes on it on fragrantica at the moment. I really suspect that there is something wrong with the note voting on this page, because this doesn‘t smell like popcorn at all. It smells like green apples and clean, synthetic jasmine. Or rather like that nondescript white floral note they sometimes call jasmin in perfumes. There is a blink-and-you-miss-it undertone of sweetness in this, but overall, it‘s just a fresh, slightly creamy, slightly powdery fruity-floral, not unpleasant by any means, but nothing to write home about and for sure not a popcorn scent.

All I can smell is powdery jamine and tuberose, with a bit of apple. Maybe something citrusy if you squint. No idea where the popcorn thing came from, if I hadn't read it I never would have guessed.

I don't get any popcorn note unfortunately. I get the tuberose and jasmine. This scent is not very nice, very basic light floral scent. Not impressed.

Not a review, but a comment to those below. Thank you. I almost bought this blindly, b/c of the Popcorn "note". After an epic fail w/ Paco Rabanne Pure XS this week (NOOOO Popcorn). Didn't even like it. So, THIS was good to know. I am tired of wasting my time & money on perfumes I cannot smell first! I will tell you a good one tho, IF you like Blueberry. Demeter did a "Jelly Belly" Blueberry Muffin. I was SO SAD when it was discontinued & wrote the company. A rep reassured me that "Blueberry" was the same scent. (Not under contract w/ Jelly Belly anymore). I was not so sure, but ordered it anyway. It WAS the same & it has a popcorn smell. I know Demeter isn't the longest lasting, but it's SOO good! Their Macadamia Nut is popcorny too. It does last for a few hours.
