Queen in Rouge

In my personal experience, better performing version of Black Tie. And I think this blend even works in warmer weather. And to the poster below me: How can you call someone else's scent perception foolish when we as humans have a great deal of functional variation in our 400 or so olfactory recepter genes. Scent is not a monolithic experience. Perhaps you are being the foolish one?

This is a better performing Black Tie. Not exactly what I think when I think "dupe" because this smells like it's made of fine quality ingredients and has better performance. I prefer this over Black Tie in every way. Quality is just as good if not better. Performs better. Beautiful bottle. I even think this smells better overall.

An alternative to Black Tie, but with a stronger, slightly muskier scent. It comes in a fancier bottle and carries a lower price tag. If you're having trouble finding Black Tie at a reasonable price, this is definitely worth checking out—don’t hesitate! RUN dont walk.

This smells exactly like Celine Black Tie. I love the scent profile but it's redundant if you own Black Tie, Black Suit from Les Infinis or Feu de Bengale from Lesquendieu, etc.

This is great. It’s a good dupe for Black Tie. I’d say this is a bit rough around the edges, where as Black Tie is smoother, just demure. Still a very good option for Black Tie.

I love this so much, its sweet , its powdery and the iris is done just right.

Finally got a full wear of this one! It's more similar to Black Tie than Chatelain 22 - it's very clearly a direct inspiration, but it's not exact. Queen in Rouge is just not quite as smooth, a little less feminine. It has more cedar, less vanilla, and slightly prickly edges that give it just a bit of that sharpness or 'perfumey' quality. I don't find it noticeably more animalic than BT, but I find myself missing Celine's beautiful moss note here. It is clearly stronger, but I actually find BT's longevity very good so this was not a goal for me. I think those less fanatical about BT will find the similarity pretty striking, but she can't fool me. While I can *easily* justify having C22 in my collection, this one is too similar (and to my nose, inferior) to ever choose over BT.

For once I can agree with a scent being better than the original scent. This also reminds me of Iris Ganache in the beginning. The dry down is Black Tie. The longevity is crazy! Like 24+ hours. Great sillage and projection is probably 2 feet. The price is great as well $199. I'm waiting for scent split to get it in so I can use 20% off. I still want to try Celine Nightclubbing. Glad I can save money with Black Tie and buy (if I like it) Nightclubbing from Celine.

This is definitely the closest to Black Tie from all the dupes I have tried. It is still not like the queen, too much iris and not enough smoky vanilla. The comparison above to shalimar millesime tonka is utter foolishness tho. Shalimar is a completely different scent from both black tie and this one.

It is giving a sweeter version of a bug spray called "Baygon". Projects quite well as other Lord Milano perfumes.

This is a winner. I love Black Tie but the low projection is depressing...enter in the Queen 😍😍😍😍.
