such a lovely vibrant fresh floraly accord..such a beautiful floral ..so bright and right in every direction it just envelops you in a cloud of floral bliss its my perfect springtime floral i think i ' l l be getting this for mothers day there is something so sureal so serene so familiar yet modern invigorating something innocent something beautiful its a beautiful floral accord if i didn't read the notes i ' d think it was a peony scented floral accord all this love is coming from someone who is not a HUGE floral lover and is in search for floral bliss i think i finally found it its a close up to my liking to aqua di parma peony and it reminds me a bit from the ralph lauren romance and flankersa also hints of pleasure and flankers by estee lauder and joyful estee lauder it has that vibrancy the sparkly floral almost sweet accord its not too diffusive its not too powdery its not having that bug spray facet i usually find in many florals which puts me off from wearing the body line is amazing i got the hand cream and it smells so good its a fresh watery floral bouquet like walking in a floral garden smelling hints of green leaves but mainly a luscious floral romantic dreamy airy WATER full floral facet smells so real to my nose i am in love with it realy ! it's how i would love to smell all my clothes and linen and room like all spring ! don't let that innocent bottle fool you ! there is so much more to it ! it's a blooming bouquet waiting to be experienced !

I think the bottle is very sweet, and I love the scent. The regular Herbae is nice, but I find the fresher flanker much more my style. It is springtime in a bottle, and I could see myself wearing it often in warmer weather or when I just want a pick-me-up of sunshine without the typical yellow flowers that usually embody "sunny" fragrances.

Someone in the elevator asked me what perfume I wear so I pointed to the L’occitane counter/shop and said I tested some perfume at there because I really did sprayed on myself two or three when their sales person was busy explaining my friend about their hair care. I should buy it. The scent is so clean and fresh.

Angel just sent down to earth, but landed in a field of wild grasses and clover.

Beautiful scent of wildflower fields and wild grasses. It is quite unique as it is not fruity at all, not sweet, it is not a floral, not really citrussy, and it is very light green. Feels very herbal, light, fresh and natural, great for any age. There is only one big issue - it does not last. After an hour or two, only a slight trace of the scent is left. Can be good for someone who should not wear fragrance at work, or just wants to freshen up with a cologne-type product. I tried the EDP at the store on my wrist and it was much sweeter than EDT, I do not remember how long that one lasted though.

This is an interesting little scent, with an aromatic edge, pretty, fresh, less green than the original, I like it, but then it dissipates too fast and I can’t smell it after 20 mn..literally I would have to spray several times a day...but it has a little different tone, probably with the angelica, I will definitely enjoy it a lot on warm days! The bottle is super cute ..but I think I paid too much for a rather simplistic scent

This has a fresh demure elegance about it, reminds me of a wealthy young aristocratic lady living in country grounds, Who smells natural and earthy. It doesn’t last long though at all, I cannot smell it at all within minutes after being sprayed with it, unless I’ve become asnomic to it. I feel it’s a very diluted fragrance even for an eau de toilette. I wouldn’t purchase this again for that reason. Pretty bottle though.

Refreshing, herbal and grassy. I get an impression of a wildflower meadow after a summer rain, along with hay that is out in the sun to dry. Suitable for lovers of green fragrances. The more the fragrance dries down, the more a soft musk comes forward. The fragrance stays easily 12 hours on clothes, but the sillage is weak on warm summer days.

My favorite from L'Occitane in many years. Classically beautiful, feminine, and interesting green floral. Balances fresh and green with a bit of depth very well. I really like this as a daytime perfume in warmer weather. Evokes sunbeams in a clover field!

Extremely green, sends me to memories of being a child, picking clover and dandelions and ripping up grass. Smells very much like literal grass and clovers. I always loved smelling clover flowers and was pleasantly surprised to find it in a perfume.

I love green scents and when it's hot and humid and gross outside, this shines. It doesn't overpower and isn't too sweet. For some reason, it reminds me of Florabotanica. Very nice scent - I could see giving this as a gift for Summer / Spring.

