Verveine Agrumes 2015

This is a grown up’s Jean Nate!! 🍋 💕 Ohh I’ve had a few of the verbena flankers and honestly I’ve loved them ALL.... I believe I didn’t learn of L’occitane l until my 30s, a friend had some lotions in her bathroom and when looking them up I went to the store tried their scents and fell in love!! 😍 this is lemons herbal greenery sugar some light mint in the back which makes this soooo perfect! I think the ONLY one I haven’t tried is the sorbet one and lime one! It’s such a refreshing fragrance and I use to love to layer with Chanel 5 Eau Premiere.... Ohhh memories.... Only problem now? Honestly, it’s priced quite high for an edt/body mist performance 😭 I would go through the full bottle, before the summer was over!! And sadly now? I’m broke on a budget grr and I can’t think of one budget friendly 🍋 or verbena fragrance that smells like what they accomplished with this lovely scent? Try this on a winter day when you’re DONE with the ❄️!! People will be shooketh

Her iki cinsin kullanımına da uygun harika bir koku. Klasik verbena- mine çiçeği kokusuna greyfurt ve limon eklenmiş deniliyor ama hafif tatlımsı portakalı anımsatan bir koku halinde, yada tatlımsı limon mu desem :) Çok sevdim. Muazzam bir enerji veriyor insana, çok keyifli . Sıcaklarda ferahlamak için birebir. Lakin zurnanın zırt dediği yer geliyor şimdi :) evet lakin koku 15 dk sonra zayıflıyor yarım saat sonra kolunuzu burnunuza dayadığınızda alabiliyorsunuz kokuyu. Defalarca kez denedim sonuç değişmedi. Maalesef Loksitan ın genelinde aynı sorun var. Kokular kolonya gibi yarım saat 1 saat sonra yok. Ha şu da var Bvlgari Hermes gibi bunun 2-3 kat pahalısına satılan kokularda da aynı sorun var projeksiyon zayıf. Son söz olarak; Fiyatı problem değil diyenlerdenseniz (100 ml 215 lira) alın keyfini çıkarın çok güzel çünkü ;)

Very few reviews on this one so I wanted to add that I find this one to be an absolute gem. I usually try to avoid Citruses but they are done incredibly well here. There is a subtle sweetness to this one, probably from an unlisted note. While the notes are nothing new the result is bigger than the sum of its parts. Try this one if you can. I wouldn't recommend going full bottle without testing first though as this is not the most unique scent in the world but more of an excellent take on an established theme. Additionally longevity has been quite low for me so far at 2 to 4 hours.

This is a very refreshing and sharp citrus and verbena fragrance. Excellent to wear after a shower, hot weather, exercise, at home, or simply any occasion where you want to smell clean and citrusy. The citrus is tangy, bright, sparkling, and redolent. I can smell all three citruses (lemon, grapefruit, and orange) very distinctively. The verbena smells fresh and natural. I don't get the woody notes or cedar. VA last about 2 hours on me before going skin. In all it last for about 4 hours. Perfect longevity for this type of fragrance.

Fresh & bright lemon, with some verbena, citrus and orange. I can’t really smell the cedar, so it doesn’t dry down woody on me. No floral notes either, thankfully. I really hate how most citrus scents add florals and various other notes to make them longer lasting, it really ruins citrus scents for me. This stays fresh and citrusy on me. The one that’s Lemon Verbena is good too, that one is a little more herbal. I think L’Occitane makes quality citrus scents, and I’m very happy with them.

This fragrance is so fresh, so natural and so simple in a good way. I would totally love to have something so simple and fresh. Very nice lemon note mixed with verbena and some woody notes. It reminds me of rainy but beautiful and warm day in the garden full of plants. Green and bright fragrance that makes me feel wonderful.

My first love, I got it when I was in middle school (maybe elementary) and I am now 19. The perfume has gone slightly bad and doesn't smell the same anymore. Still I will always think fondly of this perfume.

The first thing that came to mind when I sprayed this was a fragrance called "Loves Fresh Lemon" from back in the day. This is a lovely fresh citrus fragrance for warm summer days.

this was the first perfume i ever owned. my mom gave it to me in middle school and i would tap it onto my pulse points so tenderly. wearing it felt like a magic spell.

Really nice citrus fragrance, but longevity is very poor, on me lats about 30 minutes. So sad :(

Freshly sliced lemon. Period. Love it :)

I remember a year ago; we went on a vietnam-style restaurant in our country and I ordered a lemongrass flavored iced tea and the after-taste of it taste exactly like the smell this fragrance. And also I remember when I used to squeeze a little lemon in my earl gray tea and I sniffed a freshly sliced lemon in half and I smiled cuz it smells exactly like this!. It's lemony but not sharp and masculine, but rather tart. My classmate said that it smells like a lemon flavored hard candy and I totally argee. But I prefer the original verbena. 8/10

I recently got myself.. and the moment I sprayed it in the store, it instantly took me back to the summer days of my childhood. It has such a calming lemon scent, evoking the nostalgic feel of Turkey’s famous lemon cologne. A warm, familiar summer fragrance that makes me feel at home—I just wish it lasted longer.

Very pleasant tart citrus with a soft minty herbal undertone, ever so slightly sweet with a pristine cleanliness. Definitely something you want to buy and spray all over your house. Wearing it on your person does come across like you just took a shower with luxury soap.

This scent is pure lemons. You can't really smell much else. I love lemons so that was very attractive for me but this isn't a very complex or layered fragrance. Works well for layering.

So refreshing... I can see a girl scout wearing this. Very heavy with citrus and has very subtle hints of wood. 7.75/10

This was a blind purchase because I was trying to find a replacement for my "Citron de Vigne" by Fresh. When it arrived, and I tried it, it was NOT a success. As another reviewer stated: "straight up lemon scented cleaner." I can't smell the cedar at all. I tried to unload it, but no takers. So, making the best of it, and using it this summer... "sigh," it's fine. No compliments and it doesn't last long, but it's a lesson in blind purchasing: never again.

The bottle is beautiful. Sunny yellow glass apothecary style bottle with raised glass leaves. The fragrance inside is straight up lemon scented cleaner. I would not be surprised if this killed 99.9% of household germs. A great fragrance to wear in this never ending pandemic...

The slightly less sporty twin of Citrus Verbena, and almost indistinguishable to my nose. Goes to the same stale sweaty socks place as CV on me. If you’re a Verbena completist it’s probably not different enough from CV to make it worth adding to a collection.
