Loewe Aura White Magnolia

A simple enough scent (but skillfully crafted)- cotton candy and caramel with summer flowers and vanilla. A distant veil of citrus. A gourmand scent, probably because of the creaminess of vanilla and caramel. Yet I do not find it too lactonic/milky, just very sweet. Like someone in a restaurant who is wearing a holiday range Escada perfume is eating a vanilla cake :) It flows smoothly and the more you smell it the more you like it. I also appreciate how they have combined the inedible and the edible and didn`t get the "food sprinkled with soap" effect (hello, Lira). A summery, pleasant, sweet, gourmand aroma.

I’m shocked this isn’t more talked about ! One of the few perfumes I’ve ever finished as the collecting type. If you love a thick creamy floral gourmand , you’d love this. Though it’s a syrupy sweet scent , it’s actually a year round scent to me. A lot of cotton candy / floral perfumes that I love are unbearable in summer ( love don’t be shy , memo sintra ). I’ve gotten so many people ask me what I’m wearing when I wore this . 10/10 for day to day sweet scent .

genuinely one of the best perfumes I've smelt in my life. It is the perfect amount of sweetness, I wouldn't really say its vanilla. I hate all things citrusy, but this is like the perfect amount where its not annoying and ugh so good. my only issue is that I wish it lasted longer, maybe im applying it wrong but it only lasts for like 2 hours, which is idk a bit sad considering the price. had to get this again in 100ml bc I went thru the 50ml bottle so quickly.

Absolutely love! I was interested in buying the SOLO ELLA elixir, and the lady from the store insisted I buy this one, and I don't regret it at all, I love it! It is a very feminine fragrance, I am not a big fan of very sweet or cloying smells, this one is very subtle, very soft and I love how it leaves a whiff at the end on my skin, it is worth mentioning that I hate vanilia, but I love it in this perfume for some how

I absolutely love this scent. The sugary sweetness instantly brings to mind fresh-spun cotton candy — playful and fluffy, yet surprisingly refined. Smells scrumptious. I’m not really a fan of gourmand scents but this one hits different. Super girly but not immature, great performance and my boyfriend’s favourite perfume on me. None of the notes are overpowering and they all work together to create a robust and captivating scent.

To me it smells like candy, it ́s sweet and delicious, I can smell white floral notes too which is why it makes me think that it ́s a perfume for more mature women

got told a couple weeks ago when I went into a Loewe shop that this is getting discontinued, absolutely devastated but if u need a sign to buy it, this is one

A well blended simplistic sweetener perfume . I love it as a sweet topper and receive a lot of compliments. It's not complex but I appreciate the quality.

magnolia, jasmine and lashings of ethyl maltol...sweet and very wearable. Surprised this isn't better known / talked about.

This is sweet but not cloying because of blend of other notes, it makes my aura like a soft & bright

Loewe Aura White Magnolia is my first scent to try from this house. It is a sweet white floral, aptly-named - there is a prominent magnolia note. While it is reasonably pleasant, it is pretty generic and not especially to my taste. AWM opens with a light, fresh fruity note, perhaps yuzu, followed closely by sheer, aquatic magnolia. There is an underlying sweetness throughout that becomes more prominent as it develops, thanks to the vanilla. As it develops, the cotton candy becomes quite prominent, powdery and sugary-sweet, making for a very girlish perfume. Still, it is airy and lightweight instead of being cloying, and complements the white florals nicely. It fades to a sugary vanilla skin scent. Sillage and longevity are moderate. A nice example of its genre if unexciting, AWM is a lightweight sweet white floral, very feminine and youthful. A year-round everyday scent, it is pretty if underwhelming. 3/5.

Very soft, refined, and feminine. On my skin, it opens with bright citrus, magnolia, and a gentle sweetness. I never would have guessed it was cotton candy because it doesn’t feel overly sweet, cloying, or artificial. The drydown is a delicate floral with a hint of vanilla, and my nose also picks up a subtle touch of orange blossom, even though it’s not listed as a note. Perfect for dressing up for brunch with friends or finishing your look with gold jewelry, this scent works great for any age.

This is definitely not a chypre, more a floral gourmand. It is sweet, I can really smell the cotton candy, with flowers and some citrus giving it a somewhat sharp quality. A classy gourmand I'd say, not sickly sweet. It lasts well, good projection, I've had compliments with it.

Very wearable sweet perfume (Dior Poison makes me headache). I don't find it unique though. An one dimension sweet vanilla-ish cotton candy scent.

I really wanted to love this perfume. It was a blind buy as there were no testers available. Based on the reviews I was expecting sweet but not juvenile smell, the cotton-candy was supposed to be airy not sticky and somehow vanilla more noticeable. After the first sniff I knew I somehow know the smell. It took me a few hours to realise it smells like the B&BW Pink Chiffon (the body lotion). Fluffy pink candy. In general, it is a nice, sweet, rather *girly* scent. Cotton candy is a cotton candy - sorry but you can’t make out if it anything sophisticated or not juvenile in my opinion. Not what I was expecting/looking for.

My mistake was blind buying a 30ml thinking I would find a hidden gem. It's not bad, I can see a lot of people liking this, but my god this is SO perfumey. Smells like walking out sephora after testing many scents, your testers all mixed up and your nose so saturated that all you can detect is that generic perfume smell, a bit citrusy, a bit sweet, a bit floral... I personally don't detect any notes besides the yuzu (that is quite nice in the opening). It's ok, non offensive and forgettable. People (maybe only me) will just think "oh, she's wearing perfume."

An absolutely beautiful profile. I’m generally not a fan of magnolia in perfumery. I love it on trees, but in fragrances it can be too heavy and dense, but that’s not the case here at all. It is sweet, but not a synthetic, syrupy stench. My mind didn’t even go to cotton candy at all, which was a surprise. Magnolia and cotton candy shouldn’t work for me, yet somehow, they do. Perfumery has a way of surprising me. It's soft and bright, not cloying, which is often the issue with this kind of composition. I’ll wear it a bit more to decide if I want a bottle. The yuzu note plays a nice twist on this. Edit: Ok, so next day the faint trail smelled like a tiny bubblegum/cotton candy perfume I had when I was a teenager. It was from a drug store and cost like 2 bucks. The cotton candy is the winner that stuck the longest.

Sweet fruity syrup with creamy Magnolia is what I get. There is also something a tad bit screechy- like a fruit punch scented dryer sheet. Wish I got more of the fresh citrus/yuzu. Great quality bottle tho, made with beautiful details and with a great atomizer. Edit- wanted to give this fragrance another try (as I tried it straight off the DHL delivery truck after it had been bouncing around for days in the heat ) So I let it settle for a while and wore it again today. It was not as screechy but it still has that sweet artificial undertone, although not to the point of nausea. I can see a lot of people liking it. Longevity could be better.
