Thé Vert

I purchased the 2022 version and OMG it smelled so freaking good. Received heaps of compliments from it. Initial spray has a lemony, zingy citrus scent. After 30 mins, green tea notes start to pop out and it gets darker and more seductive. Lasts 5 - 7 hours on my skin. Definitely unisex and office safe fragrance.

Bright, effervescent citrus tea with just a touch of musk. If someone bottled the feeling of refreshment it would be exactly this. I do not think it is as similar to EA Green tea, but it does have a lot in common with Bvlgari au The Vert. EA is a lot more soapy, which sometimes I do not mind, but L'Occitane's tea is not soapy at all (ironically enough since L'Occitane is a soap store!) I think the bottle has been redesigned a couple of times and not all boutiques have this, but if you can get your hands on it I highly recommend it. Perfect for fans of freshies, tea or citrus scents, or anyone who just wants to be instantly uplifted by a truly happy fragrance.

L'Occitane's Limited Edition Green Tea Toilette is an energetic offering where projection and longevity are concerned; it possesses more depth than Elizabeth's Arden's Green Tea could ever dream, with warm notes of musk and woods at its base. It projects immensely, immersing you in a cloud of green tea, citrus, and woods that stays. Visiting the bank recently, the teller behind the counter asked me what I was wearing, standing behind a glass pane and wearing a face covering! Very much a spring and summer wear, leaning unisex.

Soft and pretty but really linear. I get a warm tea and not much else. It’s not groundbreaking but it is pleasant. May be a bit too strong for some at the opening.

Fresh strong lemon juice with some grass in the opening with little variation for the entire journey. The tea is present in form of grass leafy scent while the jasmine pretty much got drown out by the lemons at least to my nose. It sure feels like you got lemon juice spilled on your clothes and you can't wash it off so you're stuck with the smell for the for the rest of the day. I actually got sick of smelling myself after 30 minutes or so even though I quite enjoyed the scent at first.
