With a name like Dark Florum, I was fully expecting a moody floral — something straight out of the 80s: rich, heavy, and seductive like Poison, Opium, or Coco. And at first, that’s exactly where it seems to be heading. The opening is dense, syrupy, floral, and sweet. But then, instead of going full vintage femme fatale, it takes a sharp turn. The classic iris accord is there, but it doesn’t smell like the powdery, soapy iris you’d find in those old-school florals. This iris feels boozy, metallic, and cold — like chilled glass with a faint alcoholic shimmer. It’s familiar yet alien, nostalgic yet futuristic. As with most of Lorenzo Pazzaglia’s creations, Dark Florum is packed to the brim with notes. But the iris and dates steal the show, steering the scent far from the 80s vibe I expected. Instead of that velvety, cosmetic-powder feel, you get a swirl of resins and spices wrapped around a dark, sticky sweetness. The florals don’t feel soft or romantic — they’re thick, shadowy, and almost syrupy, like flowers preserved in smoke and liquor. Where the dark florals of the 80s leaned into smoky 1920s bar noir femme fatale energy — sultry, mysterious, and opulent — Dark Florum is a different kind of dark. This is modern noir: androgynous, cold, unapologetic, yet still undeniably theatrical. It has that signature Pazzaglia richness and intensity but channels it into something moodier and less conventional. Performance is excellent — long-lasting, with strong projection in the opening that settles after an hour or two. I listened to Divinespirit and i don't regret it at all. Amouage r45 is my favourite fragrance but i can't afford to buy myself a €500 fragrance. At the first second this is sickenly sweet, then it slowly becomes gucci quilty elixir. Then after 20 minutes this is so similair to r45, i have a good nose and tried many "1:1 dupes" and they are never close quality-wise, of course this is a little more expensive then your average dupe. But the performance makes up for it, you need two sprays and you are good. Blended perfectly and its just so close to r45, I have to try them side by side but its not even worth getting r45 anymore unless you are rich af. This is it. It perfectly captures the mythical smell that i can't really place and is so sophisticated, absolutely goated. Got this bottle for €166 of vinted.

When I smelled Darkflorum, I interpreted this perfume as a great challenge from Lorenzo Pazzaglia, who created a scent that, if I may say, is quite different from the typical Lorenzo style we all know and which I believe has been won hands down. An unusual, deep, and dark floral fragrance , surrounded by slightly honeyed notes, reminiscent of the brief blooming of the robinia tree, master of our countryside, soaked in a warm and enveloping rum. I find it extremely incisive, sensual, and decisive, and above all, a great emotion for my olfactory memory, taking me back to beautiful times when everything, even if simple, would bring a smile. Just got this today. It really does have impressive longevity and performance. I really am enjoying the dark mysterious vibe that i get from it. Its a manly floral scent but not overtly. It has a little bit of spice to it. Its sweet spicy floral and smoky all at the same time. I really enjoy the way it progresses on my skin. Very high quality stuff.

This frag is giving rich vampire noble from an exotic land. Its sweet and salty, but in a very dark and moody kinda way. On me it also has quite a strong incensey undertone which really adds that gothic edge. I would absolutely get a full bottle if it wasn't for the price-point.

Dark Florum feels like an intriguing floral composition unfolding at night, darker, more profound, as if the flowers were resting and storing their brightness for when the sun returns. Gentle peppery nuances surround this still garden, creating a contrast between light and shadow, good and evil. It feels like summer seen through a dark lens, familiar warmth turned mysterious and forbidden. At its heart, dates and a boozy rum accord inebriate the senses, whispering of gluttony, one of the seven sins, as they blend with white flowers dressed in a dark robe and a faint fruity tone. As it develops the fragrance becomes hypnotic, enveloped in creamy amber and a somber velvety rose that deepens the mood. It feels like the monologue of Cruella de Vil, once pure, now intoxicated by darkness yet still magnetic, contemplating, after a few shots of rum, about light and shodow. In this story... darkness wins.

This is like a cross breed between LP Sun-gria and Amouage Reflection 45

Yellow-green lily-freesia sweetly cloying and could be even headache inducing after a few hours. The highlight is perfectly blended notes resulting in hubba bubba bubblegum with exotic flavour and citrus fruits with prominent mandarin, but floral predominates. The price is though not justifiable, not that original. 220 Eur per 75 ml.

This is a weird one - sweet and sour, dark and floral, strong and quiet. Performance is decent. I am on the fence. Will need to wear the sample on different days to see how I feel.

Not going to beat around the bush - one of the absolute best smells I have ever had the chance to experience, HOWEVER....... I have a single tripe with this stupid ahhhh bottle, when the atomiser is depressed in order to experience the glorifying smell within, a manufacturing oversight begins to emerge. On depression the atomiser nozzle regresses into its housing to the effect that the perfume sprays against the bottle and not outwards onto your BODY. This has greatly affected my enjoyment of what could have been a perfect perfume. As such I will be aiming to alter my bottle in order to enjoy it to its full effect. As such if anyone else is suffering in silence, dont worry, I am also suffering except not in silence.....

I tried Summer Hammer... Is just a never-ending list of notes same as the Terenzi fragrances. It ended smelling like a salt... Sweet mango starting with 1 kilogram of diluted salt at the dry down. Here we have 300 notes like if you take one out of the mix, nobody will ever noticed...Unless you are Lorenzo; Someone may say that my nose needs to be trained though, because I used to own more than 280 perfumes but not enough to fully appreciate the sugar note so badly needed in this composition... I have a sample of Vam Py Rum... That's another story from the book of "The Same Story Of Every House Sweet Stuff" In Lorenzo's very own way.

To me it smells like Marc Jacobs Decadence (discontinued), but make it boozier, darker and more resinous. The iris stands out to me the most, and mixed with the woods it creates a moody, mysterious yet elegant scent. This feels unique- in a gourmand saturated world.

I have a decant from him.... Jesus that's all i want to say an Iris bomb with flowers on my skin is nice... I tested it on my gf... And more ppl... On them is spicy scent with that beautiful iris scent. Is a must buy.

If anybody have problem with "Refelction" performance,just take a blind buy for "Dark Florum". It 's such a same vibe. Great.

I was excited bye of the note breakdown. however its a pass for me . I don't smell any rum in it
