Ghirlandaio

It has been a while since I last wrote a review. But this one deserves that I take a few minutes. A funny note. Some months ago my daughter told me that a new perfume store just opened in our modest local shopping hall in our town Asker in Norway. It took me almost 3 months before I decided to pay it a visit. I passed by several times, but it was home-fragances that were more in the outfront in the store. Long story made short, the day I decided to step in the store, I found the perfumes by a sofa (nice old style sofa by the way). I spent around 40 min trying the whole collection. I had the time since I lived a 5 min walk from shopping hall. I ended up buying Essenziale and Ghirlandaio. Did I intent to buy two. No! But I just could not resist.(Poor will power). The price and the scent. These are not monster. They do not project like beast, but they behave gentle and elegant (Italian style). The whole collection is amazing, but I needed to behave, a least for my peace of mind ;-), even though the have pretty descent prices. The scent reminds me remotely to Osmonde Jayne 'Tanger', but Ghirlandaio has its own identity. Just let your nostrils catch the nuances by letting it linger a few seconds there before you continue breathing. This is a beauty.
