Lolita Lempicka Le Parfum Edition Limitée Flacon Minuit

Okay so I have an original formula bottle from 2002 before Pacific Creations took over and reformulated. I also have the Leslie Lenore current Le Parfum formula. The original formula has less cherry than PC and has that ivy/soil earthy forest smell especially on the dry down. 2010 PC version is my least favorite it has no longevity and it's way more powdery and light. Cherry is heavier but it's not bad. No ivy detected. 2023 le Parfum is closer to the original. The longevity is better than PC but not as good as the OG. The ivy/soil smell is there from opening to end, my husband says it smells like a greenhouse and that's the vibe I'm going for. Forest witch where the PC is more fairy vibes. I'm glad this version seems to be easily accessible because it's definitely a repurchase for me.

I have both this limited edition from 2023 and the 2021 Le Parfum. They smell the same. It’s a little confusing though, on the LL site the special editions do state that it’s the same juice BUT in a special edition bottle. However, there is an added note of absinthe to the limited edition, if that’s there, I can’t detect it tbh. The special edition bottle is a pretty colour though, and it’s fairly cheap on Notino at the moment for 100ml! As always, Lolita Lempicka is a beautiful, whimsical scent, a forest nymph would wear this, whilst skipping bare foot through ivy drenched woodland. 🙌🏻

I have the original pre Pacific Creations formulation on one arm and this on the other. They smell incredibly similar; very licorice forward and lacking the dominant cherry notes found in recent reformulations. Wish I had a current formulation of Le Parfum to properly compare; Regardless I really adore this pretty purple apple 🥰

It smells very faintly. Not at all what im used to from LL. I'll see if it changes, sometimes new perfumes need some time to catch up. But for now i'll leave it at this.

I have the current Le Parfum and this flacon Minuit version, I got it quite cheap 2nd hand, however the stem broke so I will be replacing that, shame. The scent is identical so if you have the current Le Parfum, you do not need this one. Be warned if you are considering if you should get this bottle or the standard: the marketing photos of this LE are highly exaggerated. The colour in person is not as intense dark purple. When I got it at first I thought I got the basic bottle instead, but no. The colouring of this LE in person is more similar to the first original Le Parfum from the 90s. I actually hope LL will stop with giving out the standard Le Parfum each year in the Minuit bottle and instead start really making Minuit versions of the scent again. I had two a long time ago and would love to see more modern interpretations.

The Lolita Lempicka site just says it's the iconic Le Parfum in a limited edition bottle :) Actually when you click on the tab that says bouquet, it does say absinthe! The OG says.... Top notes: Amarena cherry, anise, violet Heart notes: licorice, iris, Tonka bean Base notes: musk, vanilla, praline, patchouli Prisma This limited edition says.... Top notes: Absinthe, Lierre, Anis Heart notes: licorice, iris, Tonka bean Base notes: musk, vanilla, praline, patchouli Prisma Ahhhhhh man, I wish I could smell this one to compare!

The bottle looks so pretty but I don't know if it has any different than the OG. I feel likes the reformulated one is more syrupy and lost its magic compare to the old one.

Is this a rerelease of the minuit versions from the 2000’s and 2010’s?
