Instant LOVE. Got my sample today &.ordered a bottle within an hour. Would love to find this in a 100ml. VE smells like a nice vanilla candle from the mid 90s to me but in the BEST possible way. VE is definitely one of those scents from childhood. I want to drown in this. Seems to have great longevity and decent projection.. You're just evil if you don't like this one 🤣 It's beautiful soft but long lasting. So.Freaking.Good. I'm not even disappointed that I don't detect oud in this (originally got the sample thinking I'd find a heavy oud & vanilla scent) this is probably my favorite vanilla in my entire collection now, truly 💕 VE has me very intrigued about the rest of this house. Update-. Now that my.full bottle has arrived I do detect a tiny bit of oud.way in the background. Super happy. Cant wait to try Py Rhum & Sugar kisses. ****Don't listen to the ppl below who say they smell chocolate obviously their noses are broken. Ridiculous opinions and ppl just wanting to hate bc they know so many love this one.

Oh my gosh I just cannot get over how good this is!! I blind bought Van Exstasyx after seeing that there are seven vanillas in this perfume and I SO glad I did!! I am a vanilla lover and Van Exstasyx delivers! I get creamy vanilla with a syrupy caramel, and a little bit of a chocolate nuance. I also see that there is an oud note listed but I am not familiar with oud as this is my only perfume with that note, but maybe that is what is giving that chocolate nuance? Van Exstasyx lasts 12+ hours on me and it's even more delicious and creamy as it dries down! For reference my favorite vanilla perfumes are Escapade Gourmande, Epico Vani Charnel, and Jousset Accident a la Vanille to name a few. I would say that this is a very safe blind buy if you love the vanillas I mentioned, but it never hurts to sample first. Van Exstasyx is not like any of the other vanillas in my collection as it's more of a darker vanilla, but it's absolutely delicious, and I HIGHLY recommend!

I decided 2026 is the year I finally check out some Lorenzo Pazzaglia fragrances, and so far I'm enjoying pretty much all the 7 samples I ordered, with Speachless and Sugar Kisses being top favorites SO far! I adored Van Exstastyx the moment I smelled it because it gave me 100% Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting and -- being a child of the 80's -- made me ever so happy! I haven't smelled Montale's Vanille Absolu but I have tested Bianco Latte and Kayalli and I find this version of vanilla the most satisfying of those -- it's sugary sweet without being nauseating; it manages to perfectly satiate the sweet tooth (for those of us that have one) with a strong, rich, creamy vanilla. There's a charming hint of chocolate that comes through and I find this whole concoction utterly divine. Will have to report back on longevity and do more comparisons to see how this compares to my other favorite vanilla -- Jeroboam's Insulo. So far, though, this one's a love!

Wow. Where do I start with this one? The fact that it's definitely a cold weather wear scent & it's the middle of the hottest August in *ever*? Still, I had to spray it. The thrill of acquisition & all. It's sweet, it's extrait, it's vanilla of every facet. Then in 15 minutes the even sweeter caramel drizzle comes up. Just a snap of floral... jasmine? Then it's a long lazy slide into the dryish woody oud & just enuff tonka to recognize. Not skanky at all, BUT... easy on that trigger. It would be real easy to smother people if you're not careful. I'll plan two sprays for cool days, three for at home to indulge & four sprays for an outside event in cold weather. I got a strong 8 hours & a comfy scent bubble to hour 12. This was made for hugging & I can't wait to give it a run on the first cold snap. I would not wear this to a formal occasion, as it's a showstopper. Unless you want ALL the attention. I love it. This will age well.

I've got a partial bottle of this and I'm very happy I did. It smells great but is way overpriced and I cannot see my self wanting this enough, over much cheaper vanilla options, to get a full bottle. It's a great simple sweet vanilla perfume with a specific airy artificial sillage that reminds me of scented dolls and seceted stationery items from my childhood, such as scented pens, erasers, journals, etc. As a very sweet vanilla with chocolate undertones, It bears some resemblance to choco musk oil as well. It's very oily on the skin but that doesn't mean beastmode. It's a very average fragrance in terms of performance. Would I recommend it? If you're a gourmand lover, get a sample. Otherwise, I think you can skip it. It's very confusing for me, because now I'm doubting my decision to get Van Py Rhum... I intended to get a full bottle of that. I would appreciate it if people who tested both would chime in.

