Olivier Ondé Eau de Parfum

I blind bought based on the note pyramid alone. It smells almost exactly like I imagined it would. Although ‘olive tree’ is an imagined accord, it evokes that image convincingly. Green, peppery woodiness greets you immediately. The eucalyptus works very well in this composition and it is not medicinal or astringent. There is some slight powdery effect from the violet, and if patchouli is used at all it is blended very well as it never bullies its way to the fore as it often does. From top notes to drydown, everything smells extremely natural and never overbearing. This is about as far away as you can get from a bleu shower gel scent. Masculine, comforting, modern, and original. Olivier Onde is an excellent addition to the L’Occitan lineup for men. Another great offering from a quality house. Recommend.

Great new creation by L'Occitane. Being a big fan of woody fragrances myself, i must say i was very positively surprised when i first tried it out. I was in a mall and went on a store and sprayed it, then went for a walk to let it dry down, and it was lovely all the way from top notes, to middle notes and base notes. Even tho i am a big fan of Creed house, i must admit this is better than the Viking line they offer, which is similar but too sweet for me. The wood smell on this one is more realistic and objective, and gives me a warm feel when i wear it.

I absolutely love this one, it is very much about oliver tree scent, elemi and vetiver, with its fresh opening. This blend of vetiver with sweat resin (elemi) just repeats the same direction of Fat Electritian Semi-modern Vetiver (ELDO). However they focus on different components: this one on oliver tree of the wild green feeling whilst Fat Electritian on Sweatness and vetiver. Love this love both of them.

To me a very peppery fragrance... lingers close to the skin long after several hand washes and even a shower. Reminiscent of Terre d'Hermes and Montale Greyland, straight from the bat. A big like from (not that big of a fan of strong pepper-scents anymore)

This immediately reminded me of Terre d'Hermes. I smell very strong vetiver and cedar, cypress notes. These earthy tones are balanced out nicely by hints of lime and eucalyptus. This smells like a more modern and fresher version of Terre d'Hermes.

Unique and distinctive opening, really appreciated feeling the olive dance around the top and mid. Usually scared of Eucalyptus as it reminds me of medicinal horrors, but I didn't even notice it was there, it smells cool and really smooth.

Gorgeous fresh green fragrance. Very unique scent, perfect for the spring. Pleasant to wear, with moderate performance. Good value for money. Definitely Recommend.

The opening is green, fresh and woody, creating this image that I am walking into a field of olive trees. I appreciate it that they blend in eucalyptus and anise, as it adds something 'interesting' to the general green scent. The minty smell of eucalyptus and the licorice smell of anise work so well with the green woody scent here. It's in general a pleasant perfume. Just hope it can last longer.

Like ilsagold. In Kazakhstan, I sprayed it on my hand and ever 10 to 15 minutes I discovered a new formula. This company uses natural ingredients. If you own the latest formulations of Terre d'Hermes, Olivier Ondé might seem a bit derivative and redundant for you. But, it is so much more refined and alluring than Terre d'Hermes. It's just gorgeous, and the dry down is a bit more powdery, but in a very inviting and calming way.

Okay, i bought it just as an alternative to other woody fragrances I own, but I completely fell in love with it in a course of a month. It is the best fresh green fragrance for me. Silage and longlivety could be stronger but the quality is unmatched. Love it!

A composition in which I smell only what the official website states. Violet leaf, menthol notes and a woody note that reminds me of cedar. Nothing to do with Terre, possibly diluted Fahrenheit

Pleasantly surprised! I'd have to test it again to see whether I get better longevity than the two or so hours I got after a couple of sprays in the store. Projection seems good, though.

This smells just like olive tree. Even though I love being around olive trees in Tuscany villages, because of their strong fresh aroma, I dont want to smell like olive tree. 7/10

This is the least charming bottle I have ever seen for a long time. And since I am not a fan of vetiver my expectancy was low but I sprayed it on paper strip and left the shop. it smelled just OK not too bad though. I left it in the car and went for a dinner and once I return, I liked the smell. I start getting the eucalyptus (which gives a sauna vibe) and juicy lime, with no vetiver. Another hour has passed and the sweetness from elemi resin got stronger with peppery nuances. I am really liking it. Natural smelling, quality ingredients in this one. I confess this is better than Tom Ford's Vert Des Bois. Sophisticated fragrance with a fresh and earthy personality to suit men with a strong and confident style. I will be definitely trying this on my skin. If it projects for a couple of hours with a bit of sillage I will purchase one.

This is a very unassuming scent at first. It initially givse me eucalyptus, as promised. There is a strong olive presence that asserts itself, but never fully makes it to the front. Some cypress and resin is in the mix, and the flower notes quickly develop and confuse for a few seconds. I was afraid it would develop into a negative direction on my skin, but I gave it some time, and it mellowed out to leave a distinct cedar scent with hints of olive trees in the far background. Overall, a nice, fresh-but-mature perfume that needs some time to mellow out into what it is supposed to be. If you were looking forward to a long-lasting menthol smell, however, I personally must disappoint: the eucalyptus doesn't last long on me.

95 % Vetyver L'Occitane. Love at first sight. They brought back Vetyver. Less nutmeg-ish, but I still love this. As if Vetyver was more camphor-ish. Unisex, average longevity.

Sampled this yesterday.Gorgeous projection for a skincare brand. This perfume is so unique with a niche brand quality.Easy to wear and very distinctive.

I've tried it today. Smells like a coniferous forest with a touch of eucalyptus. I like it but is not a must have for me. Especially for the price.

Cedar wood, olive tree, patchouli. Dry , dusty, woody manly scent. I like it. This one reminds be of Cade by the same house sadly discontinued.

The notes promise you well but to me its scent that makes me tired. Nope from me.
