Verveine Mandarine

One of my favorite dumb reach. I am sad of the fact that this one is probably won't have any reproduction as it always is with the Verbena flankers. This one is a sparkle player. Warm orange, gleaming little stimulus from the orange that comes to my nose, accompanied with a canvas of verbena... oh what a magic! I love it. This is actually a compliment-getter and one of my colleague said that this one smells expensive. I also detected lemongrass, a very lovely one. It is one of the most sparkling lemongrass that I ever smelt. Whether this is a phantom note of the citruses or anything, I won't blame it... just so good. Honestly this is my top favorite verbena.

Very slightly smoky sweet mandarin with some greenery and a touch of bite. It is subtle but also very unique. Indeed the longevity is not there, but the scent itself is outstanding. It smells at once comforting and also uplifting. If you are familiar with L'Occitane scents then you would know what to expect from the longevity, but it is not at all like the original Verbena or the Verbena Citrus scent. This is much sweeter and more complex. It smells festive for the winter holidays without screaming "CHRISTMAS." It is a nice mug of something mulled by the fireplace on a cold winter evening, a flannel shirt with a hint of grandma's hot cider, or a handmade scarf in a vibrant hue. They should bring this back every year.

Lovely scent but no longevity or silage. And not even that smoky, more like a piece of orange peel left out in the sun; I thought the smoke factor was pretty mild. Too mild for me in fact--I sent this one back.

Not at all like the classic verveine. Mandarin oranges and smoke, more like cold cigarettes than a bonfire. The amber and musk were too much and too out of place for me, if you're prone to headaches, sit this one out.
