Mambo for Woman

I barely remember having this as a younger teen, in a set with other LC fragrances. Mambo was interesting me, but not my favorite. Fast forward to recently, I saw Mambo mentioned on here and I could almost remember its complex scent. I ordered a bottle and received it a week ago. As far as I can remember, it was the exact scent that intrigued me as a teen, with the disappointing difference being the silage isn’t as strong as I remember. However, this could possibly be attributed to years of drug abuse in which I preferred to “snort” what I could. (I’ve been sober for 8+ years fyi.) As others have stated, it starts off with fresh mangos and mandarin, which both smell very green and realistic. When that dries, the tropical florals come through, not overshadowing the realistic fruitiness, but they’re just as distinctive. There is a subtle sweetness that comes from the fruit and florals, however, it's not gourmand or candy like, but very natural. Between hours 1-2, the spicy, woodsy, and vanilla notes are apparent. The vanilla is not at all gourmand either. It’s dry and earthy, similar to the vanilla in Atelier’s Vanille Incensee (which I love!) It adds sweetness to the balance out the other base notes. This fragrance is not linear. It’s layered and as the new layer appears, it blends seamlessly with the layer before and you end up with a fresh, juicy tropical fruit and floral, slightly spicy, slightly woodsy, and subtly sweet. The dry down is just gorgeous. It lasts for about 6-7 hours on my skin, but the silage isn’t as strong as I like. However, as I wear it, I’m able to smell it better, which is irritating, because almost half a bottle is gone. That’s okay though, because from my experience you can overspray without choking someone and since it’s so inexpensive, you won’t feel bad. Don’t let the low price lead you to believe it isn’t a quality smelling fragrance. If you put the Versace name on it, it would sell for $80-90 an ounce. This is what a perfect summer fragrance smells like, especially for those of us that dislike coconut/sunscreen fragrances. The performance is more than moderate for the most part and it doesn’t smell like a body spray or Escada like fragrances. It’s not immature at all. The value is amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a tropical smelling, beach fragrance and especially to those that dislike coconut and sunscreen smelling perfumes. This is a perfume that I’ll always have in my collection.

Instant mood lifter for me! Happy, cheerful, fragrance. Plenty of years ago I loved the smell of Mambo so I bought a little 1.7 ounce EDP and wore it but then put it aside and didn't wear it much. Honestly, I let myself be influenced by some of the bad comments about the quality of Liz Claiborne fragrances. Dumb I know, but it happens to everyone. Then one day a couple years ago I was out with my husband waiting in line at a coastal restaurant to eat lunch. It was a warm beautiful California summer day and standing nearby there was a boyish, tan, fit, freshly showered surfer girl with a group of friends and when she passed by us she left behind a scented trail of Mambo! Right then in that moment I finally understood what Mambo is all about. It's summer fun in a bottle. It's orange blossom, ginger, citrus fruits and some vanilla and musk in the base. The dry down is a beautiful soft orange spiced powder on my skin that leaves a soothing scent of having had a fun day out enjoying summertime. A couple of sprays are really all you need because it isn't a lightweight. People lean in to smell your aroma and men kind of give you a second take. It is a captivating fragrance for summer and it sells for very little money these days. If you love orange blossom, go with your instincts and stock up on Mambo. Your summertime fragrance wardrobe will be brilliant!

Blind bought this at Ross for about $13 after seeing such great reviews. On first impression the bottle design was very underwhelming but I like the 2-toned look. Anyway, on first spray it was an immediate like. The opening of this is shower fresh with delicious realistic mango. Not artificial mango scent but true mango like you are smelling the skin and all as you slice into it. Very mouthwatering, refreshing and familiar. The drydown allows for those florals, hibiscus and the warmth of the spicy ginger to dance alongside the fresh and fruity opening. What a beautiful scent! It reminds me of trips over summer vacation when I was in my preteens for some reasom even though this wasn't released until 2001. Not sure what it is but is very familiar. This is the kind of fruity juicy fresh fragrance I have been looking for for awhile now. Everything else I've tried is either too sweet or too artificial. This is PERFECT. It is for sure a LOVE in my collection now! Sillage/projection is moderate and longevity on me is pretty long lasting especially underneath clothing. I have found a new summer staple in this blind buy. Also has a sexy quality to it that loans itself as a great summer night date scent. Delicious!!

