Bouquet Encore Latte

I picked up the little 15 ml “roadie” of this to give it a thorough test drive before committing to the big bottle. I loved the creaminess of the original Bouquet Encore and couldn’t wait to see what they had done here. I’m thoroughly enjoying it— for some reason though, I’m getting less lactonic jasmine and more of a peach milk scent?? I have NO idea why, but I’m loving it 😅 It’s like what I imagine one of the Sarah Baker peach trilogy scents to smell like (I’ve never smelled those yet- only yearned to!). Bouquet Encore Latte has impressive stamina and perfect projection. It’s an absolutely lovely lactonic floral that, like everything else I’ve tried from this house, is so well done!! I’m not sure I would at all get the resemblance of this one to Bouquet Encore, but I’m not particularly bothered by that. I may not upgrade to 100 mls, as this is a mood specific scent for me, but that white bottle is divine! 🙌 😍 Love this house! *I just want to update that today I'm testing the original Bouquet Encore again and I absolutely DO get the connection between these two versions; the Latte version has the same level of floral sweetness with a lactonic touch; I love BOTH of these!

This is genuinely incredible and I'm shocked this isn't rated more highly; I've been getting compliments nonstop across Paris, including from literal perfumers. It's DIVINE. Sweet almond tonka milk, with white flower petals floating, and a cold foam musk stirred in... the almond gives it an almost fruity edge (like a stone fruit) while the white florals are reminiscent of a really subtle tubereuse. It's perfectly sweetened, and absolutely stunning. So cozy, but still light. I'm addicted! If you like bianco latte from giardini di toscana but want something a little more floral (and less worn) this is IDEAL.

I love it, for someone that has anxiety like me this fragrance just soothe me in a second. I think the almond milky note are cloudy, fluffy but not exagerrated and doesn't feel too sweet which i love. Theres something clean to it and the tuberose of the OG is still here but smoothed, softer and cozier. Wore it many times now and the sillage is beautiful without being overdosed. The milky accord make sense with the brand, they made it hyped before it was even popular years ago with Piano Santal, this perfume make total sense to me.

This smells amazing - love at first sniff. It does not smell like any of the "Reminds Me Of" section. This is a milky floral-gourmand. The almond note is light. The notes are well-balanced. I mainly get milky jasmine sambac, with some musk, a drop of almond and a little bit of cedar in the base. Very well-done.

A milky mirage. Almond milk at first sniff, then creamy jasmine, soft musk, and a soft touch of vanilla. Not a dessert gourmand and not a straight floral either. Comforting, slightly strange, and very skin dependent. Definitely one to sample before committing.

At first I found it comforting and milky with hint of coconut. But sometimes I can smell sour note. I am using my sample and will see.

I like this, but am confused by it's purpose. Bought a sample, and been wearing for approaching 7 hours now. Opens with a gourmand almond note, delicious and marzipan-esque. After 15 mins, it transitions into the milky musky almost iris-y (to me) section which lasts for a couple of hours. This bit isn't that nice to me - it's not addictive like Blanche Bete, it's probably less sweet than many milky scents and so after a sweet start gets just a bit meh. Then in the final stage it smells the same as Bouquet Encore to me (I used to own a bottle but got rid of it as it was too similar to other tuberoses I owned). So overall, this is alright, but I think if you like tuberose, just get the pillar. If you want something milky, get BB or any other one of the multitude of other options. Much as I like this house, it feels like this tries to satisfy both camps and yet is just compromising, rather than improving on what is already available.

First Impressions: I really enjoy Bouquet Encore Latte! I get a sweet milky almond and ylang opening that thins into mostly bergamot and jasmine in the mid. The dry down does have slightly molecular feel, but it’s super smooth. There’s a sweetness to the musk that I find very wearable. Overall, it’s a warm, clean, ‘easy reach’ type of fragrance. I think it’s most suited to spring, summer and fall. I can understand why people find this similar to Vanilla Powder (replace the coconut with almond) but it’s infinitely smoother and easier to wear. While I don’t think they smell the same, I think BEL is in the same family as Lift Me Up (warm weather sweet/clean). Lift Me Up is sweeter and more vanillic, with BEL being more musky and molecular. If you like one, you’ll probably like the other.

I haven't smelled the original so I have nothing to compare it to. But I would say this is a must for lovers of white florals. I cannot believe no tuberose is listed as I distinctly detect the note. This is a beautiful, elegant and super feminine perfume that would work well as a bridal scent. It is quite classic smelling. The sharp indolic aspects of the jasmine sambac are tempered down by milky notes and a molecular musk. Versatile in the sense that it could work for day or night. Undeniably lovely, my only gripe is it does not smell/feel very contemporary.

Almost the same as JPG Scandal le parfum. Almondy, nutty, sweet white flowers.

Suuuuuuper musky on my skin. Can’t quite grasp any of the other notes except for maybe the cedar. The lactones and vanilla have been drowned and buried.

Lush floral opening, followed by plenty of lactones. I enjoyed the opening... Unfortunately these are all quickly overpowered by a heavy handed dose of those synthetic woody amber materials which are so harsh to my nose. Sadly I had to scrub it off, if you are particularly sensitive to those notes definitely sample first!

I hated this but didn't smell it long enough to figure out why. Will return to it when I'm less angry.

Nope, it's super musky, woody and sour on my skin. Very chemical smelling. Test it before you buy...

Finally got to try this, smells like the OG (spicy grapey tuberuse) but with the type of ambroxan that vanilla powder by Matiere premire has (which I hate) but it’s more toned down here so it’s more bearable . I also get hint of like an amaretto cherry/almond that’s a bit creamy but it fades very quickly. It doesn’t smell bad, but I don’t know if it’s for me. Deff not what I expected. Thought this will be more creamy almond heavy. As it dries down it’s just ambroxan

Quite strong and distinctive wth lactonic and woody punch. I was captivated by this when I tried in the shop. I do not have the bottle, so this review is based on one trial, but I would love to have a small bottle of this. I do not think this would be my signature though as it is quite strong, and I would feel quite shy to wear at work for example.

On me, it’s lactonic only for the first couple of minutes, then it turns into a beautiful creamy almond scent with light peppery/spicy refractions, faint transparent ylang ylang and a fluffy molecule type musk. This works very well on me, it projects very well and smells delicious without being gourmand; sophisticated.

I enjoy this creamy, almondy jasmine perfume more than the original. The milkiness in Bouquet Encore Latte very much reminds me of Commodity's Milk, so it's quite cozy. However, I find the synthetic, woody nature (which is also found in Milk but to a much higher degree...) annoying so this isn't for me.

Lactonic heaven. Creamy, warm and nutty. It felt like breathing in a freshly made latte. It projects quite strongly which I was very pleased to see, as usually milky scents tend to sit close to the skin. Such a warm and comforting scent for the colder months

Overdose of amber wood materials mixed with lactonic notes - recipe for a nightmare! I cannot appreciate this perfume at all, scrub right away!