Interesting...when I put my nose to my hand I can barely smell vanilla but I do get soft cocoa powder. However in my scent bubble I smell soft & sweet vanilla, caramel & chocolate cocoa puffs. *On my skin* it’s a stronger, less powdery & lactonic version of Bianco Latte with added sweetness & chocolate nuances. This fragrance takes me on a journey... it’s super sweet warm gooey vanilla one second & then I smell soft powdery white chocolate the next & the fragrance dance repeats. Van Exstasyx has a soft & sensual sillage with moderate projection & longevity. Please test before buying! At first I did not like the opening at all but wait about 10-15 minutes & you will see that’s when the magic happens! If you didn’t like Bianco Latte because it was too powdery and lactonic definitely try this one! This one is teasing my senses & I think I really like it but not sure if it’s full bottle worthy for me!

I bought my 50 ml bottle of Van Exstasyx in a perfume shop called Alé Parfum in Rome, Italy. Lovely lady works there. I only spoke English, and she only Italian, but we still could understand each other and connect over testing different scents together in the shop. This is a very cloudy, sweet vanilla fragrance without being sickening or cloying. It stays on my clothes for days, but sadly on my skin (at least) it's only an intimate skin scent. It does not project well on me, is my experience, but then again I haven't asked people if I leave a vanilla scent trail behind me. This perfume hasn't been a compliment getter for me, but definitely comforting; it feels absolutely luxurious when you spray it. I'm just afraid it's overpriced, so I may not be repurchasing this. If it had had better projection, then I definitely would have stocked up on bottles because of how delicious this is!

I confess :I started with many preconceptions about this fragrance, not particularly loving vanilla .I expected the usual cloying sweetness, but I had to imagine, knowing the creator of this perfume, that I would have been pleasantly surprised and amazed. I compare Van Extasyx to an abstract painting: many people could say that it is easy to paint it, but combining colors and concepts masterfully is not for everyone, on the contrary, it is extremely complicated.Lorenzo Pazzaglia has managed to balance and get the best out of each not and created a perfect combination, a very pleasant vanilla flavour, not excessively sweet, supported by elements that enhance the various vanillas and make them a surprising work of art. This is the only perfume of this family that I wear with pleasure and it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable, it makes me feel classy and feminine.

The chef-d'oeuvre of vanillas. Van Exstasyx is very much in the gourmand category, but in a grown & sophisticated way. It's characterized by its richness and devotion to vanilla rather than its sweetness or similarity to dessert. As someone that has previously owned and outgrown Escapade Gourmande & Bianco Latte, I find this to be a more timeless choice. This and Fire At Will, my lighter vanilla, are permanent fixtures in my collection--it's that good. When I initially tried it, I did get the chocolate-y vibe as I've seen many others mention. But I think this simply comes down to the inclusion of oud & caramel. They lend the fragrance depth, darkness, and a lightly 'roasted' quality. She's sweet without being headache-inducing and has character. Divine.

The longer you wear this, the more it continues to transform. It starts off smelling similar to Ovaltine chocolate powder with the first application, which was actually enjoyable in its own way. It then started getting a bit synthetic and weird, making you think for a little while that it would fade out into some weird fake-chocolate smell that barely remained. It then became a very sweet, thick vanilla, getting warmer and stronger with continued wear. I could definitely see it overwhelming some, especially considering I barely had any on, but it never stopped smelling so delicious. It was definitely reminiscent of Kyse's Delizia Di Marshmallow, except without the extra kick of sugar crystals and syrup.