I’m thrilled w/my blind buy. TY for all the reviews! I’ve been eyeing this for years. Does the bottle match the notes? No. Dark, sleek & mysterious w/ a sunny, tropical liquor. Perplexing. But I get it. It’s reminiscent of Calgon “Hawaiian White Ginger” c.1999.It’s juicy, tropical, spicy & smells like salty, sun warmed, sunscreen’ed 4 pm beach skin-Mexico in August. It smells warm. It smells sexy. It smells salty. It smells like a salted rim mango margarita made w/top shelf Grand Marnier Rouge Cointreau that’s been melting in the sun. I love it! Nothing like La Vie Est Belle e’clat to me. The ginger & mango are a perfect blend of piquant warmth & juicy fruit. The salt note is similar to the one in CK Reveal. A bit “BO” but in a good way- a warm seamless skin smell. This scent makes me want to experience every stage as it morphs & melts & changes. I’m smitten! Yummy soapy mango beauty! I, like many others, revisited this scent from my past. Purchased a full bottle at Ross for $15 and upon first sniff was transported back to my first day of high school. (I quickly started singing “mambo!” from west side story as I played Maria in my sophomore year) This scent has an aggressive opening. It’s very floral and shampooy like you just walked into a bustling Visible Changes at the mall. But give it a few mins and it evolves beautifully on the skin. Mango/ambiguous tropical fruit and ginger shine on a creamy sandalwood base and the florals settle into something soapy. It’s fresh and clean but has personality. I remember feeling so grown up wearing this in the 9th grade. I musta been a baddie to all the boys when I walked past because this has some power. Destined for high drier heat, I can see her being a bit screechy in the cold. High humidity can turn her a bit sour or like flowers starting to wilt. So glad I’ve been revisiting some OG scents for cheap, a lot of them hold up from this era.

Now that the female version is found & the initial spray test are over, I can say something. On the initial spray, there was a scent for a second, then gone. To the cold dark closet it went. I wore for the bed test last night...yay. I don’t know how but it projected stronger after I had on for a couple hours. Ready to wear outside, I believe that is what it craves, soupy hot air. I love mango & hibiscus, so relieved I smell them both. It is sweet, fruity, fresh, & has a fantastic dry down. It’s a lil clean & a lil tropical, but not sunscreeny to my nose. I can wear in Spring & early Fall. Good easy reach. It lasted through the night, I had a soft sweet, clean scent on my skin this morning. The sleeve of my sleep shirt still smelled moderately strong. Will I be wearing out for the night, no, it will serve me better in the day. I would say safe for work settings indoors or out. Non offensive florals, not too sweet, & pretty current for an older fragrance. For $14.99 it’s great. 10/10

One of the best cheapie-but-goodies out there. What I love about Mambo is it's so lovably obnoxious. It's the equivalent of a woman at a Latin salsa club wearing stilettos and a skintight short cut dress holding a cigarette with one hand and a margarita with the other. She's smiling broadly, laughing her throaty laugh and waiting for her favorite song to come on. Then she sets the dance floor on fire with her moves. Awesome. But it's such a specific fragrance. There is a sharp somewhat boozy kick to Mambo that some may interpret as immaturity (I find it delicious). It's kind of naughty and mischievous in a flirty way, and I think that's what makes it polarizing. Not everyone's comfortable with feminine scents that are this aggressive. The price can't be beat and the quality (throw and longevity) are stunning. Worth the risk of purchasing blindly.

So I sit here trying to think up a clever response to the experience of Mambo's opening and eternal dry down, and still I lack to muster. I suppose the simplest thing would be to state that, for me, this seems the furthest fragrance from my idea of the word 'mambo' there could be. This instead embodies the quintessence of a California morning in late spring. The sun is still drowsy, so the breeze remains cool, while dryer vents fog small cylinders of space with such sweet puffs of soapy clean. Fruit trees have blossomed and shed blankets of petaled snow, making each step a breath of summer's yet-kept promises. All around is the day, with a crisp awareness of the sun's renewal. A fresh start unmarred and ambitiously optimistic. Amazing!

To me it's an understated tropical scent that says to me "native" rather than screaming "tourist!" To me it’s more California or orthan Caribbean. It's calming, relaxing scent reminds me of taking a nap on a balmy afternoon and then being perfect for an outing with friends later in the evening. I had a small bottle that I inherited from my daughter several years ago. I thought I’d give it more attention and wound up really liking it and getting a regular-size bottle. I wear it often, especially in the summertime. I agree with the comment about it smelling like fresh linens and that in particular is what I love about that it smells intimate but exudes a certain gracefulness. To me it’s very appropriate as an everyday scent.

