Loewe 001 Woman EDT

I just got this, along with a tester selection from Loewe for women. I ordered 15 ml of this due to the reviews, and now I'm happy about that priority. I've been without a go-to perfume for a long time, as I outgrew my other scents, and I almost went scentless, but this one could be my new favourite. I find it fresh and sweet, but not overwhelmingly anything - just well balanced, interesting and friendly. I haven't had time to try out the others yet, but the edp version I tried on paper, and first spray was nice, but then it seemed to turn into some heavy mossy stuff, but I haven't tried it on my skin yet. But this one is very very nice, and makes me wanna wear a scent again. I'm really looking forward to wear it for the next couple of weeks and see how it works. On my skin, it skips the top notes, and goes straight to the middel and base notes. I get hardly any citrus fruit, it's more like a kind cuddle, warm but not too warm, linen but not strong, woody but not like a forrest... There's flowers but it's not flowery.... Just a comfortable feminine and intriguing scent.

I really like it - it was a nice surprise! The opening is sweet and not at all what I expected, no burst of citrus. Instead, you get a sweet linden flower on a tonka base. It then settles into sandalwood - a note that is quite similar across the Loewe fragrances. It disappears after around 4 hours. When I don't know what to wear, I wear Loewe Woman 001 EDT. It's clean, friendly, and reassuring, confidently feminine. I have more daring scents, more boring ones too, but every time I wear this the reactions are "Oh wow! that's very nice!"

I bought a sample and its ingredient list consist of lemon, peony, linen chord, sandalwood and musk. For the first 15 minutes, lemon was almost everything I got with a slight hint of peony. After that, it became warmer, more woody and creamy with the middle note of sandalwood melting with line chord. After the scent of sandalwood faded, linen chord lingered on your skin with a vibe of musk, creating a clean and clear atmosphere. The scent gone off in about 4 hours. Compared to the 001 man edt which is more woody and unisex, 001 woman edt is sweeter and more feminine which will be a perfect fragrance for spring and dry summer.

Loewe 001 Woman edt is an fruity floral musk that is pink peony forward. It is warm, fresh, and semi-sweet, but there are no discernable citrus notes here. This fragrance reminds me of clean and pressed luxury sheets or a luxurious bath oil. It's a relaxing soft musk that will layer well or stand alone as an intimate personal scent. I know that it has been gendered, but this is definitely a light wear unisex fragrance.

Listed notes are wrong, a previous review has them below. Initial thoughts: I was looking for an elevated clean and sheer musk. This seems to be getting there as it develops, but I would like something that captures the ethereal cashmere musk vibe from start to finish. The opening of this is a bold and robust blend of white florals and sandalwood. I didn’t get the citrus until the mid. I get a very light nod to peony as it dries down. No tonka. As it develops, a beautiful linen accord emerges, kissed lightly by soft white musk... the citrus remains, keeping it levitating. My problem is the florals and sandalwood overstay what was barely acknowledgement, let alone a welcome. It feels like they weren’t invited and now we have to change the topic of our discussion because they won’t leave. Had we gone with orange blossom or even freesia with blonde woods or even the slightest touch of soft clean oud, we would’ve absolutely nailed this scent. However, I find myself challenged by it. I will revisit it in a week to see if I can stand a full wear. I’ll be back soon.

Super boring. Do yourself a favor and go look for a “nice, musky” perfume elsewhere. This is such a stripped down, lifeless perfume and a huge regret to own. It opens up a bit citrusy, but it quickly turns into a fresh jasmine with some amber— there is a sweetness that I really didn’t expect and really don’t like. Not a good musky scent and the performance is very poor even when over spraying.

This is gorgeous and a much nicer version of the EDP. Powdery peonies and sandlewood with a hint of citrus, this is a delightful day perfume. I'm definitely doing to decant some into a smaller atomiser to carry with me to reapply during the day as I don't think it's an all-day long scent, but it's lovely enough that I will want it the whole day! I tried it and after about 2 hours splurged on a bottle.

As some people in the comments have said already, the notes are wrong. DiscoPolga lists them correctly. On me, at first i get the citrus, then jasmine, and finally a lot of tonka bean, which makes it quite sweet on my skin, but in a pleasant way. It's kind of sexy in a demure way, a sweet scent for someone who does not like sweet scents.

i definitely prefer eau de toilette version over eau de parfum. it is more fruity, summery, cloying and overwhelming but in a good way. as a non-lover of gourmands, this is a nice fruity gourmand version of fruity syrupy summer fragrance. eau de parfum is just another bland generic sandalwood.

-Much much nicer than the EDP version. -Soft, innocuous citrus scent that hard to offend even perfume-haters. -Powdery notes are rather muted in this to. So, if La vie est belle by Lancome or Kenzo Flower offends you, you're safe with Loewe 001. EDT though! (-)

At first it's quite masculine/unisex, sandalwood too prominent but it fades quite quickly into a sort of linen/skin scent. It's like waking up in bed in a nice hotel..

If anyone is selling a bottle in Canada - message me! Looking specifically for the EDT.

This one reminds me of Le Point G from Veronique Gabai. Yeah...

Didn't smell any citrus. It's floral and fruity sweet.