This is vanilla ice cream that they serve in a restaurant with one (or more) Michelin stars. Hand churned, made with real cream. Only the finest vanilla extract and the caviar/beads scraped from vanilla pods. Drizzled with an ever-so-slightly boozy caramel sauce. The plate is adorned with a beautiful and edible vanilla orchid bloom. Sweet without being overly so. Rich, creamy, indulgent, but without ever feeling heavy. Great and long lasting performance. Femenine leaning, ideal for colder weather. A delicious, mouthwatering, cozy, comforting treat. 👍

On first spray it smells exactly like Irish liquor (Baileys) for a few minutes, then dries down to what I thought smelled identical to the car scent Little Trees Vanillaroma (lol) which is not a bad thing, I love those things! But as it continues to dry down it turns into a deeper more complex vanilla. I do not find this fragrance at all cloying, but I adore super sweet perfumes/gourmands. I think this is good for all year round imo, and it is definitely added to the full bottle list to purchase! It is quite pricey but I think totally worth it.

Van Exstasyx is a beautiful warm and creamy vanilla. I definitely get the Oud and Tonka. And the florals are far in the background. It’s sweet but I don’t find it cloying at all. It’s more of a dark vanilla on my skin. To me this is a more unique vanilla and isn’t very similar to the fragrances in the “reminds me of” section. I think it stands completely on its own. Most vanillas I can wear year round but this one is better suited for the colder months for me since the Oud is quite prominent. I really like this one!

This is it. This is the beautiful holy grail vanilla I’ve been searching for! I thought I found it in Mazzolari Vaniglia, but performance was an issue. Then, Bianco Latte came along and I thought I had found heaven. Nope, no. This is so thick and rich in vanilla that my eyes literally roll back when I smell it. Lawd have mercy! I tried Dua’s clone and it was not worthy of this gem... the original just has too many subtle nuances that simply cannot be replicated. FB worthy immediately!

Here too we are faced with a super vanilla-flavored Lorenzo Pazzaglia style. A fragrance that winks at the female universe, with these sweet and very sensual vanillas that work in perfect symbiosis to create a truly exquisite, almost gourmand perfume but never exaggerated as it does not tend to become cloying. On a girl / woman is a wonder I recommend it if you are looking for an almost absolute vanilla! As always, LORENZO has accustomed us to superrr projection, wake and duration!

We’ve come back from the buzzing summer fields dizzy with scarlet stained lips and daisy chains. Getting heady and feeling delectable. It is a fragrance to take a huge heaving sigh of in the space between the collar bone and the neck. I get a dark berry nuance on my skin, which I am obsessed with. It mellows and shifts over the day but stays smelling expensive. I feel like you could layer this with a cherry fragrance for something evocative of a rich black forest gateau.

I have been on a hunt for fragrances that smell like pure cocoa butter. Although this doesn’t smell particularly like Palmer’s cocoa butter, it layers well with anything from the Palmer’s cocoa butter line. This scent smells EXACTLY like tootsie rolls! It lasts so long on skin and even longer on clothing. I have this and Sugar Kisses. I do think that owning both is quite redundant, but the way I have been on my cocoa butter craze this winter... the more the merrier lol

One of the most Powerful vanillas in my collection .There is warm vanilla,cold vanilla,dark vanilla,bright vanilla. This is a beautifully beast vanilla , and gets even stronger with age . I wouldn’t consider this a full gourmand vanilla . This is more of gourmand leaning vanilla that is balanced by the nuances of white flowers and tonka . As far as performance 10/10. Take notes TF vanilla Sex !

Very similar to Van Py Rhum: the thickest, richest, moistest chocolate cake, a perfect intermingling of creamy vanilla and dark chocolatey patchouli with a boozy undertone of rum caramel. Van Exstasyx exchanges its sibling's booziness for a smidge of extra cocoa powder dusted over the top of this lush devil's food cake with vanilla icing. Moderately strong projection for 4-5hr, longevity 16hr+.

Smells like your grandmas famous cookies/vanilla cake (on paper). The vanilla is very prominent of course but I also get that sweetness from the caramel and tonka bean that grounds the scent. Can see it being unisex but leaning feminine due to how sweet it is. Overall a successful blind buy, can’t wait to wear this when the weather gets colder

First of everything you must know that there are differences between smelling yourself or your skin and how the perfume in the air for other people IN THE AIR this perfume is amazing , very gourmand and if I want to prescribe the scent i just will say : its smell like you enters a coffee shop or store of coffee and choclate with vanilla.