Liz Claiborne Mambo is a beautiful, GINGER-mango-orange blossom. I have looked at and passed over Mambo for multiple years, at Ross, simply because I'd never heard anything about it; it's one of those forgotten gems. But then, someone on one of my Facebook fragrance groups mentioned how she loved it, and so I jumped -- spent $12.99 (+tax) -- and OMG -- it's great! Now, I'm a giant ginger and orange blossom fan -- I love Arden Beauty's clean, graceful, and well-behaved ginger -- and I love Elie Saab Le Parfum's gorgeous, heart-breaking honey-orange blossom. LC Mambo is a mash-up of the best characteristics of Arden Beauty and ES LP -- with a fun and fruity mango thrown in there, for good measure. Wow!!! Yum!!!

I love a long, slender bottle, so this caught my eye, although the packaging is dated. After a quick look at reviews, I decided to take the plunge for ~$15 at Ross. This perfume is perfectly summer. I loved it from the first spray to dry down. I smell the mango, ginger, and vanilla mainly on my skin. You wouldn't think vanilla would mesh with this scent, but wow, it does. You'd also think this perfume is sweet from the notes, but it is actually only slightly sweet and very robust in general. When it dried, I wanted a more aquatic note, so I layered this with Marc Jacobs Dot and the result was AMAZING. It was so wonderful that I made a note in my phone so I wouldn't forget!

I am really loving this at the moment. There is a seller on eBay that sells almost exclusively cosmetics, skincare and fragrances. They start their bidding auctions at one penny. I have scored some real gems for but a few cents plus discounted combined shipping. I have bought from them for years, making for some sweet deals for myself and gifts for others. In my latest acquisition for a mere $1.25, I won high bid on the LC's Mambo body mist. Thought, wtheck? I am really loving it. So much so that I just bought a $15 bottle of the EDT. This body mist will be delegated to scenting my pillowcase at night. This is fresh, sparkling, enlivening, yet soothing at the same time.

I found it in a very affordable price, they had not testers, but I decided to take the risk and buy it, i was expecting something more tropical and exotic by the name, box and notes but do not let that fool you this fragrance is nothing beachy or exotic but is dark, heavy, sexy and reminds me of something from the eighties or my childhood. First have a smell of soap, but as time passes it becomes something spicy, hot and sexy, is a strong scent so not for everyone, be careful in how much you use because it can affect the people around you. Great sillage and longevity, last all day on my skin, for the price so affordable is a great fragrance. :)

I broke this one out yesterday feeling playful and needing a bit of excitement. Loving it all over again! This is exotic, exhilarating, tropical, spicy, sassy, brash, a little over the top in your face and that's just why I go kookoo for this! I wore it during the day today doing some everyday things and dressed up just a little bit. I noticed guys looking at me more than a few times. When you feel good, you exude confidence and that attracts attention. My favourite Liz C. and I have quite a few. When I wear this perfume I feel sexy and young! Love love this perfume. It's so underrated. I've had it for about two years now and will not be without it. I do get a soapy scent but it's mixed with hot mango spiciness. Reminds me of those red Hot Tamale candies you could get in a box at the theater. Beautiful alone and is one of my favorites for layering with others. I crave this scent sometimes. Just slightly vintage but still holds up today imo. Very long lasting and good projection. It might be too much for people who like softer scents though. It's a keeper for me. 8.5/10 rating

It’s been years since I’ve worn Mambo, but I still remember it’s unique smell-fruity and sweet, in a mature, but not outdated way. At the base there is a slight woody-musk that keeps it from being cloying. I don’t remember performance, but I do remember it being unique; it’s unique enough to make a lasting impression. The value is outstanding and because of that, it’s so worth giving it a try!

Love the orange blossom and ginger in this. And the drydown is wonderful and lasting. When I first noticed this perfume on a woman I was sitting next to, I immediately thought of tiny white flowers. It starts out with a tangy mango but evolves into soft florals and and delicious vanilla musky ending. I get so many compliments on this and it so inexpensive. Have gone through several bottles.

"Hey Mambo" you are a juicy sweet fragrance with just the right whiff of floral elegance - like a soft tropical night dancing on a sandy beach as the wind fluffs your dress and possibly the flower in your hair. And just meters away is the resort dance floor, but you decide to dance bare toed in the sand. This is my sisters next purchase.....so I'll just take a spritz now and again!

