Loewe 7 Plata

I love it. This is a fresh and dry fragrance, the mint reminds me of the leaf it's a light green accord and it doesn't smell like toothpaste, same for the ginger it's not candied ginger... it's linear and it stays the same for the dry down and the incense ginger combo makes it citrusy even when it becomes a skin scent. Lasts a long time for an EDT because of the musk and amber but it projects like crazy because it's an EDT. It's fresh enough but it might be overpowering if you wear it on a very hot day so you should go easy on the atomizer if you're wearing it on summer, but its fine for all summer nights I think.

This is excellent! Loewe 7 Plata is what Loewe 7 Natural should have been. 7 Plata takes the unique woody spicy incense of the original Loewe 7 & adds a fresh, mildly-sweet note of mandarin. This addition is a masterstroke as it freshens & lightens the original Loewe 7, making it much more appealing to the common taste without losing much of the originality of the scent. The end scent is a woody, fresh spicy, & citrusy scent that is just beautiful. This is a versatile fragrance that can be worn all year long, day & night. Good job, Loewe. "Love"!

One more time Loewe has got my attention. This is an incredible clean and manly scent with great performance and a natural smell. Opening is frozen mandarin and ginger, with a slight touch of incense and pepper, which intensifies as it dries down. Thanks to the mint and mandarin notes, the incense is not as pungent or prominent as in the original 7. A very versatile and contemporary fragrance IMO, very different from the current and popular sport/aqua stuff. Hands down my favorite from the 7 line, and in my top 3 of the house!

Loewe... I don ́t know how to put it... Just f...................ing great, they ́re beautiful. I love all their perfumes and this one is marvellous!. Has the dna of the original, but more aromatic green and fresher. Little bit lighter without loosing the performance as it fills my working space and has huge sillage. Great!!

@evilspin: haha, the new bottle design is really ugly and i guess their intention was: "lets make it to look uninspiring like all the niche bottles". and i must say: well done then. but when you look on their website, you can still find the old design bottles, 50ml and 100ml, under the "classic" section.

Like (dabatch) say, it is a fresh incense scent, I do love fresh incense scents. Fresh incense fragrances are not common opposed to dark smoky woody incensy fragrances. This fragrance reminds me of encens vibrant leather by zara (both are fresh incense scents that I do love).

The entire Loewe 7 line is underrated and must haves. They are so unique with 7 natural being my fav. Beautifully done!

incense freshie? niche quality for 30eur (50ml)? yep, it's there. you got to love loewe. 10/10.

Incredible! Clean, fresh, elegant and unique!

The opening is marvelous. Fresh, spicy, sexy and masculine. It may sound weird, but the opening also brings me back memories from when I used to play with flubber. If you grew up in the 90's, maybe you remember the movie Flubber and you had the toy of that viscous mass. Well with this fragrance you have a touch of that smell but in a very nice way. The main problem is in the drydown, It's the same as the first Loewe 7: Incense and spices. Longevity and projection: Moderate.

Its like chanel allure homme sport 75% but with more freshness opening the mandarin is booming i think its harsh at beginning and last for 10/15 mins then it turns into chanel AHS vipes its perfect for summer and beach vibes, underrated and unpopular Loewe perfumes deserve more love Projection 8/10 Scent 8/10 Sillage 8.5/10

After big disappoinment of natural and partial delusion of anonimo. This is the best. Only ginger and incense with very good performance. 8/10 Maybe the normal is the more incensy?

Where is incense in your value?

I briefly get the mandarin & mint and then ginger, ginger and more ginger. Not unpleasant and quite unique, but I think the Loewe 7 is better.

I kinda have mixed feelings about this one. I can see why some people like this a lot. It is most definitely a stand out among the usual boring stuff that is out there. However, I do detect something off putting, like when you are trying to cover up a summer sweat with a quick spray of a citrus fragrance in the gym. You smell good from the far, but not so from close range. I think it is the amber part that does not play well with the other notes. As for a side note, I hate amber, so the weirdness might be just in my head. Not as groundbreaking as some of the other Loewe fragrances from the past, but still the good old usual originality from this house. For me a solid 6/10.

What’s up with all the bottle changes and changing them to a standard simple cheap looking one? I like the ideal of them uniform and nothing wrong with simple but they are all over the place with a lot of the collection not consistent with the new design, the label and it’s font and aesthetic looks bare, cheap, lazy and uninspiring. the original bottles were unique.