I love this. Having owned Fire at will, I actually decluttered it because I eventually found it so nauseating that I couldn’t stand wearing it. Van Ecstasy for me is divine! On my skin this is a sweet but dark vanilla with an almost chocolatey vibe. This is one for the wish list.

Absolute masterpiece. Everyone says it but it smells like chocolate, which is surprising because of how much vanilla is in the notes. It doesn't project amazingly, but is probably my favorite perfume I've ever smelled. Very well worth the buy, 10/10.

Oh my goodness!! This is so beautiful!! A very unisex vanilla but oh so rich and sophisticated to my nose! I am so intrigued by this house, I will need to try his other creations such as Sugar Kisses, Van Py Rhum and Sun-Gria💚💛🧡❤️🩷

This is what I thought vanilla 28 would be. Pure vanilla but not too brown sugary or literal bitter vanilla extract. Chocolate in the opening but the dry down (on skin) is sophisticated vanilla like guerlain vanille planifolia

I just LOVE this perfume, It opens up as a chocolatey protein powder which i like but quickly dries down to that beautiful caramel and vanilla combo that easily can fill up a room with 3 sprays MAX. def getting a full bottle

First spray smells a bit synthetic, but once it settles, it smells soooo lovely it also lingers on my skin. It doesn't smell 100% like a gourmand, which I like.

Definitely uni I'm big bad and bald and I can roc it, don't be shy guys, o and duas clone is excellent if you want to try on the cheap first.

Van extasy is a vanilla for all year round. I have to admit that when I tried it on paper I didn't like it. It seemed like a very synthetic aroma to me, like a solvent for some chemical substance (it basically smelled like 90% poppers) and, for me, it had nothing to do with a vanilla scent, despite being almost the only one. note that it is declared in its multiple and very different varieties. However, when I tried it on my skin, things changed. On the skin, that chemical sensation fades and gives way to a vanilla that is one of the best in terms of aroma that I have tried. However, in this case I cannot give it the highest score because, despite smelling very good, I feel that it does not contribute anything new, it is just another vanilla like many others on the market and, in this case, even on top of that with almost no projection. . When applied, it looks as if a vanilla moisturizing cream had been applied, of spectacular quality, but only smelling cadi, at least in my case, at skin level. The duration is quite good, you can smell it without any problem by putting my nose close to it for about 8-9 hours, although when I asked several people no one could smell it except when I stuck my doll to their nose. It IS a good perfume and if you don't have any special vanilla in your collection I can recommend it as long as you are not looking for an olfactory bomb. But I can't give it a 10 because it has quite a few shortcomings that keep it from perfection. Given the soft projection, it is ideal for any time of year or situation, and I would even say that as a base to mix with other perfumes.

This was not a love at first sniff /try, but it really grew on my. It is a pure rich vanilla, just not the kind I was expecting. This is not like Vanille Absolu by Montale, as later is more like pure vanilla extract, deep and not overly sweet. Van Exstazy has some unique twist, a bit cremier, even a bit artificial, but nothing like Bianco Latte. It is very rounded and interesting, I just find it hard to compare it to anything. Maybe a tad bit crispy, if you look at it from a gourmand point of view. Perhaps the different varieties of vanilla create this interesting composition - would love for some professional perfumer to comment on what they smell, what kinds of vanilla. All other notes are there up to a certain extent, especially caramel, but overall it is very well blended and individual notes don't really stick out It is a strong performer a and really hugs you as a scent. One needs to try it for themselves to form an opinion.