I was ready to give this away, so I put it in the back of my perfume display and ignored it for the past six months and before I decided to sell it I thought I’d try it again. Well I was pleasantly surprised that I had a totally different experience than I did when I first purchased it. I’ve decided to keep it. It layers beautifully with many of my niche perfumes. It’s a keeper.

Creamy tropical fruit and fresh linen... yes, oddly enough it works! I tend to wear it on the weekends, though the few times I've worn it to work, I've gotten compliments. It's a no brainer perfume; I literally say to myself, "you've stood here for 15 minutes, agonizing over which perfume matches your mood today... use Mambo and get on with your life."

I loved this 12 years ago, got compliments, then moved onto creamier scents. Pulled it back out, and it smells wonderful again; mango, little white flowers (orange blossom and ylang ylang), ginger, sandalwood, and light musk. My husband has told me three times now, "You smell SO good." I'll take it! A little goes a long way. It's feminine and romantic.

Mango-ginger popsicle and sandalwood popsicle stick. It feels warm and cool at the same time. Sweet and elegant. Cosy and peppy. Lasts at least 6 hours on me. I felt my money was well spent. 10/10 P.S. A little off topic but the bottle is well made and effortless to hold/spray compared to some that are awkward or easily slip out of your hand.

An amazing fruity floral, and I hate fruity florals. This is how they should be done! This is definitely a tropical scent that reminds me of Hawaii. It is a blast of mango in the opening that almost smells plummy then the flowers burst open (ylang, orange blossom and hibiscus). In the base, there is lots of musk. Lots. This is a love.

Brought this back into my rotation after 20plus years and it’s exactly how i remember it!!! A yummy mango with a creamy orange with ginger snd hints of floral,musk and sandalwood. I couldn’t be more happier to be wearing this perfume again I still love it 23years later!!! Longevity and sillage are moderate on me.

I was in the mood for a citrus orange mango perfume scent with body and I reached for Mambo. I sprayed it on and was elated. It is exactly what I need to get through a hot and humid Saturday in summer! No weak body sprays, no freshy citrus perfumes, this one is it! Respray as needed, last 4 hours on my skin.

Move over Escada, this is one of my newest favorite fruity fragrances! Mambo has a yummy fruity and spicy smell (I can really smell the mangoes!) and has great staying power, unlike Escada fragrances. This was also cheap. First day at work my friend said to me "oh you smell really good!". Love it.

I had this when it 1st came out in 2001 (my husband gave it to me for Mother's day) and it was a top favorite and my signature scent for 2yrs! The scent on me was warm,fruity,tropical/mango-y..I loved it so much,it was not to strong or light! it had very nice staying power on me.

I will always have this perfume on hand. Wore it in 2003 and I still wear it now. I got compliments nearly every day but I wore it for me because the smell is so beautiful and it lasts and lasts. So nostalgic

I really love this fragrance! I think it has a coconut element to it, even if it is not listed. My only small gripe was that it did not last long on my skin. I would buy it again, though!

Opens up fresh white floral laundry smell then the greeness of the mango skin mixed with hibiscus enters then it becomes sweet and fruity with slight spiced sandalwood.

Recently, I have re-purchased some of the Liz Claiborne fragrances that I used to wear as a very young woman, and I am enjoying them. I'm afraid that I'm loving them even more now, than upon their initial release. I believe my tastes have changed, as well as some reformulations have occurred. Whatever the reason, I'm loving Liz Claiborne! Mambo, upon its release, used to be super spicy. So spicy, that I thought it was just an 'ok' fragrance that I never re-purchased until last Friday. I was doing a little cosmetic shopping, and came across a huge bottle that was so inexpensive, I decided to give Mambo another try! I'm so glad I did! To my nose, the ginger note is calmer, allowing the mango, orange and the yellow flowers to come through. Mambo is very well-blended, it actually smells like a clean, shampoo-y, fruity floral--especially upon initial sprays. As it dries down, the mango, musk, and sandalwood completely shines. This is so much better than I remember it! Mambo is perfect for running errands, the gym, work, picnics--and leisure. It has excellent longevity--it is still going strong 3 hours later! It projects well, also. I believe Mambo to be a safe blind-buy for a woman of any age.

