Néroli & Orchidée Eau Harmonieuse

The fact that this criminally underrated perfume is limited edition kills me. If I were able to I would go out and buy a dozen bottles of the stuff, it’s easily one of the most beautiful perfumes I’ve ever smelt. I’m already rationing my bottle for fear of not having any left for my wedding day. I have never even been in a relationship yet the thought of having to go through the most momentous occasions in my life without this scent is soul crushing. One day when I have my first child I’m going to douse myself in the stuff I’m order to bless my baby with the most enchanting scent the moment they grace this earth, however a small part of me questions that decision, its almost cruel to start life off with the most incredible scent to grace this earth as from there on out there life really will just be a constant downhill slide from that high. My only complaint is that it’s not particularly long lasting, this wouldn’t be an issue if not for that fact that it’s LIMITED EDITION so I cannot spray myself with it willy nilly, every spritz must be a calculated decision. If it had it my way I would bathe in the stuff, if people cut me this perfume would seep from my wounds, it would be like in the cartoons when people have green stink lines indicating they have a bad stench except the lines are pink and they’re actually informing everyone that I smell wonderful. This perfume is warm and comforting but it manages to manifest these ideas without relying on traditional ideas of ‘comforting’ notes. To me it’s smells like being a child and being tucked up in a warm bed right after a bath and your mother has is giving you a hug good night before she goes out to an office party, her hug is warm and your sleepy and you can smell her familiar perfume and the scent of her skin

Gorgeous fragrance. Addicting.

This is a nice scent, but very linear on me, I don't feel it develops at all, and even if it did I'd never know as it has zero lasting power! Disappointing because on paper it could be so much more! I need to stop getting sucked in by L'Occitane fragrances, they never deliver!

I'm unimpressed. I want to advise not to buy this product. I can't even smell a little scent of the original Neroil and Orichidee. It's not value for money. It disappears within 1 hour, even with overspray. It's not worth the premium.

This layers beautifully with Glossier Doux. This new release is completely different than the original Neroli Orchidee. This is calm, sandalwood, musk, almost smells like warm wet skin after a shower with the lingering scent of soap and shampoo. It's clean, calm, quiet, a little soapy. It is missing depth so I feel like when I wear it, it goes well with Glossier Doux to give it some oomph. It's pretty uninteresting on its own. Disappointed because the first Neroli Orchidee is one of my favorite fragrances. Sniffing again, it smells like clean hair.

Update: This is a lighter version of Glossier Doux to my nose today. FREESIA in the front, Sandalwood and ambrette in the back. Similar scent profile to Ledda Orris 22. Very beautiful. Wearing to bed feels most appropriate for this as it's so light and skin like. Beautiful sweet musk. Love it. Perfect for an office job as well.

I just wish it could last longer. I am now wearing this beautiful fragrance after a long while and I decided it is really worth wearing more often. It is so velvety clean, very addictive happy scent. sooo goood <3

this is very very close to Gris Charnel, Philosykos and Parisian Musc. If you like these scents, you will love this.