I like this scent. it's gourmand vanilla deliciousness packed in a bottle, doesn't smell like a candle at all.. HOWEVER I wish influencers and reviewers mentioned how ****ing similar this is to Montale's Vanille Absolu. Literally almost the same scent in the drydown (seriously why the downvote people?) Performance is similar - just get the Montale... it's cheaper. Also this is not a beastmode projection longlasting hooha that is advertised by influencers, It doesn't project, it's close to skin and also lasts 4-5 hours max on my clean, moisturised skin. I hate to say it but it doesn't hold a candle to long lasting scents like Lattafa's Artisan Ethnique (seriously hate that fragrance but hell does it last on the skin for 2 days even with shower). Delicious edible scent? Yes. Longevity and projection? No. Worth the price? No. Just get Montale or cheaper dupes.

Van Exstasyx is marketed as unisex, but on my skin it leans very feminine. It’s a rich, dessert-style gourmand — heavy vanilla, caramel sweetness, soft and indulgent. It smells delicious as hell, and I genuinely enjoy wearing it. There’s also a faint smoky undertone in the background, which gives it a bit more depth, but not enough to make it feel truly distinctive. The more I wear it, the stronger the feeling becomes that I’ve smelled this exact scent before. It’s one of those frustratingly familiar perfumes — enjoyable, comforting, but almost too recognisable. Honestly, this could easily pass as a body mist or mainstream gourmand. It even reminds me of something from So...? or Victoria’s Secret, and I can’t shake that association. Pleasant and wearable, yes — but not original, and unlikely to surprise anyone who already owns a few sweet vanilla scents.

It's a very linear vanilla/caramel scent, barely any change in scent profile throughout the wear. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, as the scent itself is very, very good. To me, it's a rich, expensive caramel mixed with all the different types of vanilla, which blend together beautifully. The caramel is rich, not overly sweet or at all synthetic. Reminds me of those soft caramel candies that melt in your mouth. I'd say it takes the center stage here, as the vanilla acts just as a base used to ground the sweetness. I get no oud at all from this fragrance. And that's really it. Compared to other Pazzaglia's fragrances, this one is definitely more on the tame side. It's not flashy, loud or obnoxious, it's a very well rounded, soft, gentle, gourmand scent, perfect for colder days, dates or easy nights out. It's a crowd pleaser, not an attention grabber

I like it, but it leans female. At least to me... Smels like a beautiful vanille frappucino from starbucks with hazelnut powder on it. The caramel is delicious and the quality of the vanille is outstanding. i find it a bit too simple but still does the job pretty well it reminds me of Bianco latte a bit although this one has different projection and of corse quality. This smells really quality ! Smells refined yet very sweet, yummy and still very elegant. Very gorumand type of scent. Doesn't leave a trail of sillage instead i find it intimate, although longevity is pretty good i get 8 hrs on my skin. If you like vanilla gorumand type of scent then check it out i might be worth it. 7/10

It indeed smell like hot chocolate, with hit of vanilla or, the dark side of vanilla smells like hot chocolate. The performance is questionable. It projects little but remains intense cery very close to the skin. It would have been a ultimate vanilla for it composition, but I hardly percieve matiz of this. Would like to love, but it's a like for me. I like it, the dry down is like vanilla and caramel. But that all about it....very pure and simple, slightly dark (which makes it chocolately), maybe it's just too simple.

A boozy vanilla and caramel opening. Then, dry, nutty tonka joins in. Then, a very nice vanilla. I never get any florals. The final drydown is a beautiful vanilla. This is very vanilla dominant. It's not strong, it's actually very weak, but it definitely satisfies the itch for almost pure vanilla. How pretentious to list every type and form of vanilla in the official note list, just say its vanilla!

This smells similar to Bianco Latte (especially in the top & mid) with a denser vanilla, no milk and way less sweet. Let this fragrance sit, it gets nicer. Really dislike the owl on the bottle. Edit: Few months down the line all I get is sweet & dense vanilla with a VERY pronounced patchouli, wish it was a bit toned down or even not there.

Dark, sticky vanilla. In my opinion only good in cold weather. Kind of missed the wow factor, because it`s reminiscent of many other vanillas out there. I`m wearing this today and I bet I will not remember this scent in a while. Does not stand out. Probably more exciting when layered but I`m not into that business yet.