I bought a 5mL parfum splash bottle of this for the nostalgia. My mom had this on her vanity growing up and I remember thinking this is exactly what I wanted to smell like when I make it to my twenties. I thought it was so tropical and spicy and "adult" and sensual and sophisticated when I was like eight years old, now as a devoted perfumista twenty years later I still like it, but I could see how it smells rather shrill and soapy and eighties-feeling to a nose that doesn't favor it. It's a rather full-bodied and old fashioned tropical sandalwood fruity-floral. And I just can't get enough of it. A rather quirky scent, both a loud and screechy white floral musk and a mango-ginger-hibiscus cocktail. It's a very innocent view of adulthood for me, one that could've only come through the lens of being a kid in the 2000s and viewing the tropical clubbing/partying aesthetics of the time in awe, and I've been really enjoying dabbing it onto myself throughout the day in an attempt to live up to that.

A very interesting perfume. It's sweet, clean, tropical, warm, orangy, fruity, and spicy all in one. When I first smelled it, I thought it resembled orange chewing gum, so I was a bit disappointed. But it quickly developed into a strong ginger scent, much like the fresh ginger root. Fresh ginger is sweet with a slight fruitiness, but it's also hot and spicy. Mambo showcases ginger very well. It's not the dried variety that smells like gingerbread, thankfully. I was pretty worried it would smell like gingerbread. In the drydown, I get heavy orange blossoms and ylang ylang. Mambo is suitable for hot weather. It's like J-Lo's fragrances, but not so saccharine sweet and just the right amount of spice for sexiness, yet it won't be harsh like Opium or anything like that. Lasting strength and projection are average. This is not my favorite perfume by any means, but for what I paid, I am more than satisfied with the quality.

This fragrance is quite astounding. It's definitely not like what the name and bottle color implies. Mambo really does have an 80's vibe. It reminds me of something that I wore back then, but I can't place it. I keep thinking of Lauren by Ralph Lauren, but the notes are not even close, so it must be something else. It's been decades since I wore a Claiborne scent, so I was curious to try one. Mambo is a really nice clean floral with great sillage and incredible longevity, so typical of early Claiborne fragrances. It's very bright & very mildly sweet, not at all cloying. The opening was rather harsh,synthetic & overpowering but the dry down is wonderful and charges along undeterred for hours. This is a very invigorating fragrance and smells somewhat "green" to me. This one is also very inexpensive. If you enjoy white florals and want a fragrance that delivers more than it asks, you might want to try this one!

I agree with the review below that this is more floral than fruity - it’s pretty and definitely soapy. It reminds me of JLo Miami Glow in terms of smelling like a tropical body lotion / bar soap without getting sharp or shampooey, but in this one Orange blossom is the main player and mango and ylang the back ups. The vanilla comes through nicely but I wish I got a bit more ginger! I like this one more in the dry down than the first few minutes, it’s got a clean and summery vibe but still smells good in the cold! I’ve just realised that the orange blossom / orange / musk / vanilla combination here reminds me of Libre! The addition of ginger so maybe the edt.... almost makes it feel like a Libre Le Parfum summer edition! I might be mad but it really reminded me of how I felt about Libre.

It was very warm and musky on my skin at the start but with a balance of sunny fruit to give it sweetness. The sweetness is not sugary, it comes off as joyful as it develops. I can see myself wearing this during cold weather to the office without issue as long as I don't overspray because one spray on each wrist is enough and maybe a light walk-through misting over clothes. This is potent but not offensive to others in moderation. It is mature but not powdery or musty. An excellent blind buy for me at an insanely inexpensive price. The bottle is funky and tall, no complaints at all. I bet this would work well layered over a vanilla or pistachio oil as well. Will definitely be excited to try it in warmer weather to see how it performs.

I ordered my bottle online and had to let it sit a bit - I find that my bottles change (generally for the better) if I leave them to sit after I get them from the mail. This is a really good value. I was expecting something almost syrupy, based on the notes. But, that is not the case, at all. It’s light on its feet and refreshing. There is just enough sweetness from the mango that any pith/bitterness from the orange is mellowed and only a bracing freshness remains. It’s definitely floral; but, I think that a guy could pull this off because it is more refreshing and fresh than anything. This would be a good scent for extreme heat 🥵 because it is refreshing. I like this one a lot.

After years of vague curiosity, I got to try this one today. It's on my wrist as we speak. I disagree with the note-profile above, so here's my take: it opens with a blast of white flowers- mostly tuberose, ylang ylang, orange blossom, tiny smidge of jasmine, all gloriously amped up with aldehydes! And then... cinnamon and interesting fruit-notes creep in as the flowers start to behave themselves. The base of this is centered on amber (labdanum), making this a floriental with accents of spice and fruit. It is deep and rich and likely too heavy for younger taste. I quite like it. It's like sub-tropical va-va-va-voom in a bottle! Definitely evening wear.

