Solo Ella Elixir

This perfume is literally the sunset in a bottle. It is beautiful! I couldn’t stop smelling it on myself. Had to go back and purchase it. This perfume smells like you’re at the beach. You’re in love. The sun is setting and you and your lover are looking off at the horizon. The weather and moment are beautiful. You see gorgeous, electric, and vibrant cotton candy skies. The sunset is red and orange, but it’s fading quickly. It’s setting over the horizon and the moment is perfect. The air is warm. Twilight is approaching. This perfume encapsulates a gorgeous moment, all while having the privilege to store it in this beautiful orange Loewe packaging. You are being sold a moment in time. A tender moment. At first whiff, it smelled like tropical tuberose, gently floating away at sea. It smells warm, inviting, floral, and very summery. It is probably one of the most beautiful summer fragrances I’ve had the privilege of smelling. This perfume is not anything groundbreaking, but she’s gorgeous. All Solo perfumes smell similar: EDT, EDP, and Elixir. However, I enjoy the Elixir version a bit more. It’s just more concentrated. However, you can get away with any of these versions of Solo. If you’re into warm, gorgeous, sensuous summer florals, Solo by Loewe is your gal. Remember, you’re being sold a moment in time when you purchase this. Spray it and enjoy. Let yourself be transported to a gorgeous, everlasting sunset.

Solo Ella Elixir is a beastly, spicy, fruity tuberose dominant fragrance with a smooth woody base to accompany the tuberose. Out of five high end/luxurious scents that I have tested today, Solo Ella Elixir is the strongest and the most projecting! It’s a rich, fairly linear, deep, spicy, woody perfume with amazing longevity and strong sillage. I can see why some people voted this similar to Armani’s My Way, because they have in common the same bubblegum tuberose and a juicy pear, but here the spicy aspect is very pronounced. It’s giving me same vibes with L’Interdit Absolue, but here the tuberose is sweeter. I would put it somewhere between these two perfumes.., Nonetheless, for tuberose lovers Solo Ella Elixir is a must have. It’s on the pricey side, but if it can be found on some sort of deal, it’s 100% worth purchasing. It’s an intoxicating tuberose with outstanding performance!

I agree with the previous comment as I find this unisex. It is so well blended and executed it would fit anyone. The pear and tuberose go well together and make the fragrance juicy and refreshing, while the wood makes it grounded. The spice is subtle, not overwhelming, just like the sweetness. I would recommend this to anyone, will change your life.. no joke here, it's true! Vibe wise - this smells like peace and relaxation. Each time I use it I feel so good, the fragrance calms me down, like a safe hug. It's like taking your dog for a walk on a nice day. It just lifts the mood. Makes you forget the problems. I also have the roller-ball and the smell is the same so no worries there. I think this could soon become my favorite or even signature scent. Also it does not smell like My Way as I find My Way more sweet, heavy and floral - definitely more feminine.

It’s expensive but it’s worth it. I actually received this as a sample and i wasn’t expecting much but when I smelled this on my skin I loved it so much that I bought the big bottle immediately, I didn’t even wait for the dry down. It is very different from what I usually wear. It’s so elegant, fresh and feminine. It lasts the entire day and stays on your clothes. I smelled the others and this one is the most feminine, the others have a more unisex vibe

LOVE AT FIRST SNIFF! The price though.. not worth it considering that it’s a skin scent. It kinda reminds me of the discontinued Woman RL because of the pear/tuberose notes

White florals with spice! Sweet and romantic, but spices add depth. Wearable all year but for me it has strong spring vibes

Beautiful juicy scent, love at first sniff. Sandalwood and ripe pear, really Nice for summer/nights. Mildly spiced.

This is a stunning fruity floral with a good dose of musk elevating it even more. A perfect clean summer scent!

A fragrance that is sweet, but with a sandalwood base that keeps it unexpected. The opening is beautiful and the longevity is impressive, as I can still feel it on my skin all day long. The pear note is also interesting. Sweet but not too much—perfect for the office.

This is a lovely ‘warm’ tuberose floral, but it’s just not quite me. One spray lasted a few hours and it was bold, sweet, warm and strong. I’ll give this sample to my mum - she loves the original.

Has a passing resemblance to Supreme Bouquet / Vert Malachite particularly in the opening - the lightly fruity Tuberose and musk and woods. With time an Ylang-like note appears along-side a coconut-like note - coconut isn’t a note I like, but it’s restrained. Has a lightly sunscreen effect. Not bad. I’ll stick with Supreme Bouquet and Vert Malachite

It was more mature and floral than Solo Ella. I thought it would be nicer for the woman more than 30 years. However Tuberose is too sharp and too strong. It lose its balance between fruity and floral.

the scent LINGERS leaving trails wherever you go. i tried this at Liberty in London, sprayed it on my wrist then walked around the store again, then a guy approached we and asked if i sprayed this perfume which was in front of me (I was already in another section and didn't spray a single things besides Ella Elixir), I told him no and asked why he was asking me that. he said something smells good. didn't tell him tho that I sprayed this gem on my wrist and that must be what he was smelling on me. i also tried Ella Elixir a couple months back in Edinburgh with a friend and we both sprayed it on our wrist. the scent followed us EVERYWHERE event when it was freezing cold outside, we kept laughing the whole time because we could smell each other and it was THAT good

What an absolute marvel! And I say this as a man. I would love to smell this on my partner, but even more, I would love to wear it myself. I personally believe that perfumes are unisex. There’s no such thing as “for men” or “for women,” and this perfume proves it. For me, it sparks something, it touches a part of my mind that gets activated. The tuberose and the sweetness of the pear together are incredible. Fragrantica lists spices and woody notes. I don’t smell any of that, or maybe those notes are just there to give more strength and freshness to the main scent. Could be. I find it very, very sweet, floral, and fresh. It’s like a premium shampoo. I love this perfume.

I just tested this a few days ago in store, I was surprised it didn't have a page on Fragrantica but it's already available at Sephora in Spain. I was surprised to see these notes, the sales associate told me it has main notes of peach and incense...And it did smell like peach to my nose. This could be a unique blend of pear and tuberose, I don't know. Definitely a little bit spicy and smoky. Overall fresh, juicy fruity with smokiness in the background. A freshie for everyday with character.

Absolutely stunning perfume! I get tons of compliments and everyone wants to know what I’m wearing. Very overpriced in my opinion, but that’s the only downside. Also have to disagree with one of the comment, as this perfume smells nothing like RL Woman not even slightly, those two are very different scents.

Solo ELLA means ‘Only Her’ in Spanish. It is a feminine fragrance, marketed for women, smells like a woman. No such thing as unisex. Anyway, this is a super bright tuberose, opens really sweet and fresh. The dry down is slightly more spicy. Lasts forever on skin and clothes. Loewe has really good gems.

It smells really nice, but the price tag is insane considering weak performance - it's a skin scent after 2 - 3 hours. Basic Solo Ella is a better choice, especially EDT as it's the freshest of the three (EDT/Perfume/Elixir).