This is the only "green" fragrance I've liked smelling on myself. It settles beautifully and lasts all day. Pretty grassy on me with a hint of bergamot and hint of clover. Very light, gentle and easily wearable.

A perfect mix of green, musk, and rose. Really good.

I tested both Herbae and this flanker today on test card. I found this the L eau flanker somewhat dated, generic scent. Unpleasant for me. It reminded me of Cristalle of Chanel, with reduced mellon and slightly more grass smell. I love Herba Fresca of Guerlain, and truly wished to smell something closer to it, but Herabe L eau has no similar notes to Herba Fresca. If your nose is accustomed to contemporary sweet florals, this may not be safe blind buy. Test before buy.

this starts green and somewhat bitter with a soft musk in the background. i think i am getting mostly clover and sweetgrass with hints of citrus. then later on the wood and musk dominate. it's not really my style but i can see how it's refreshing for spring/summer and not too sweet.

Super green scent. It is very herbal, grassy, I get a tiny little bitterness but not disturbing. Unfortunately poor longevity like most of the L'occitane fragrances.

Very generic flowery scent that I'd expect from Avon. Nothing to write home about. Would buy for my grandmother, but that's about it. Besides - the bottle and cap feel very "cheap".

Dries down to a scent that is too green / grassy for my taste. It smells nice and fresh at first but ends up reminding me of a freshly mowed lawn. Not for me to wear personally.

I'm starting to realise I don't like perfumes with angelica whatsoever.

I tend to have big issues with green notes, so the original Herbae was a big no for me. Walked around with an Herbae-scented ribbon for a bit at some point to try and get the hang of it, but it was just way too sharp and green. The L'Eau version, however, seems like just the right thing for someone who wants a softer, diluted and more floral greenery in their perfume. I find it much more palatable than the original, and though I would not buy it for myself (still a bit too much greenery for me, I sense courgette peel and tomato leaves), I think it is better structured than the original. Though I suppose those who like the original will see L'Eau as too generic, navigating towards the calone-cucumbery scents of the 90s.

This isn’t well balanced. Rather green and screechy initially, like walking through wild garlic sap. Then a strong peony bug spray note comes into play and which persists on me. There is a heavy waxy creosote smell in there too from the Eau luminaire original which makes this masculine, and suffocating, like EA RedDoor (which I detest). It’s a pity L’occitaine persist in using these two notes- the heavy resinous smell, and the peony in most of their perfumes. Their colognes and solofiore are nice but longevity of the colognes is poor. I’m sure they could make a lovely complex and long lasting perfume with a new nose in charge, and they ditched the peony and heavy duty balsam.

You can't really go wrong with this fragrance. It's just lovely. It starts off with the sparkling lemon and bergamot top notes and settles into a really beautiful scent which smells divine, like fresh fluffy clouds!! It's a very clean scent and you know at the end of the day you will still smell good wearing it. Herbae is the perfect name as you feel enveloped in the fresh concoction of ingredients which turn into a lingering memory of clean seduction.

This is very green, quite pretty, but it does dry down to an herbal musk and faint oud base notes which I don't care for. I wish they would identify the wood, as I know oud is not for me but if you don't mind, and it is faint, then you might like this. I'll be happy when this oud trend ends. cedar or sandalwood would be more appropriate and attractive.

Green, herb-y but with a twinge of light florals. This is a very intimate scent that evokes happy memories and reminds me of a free-spirited girl roaming about the vast floral gardens. It’s a very happy and relaxing scent. I work at Loccitane and was eyeing this for a long time, and then I bought it.

This is a very beautiful scent of wild grass, with a lot of blooming clovers. The scent is really light and gentle, and there is just a tiny bit of musk which gives it a bit more body. It sadly disappears from my skin after about an hour.

This perfume smells really sweet and green, almost like a floral bouquet. If you like floral sweet scents this is a choice that can't go wrong.

Tried at a L'Occitane store. The scent has gone within an hour. Very poor longevity.