This was my high school fragrance, the first perfume I ever had. At the time, it seemed really sexy, and I got a ton of compliments on it. I especially enjoyed the "cooling" smell of it, like you were inhaling moisture. It lasted a long time, and it projected well. There was something very addictive about the smell. High school boyfriends also enjoyed the way it smelled ;). I still have most of the bottle left, and I try it now and then to see if I still like it, but now it somehow seems to lack subtlety to me. It's like a rainforest nymph, but with big, blown out eighties hair. Fun, but now seems to me to be trying a little too hard.

On its own, Mambo is kind of mature, dated, ylang heavy, and not very sweet. Layered with Mango Magnifico perfume from Marshall’s and TJ Maxx, it’s sweeter and juicier. This improves it, in my opinion and makes Mambo more wearable and more tropical. Edit: Wore it again after a few mos today. Seems stronger and sweeter, but still not the best longevity. I guess maturing can improve cheapies as well. It’s a sweet, over ripe mango. With the ylang, could be off putting to some. The vanilla, musk, sandalwood dry down is really nice and I still get a hint of mango.

lots of negative reviews here but I like this alot it smells really beachy. I am not sure if I am gonna keep it or swap it though as it smells just like Lilly Pulitzer Beachy (minus the salt note) and I already own that, they are pretty much identical. I this is wonderful though, perfect for summer. Maybe I'll keep it for when I want beachy but not salt as sometimes when I smell LP Beachy on me I end up tasting salt in my mouth, its really weird. Actually the staying power (on me) is weaker than Lilly :-(

What I'm getting out of Mambo is orange blossom creamy ginger smooth citrus creamsicle sorbet. Clean, green, fruity floral but not too soapy and musky (I hate clean girl heavy musk soapy perfumes/aldehydes). The fruityness is not a syrupy fruit drink like Escada's perfumes are. Imagine the vibe of Libre intense (like with the cold white floral vanilla) but replace the lavender with a creamy fruity ginger. Can't wait to wear this in high heat I think this'll be my go to in the summer.

I agree it's clean, summery, and beachy. Not sure it's really "me", probably a bit young for me, but that would be nice if it were. :) That's okay, I think I'll enjoy it anyway. - - - - - - - - - - - - - Also appreciate that I can smell it on myself! Not one of those disappearing ones that are so frustrating. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Picked up the hint of coconut today that others mentioned. I think this is worthy of being a daily default in warm weather!

I purchased Mambo online a couple months ago and wasnt thrilled by it so put it back in its box and forgot about it. Today I decided to try it again.I've been wearing it all day. . Wow! Beautiful burst of mango orange and ginger! I detect the ylang ylang also. Its a beautiful sunny day here on the prairies and this fragrance is echoing that. Drydown is almost like a sunset on an autumn day...cozy and sensual. So glad I gave this fragrance another chance!

It's a fun, inexpensive, flirtatious scent. The older, more sophisticated sister of a "tropical" body splash/body mist. It's a very rich and creamy tropical. You won't smell like a million dollars when you wear this, but there's nothing wrong with that at all! You'll be enticing and fun-loving. Good for barbecues, casual dinners with friends, going to the club... you get the idea. I love the bottle, it sums up the vibe of it so perfectly.

Liz Claiborne fragrances are so underrated and this is no exception. This is not a sweet fruit-chouli at all. This is fresh, tropical, a little juicy, clean, light floral. The ginger and mango are a little sweet spicy, but it is not a nose burning sharp citrus. This is really lovely and uplifting and breezy, I feel. To me it evokes white sheets drying in the sun while you lounge by the pool sipping a mango ginger smoothie.

to me this is a hidden gem that i found at ross for like $15. it smells like a wonderful fruity soap that's sweet at the same time. this is quite versatile and perfect for humid subtropical climates for anyone that enjoys this sort of scent profile. every time i spray it i feel like i'm ready to seize the day regardless of how busy i am ⋆ ̊꩜。

I wore this as a freshman in HS in 2002. I forgot about this and when I purchased the Shu Urmera deep conditioning mask repairing it reminded me of this scent. It took me weeks for research to remember this and look it up. I love this. I ordered some on Amazon for $20. It’s def year round night or day and really nice.