First spay a blast of vanillas with carmel but then changed into a chocolate scent.it reminded me of wicked good by gallagher fragrances. But a lighter version.this is more a light scent but you can smell yourself.i like it but would have liked the vanilla carmel to stick around.

I like this a lot! Very vanilla caramel. The only reason I wouldn’t purchase now is because I have Bianco Latte and these are very similar on my skin. I layered it with Golden Sand by Al-Rehab and it is a lovely combination. Great longevity and moderate sillage.

I'm just not getting all the nuances everyone else who likes this scent are experiencing. No problems with longevity, no problems with sillage. I'm honestly just smelling Montale's Vanille Absolu. Tested a 10 ml over 6 or so months.

Much vanilla. I need more vanilla. Good blended vanilla. Recommend to try

شاید توی خیلی از عطر ها،مدل های زیاد ای از وانیل کار شده باشه اما در لیست نُت های اون عطر فقط یک‌بار نت وانیل ذکر شده اینجا به نظرم یک شیطنت هوشمندانه صورت گرفته که به واسطه‌ی شلوغ کردن صفحه از انواع و اقسام وانیل،مخاطب رو حداقل مجبور به تست یا در نهایت خرید کنه در لحظات ای بوی وانیل به سمت میوه ای میره؛انگار که وانیل وجه میوه ای و کم‌ای تُرش داره.هرچند این تُرشی گاهی حس خوب‌ای نداشت و مثل ترشیدگی بود اما در شروع که حال و هوای میوه ای داشت،جالب بود وجوه کاراملی بیشتر در شروع حس میشه و بوی خوشمزه ای به عطر میده که با گذشت زمان کم‌رنگ میشه نکته‌ی مثبت وانیل توی این عطر،پودری نشدن اون هست.هرچند در انتها کمی پودری میشه اما مثل وانیل های شیرینی فروشی نمیشه خداروشکر **************** scent:6/10 longevity:9/10 sillage:9/10 purchase value:2/10 ********* overall:6.5/10

This is a pass for me due to the insane alcohol opening. Although alcohol is not listed in the notes I feel it and I smell it upon the initial spray. It is a straight up bitter alcohol type, not the sweet boozy type. In fact the alcohol in this is so intense that upon smelling it my nose starts to tingle and then I loose my sense of smell for 30 minutes until my receptors recover. My sample is from Lucky Scent, otherwise I would be questioning the authenticity of this perfume due to the insane intensity of alcohol in the opening. After my sense of smell returns in about 30 minutes I do smell vanilla similar to the vanilla in Bianco Latte and the original Accident a la Vanille. The projection and sillage is similar to other Lorenzo Pazzaglia perfumes.

I was just so curious and excited as to how a perfume with this many vanilla notes would smell like, that I was quite disappointed when I finally got my nose on a sample. I did heed the warning that this many vanilla notes would produce a more chocolate scent, but I was expecting a more intriguing and stronger one. Van Exstasyx comes off as more chocolate on me, but it's such a simple, soft chocolate powder scent that I find the price of the full size difficult to justify. It is a pretty, inoffensive sweet scent, but nothing about it is interesting and the performance and longevity leave much to be desired on my skin.

My first impression was honestly: “Damn, this smells like a scented candle from Zara or some random clothing store.” However, the more I wore it, the more I started to appreciate it. It definitely grew on me after a few wears. It’s a very sweet fragrance, so I’d personally save it for colder days, evenings, or special occasions. The oud in the background gives it a darker, more serious edge and keeps the sweetness from becoming too childish or playful. I’m still not completely convinced it’s worth the price, though. It’s good, but at this price point I expected something more distinctive and impressive.

To be honest, I am quite puzzled by the other reviews because I get no gourmand notes, no chocolate or caramel sweetness from this. It smells dirty-medicinal vanilla on my nose. Interesting vanilla without sweetness. However, if you wait a bit, that medicinal-dirty scent fades out a little but even after that it becomes difficult for me to catch the smell. All in all, I figure this perfume is best for layering, not on its own. I liked it with BDK Gris Charnel Extrait. I would not buy the full bottle.
