Moon Tale

I have pre ordered a tester as soon i saw that it was able to be pre ordered, i cant wait to smell, i think it will be one of the best 2025 fragrance going out there, does anyone agree?

It has a bright, sweet floral scent. Magnolia and jasmine stand out, and the berry scent adds sweetness, so it also feels a little bit like soda ice cream. It's a little less lasting. I hate sandalwood, and the rain tea felt too weak to last, so I bought this perfume. The employee of the Chinese department store said that they will start selling it to other countries after pre-release in China. Even the employee doesn't know when it is.

This one leans feminine. It has this shampoo smell in a fresh and nice way. I weared spell on you a couple of times and it sort of remind me the experience. Great and versatile smell, but i can't see me wearing it on any occasion as a guy.

Moon Tale is a shocking disappointment, even more because opening & the first 20 to 30 minutes have an incredible scent profile but there is a floral note that goes from pleasent to strong, then to overpowering, finally ending on bad and mildly headache inducing. It also blocks out every other note in the Moon Tale. The opening is a gorgeous fresh clean note with strong hints of multiple florals, but none of these notes stick around. Performance on Moon Tale is extremely good but not shocking with how strong the floral note is. On the longevity side it lasted just under 9 hours on my skin & about 15 hours on my clothing. A 8/10 for longevity. The projection on Moon Tale is excessively strong, it fills whatever room you apply it in and radiates 5 or 6 feet off your person for the first 6 hours before slowly fading away after the next 3. A 9/10 for projection. Moon Tale performed very well and has a very pleasant opening but that is unfortunately all the good I can say about it. The floral note that overpowers just isn’t pleasant at the strength it reaches. Interestingly I don’t think the floral note itself is in essence bad, it’s just turned up way to high and that in turn ruins the rest of Moon Tale entirely. At the end Moon Tale gets a 1/10, the floral note that is to strong just ruins it for me.

I love these bottles because they're inspired by chinese/asian porcelain.. really cool in person, I'm not asian but I think the reference is very nice. Now the scents are targeted to the asian market, softer than their regular lines and more fitting to their culture where fragrances are not a big part of an outfit and too much is invasive over there... and I feel like this one and Rain Tea are feminine. Rain tea is a citrus floral with tea.. transparent, average performance.. it reminds me of Wulong Cha X or Bvlgari PH Extreme but with floral notes. The opening is citrusy and has that green savory note from the tea but the magnolia is too flowery for me. This is not Imagination or Cactus Garden. Moon Tale is fruity floral, it will smell familiar but you won't know from where bc it could be considered quite generic except for the quality. The flowers are front and center but not indolic, the peonies which are everywhere now, are the most recognizable and the berries in the background have a Rouge Trafalgar vibe, very pretty and simple, I agree that it's shampooey. Ink Mark is a sandalwood focused fragrance, it doesn't remind me of Santal 33 that much, it has a cypress inky note like Encre Noir but with sandalwood and it's a little smoky, ambery and if I focus I can smell the roses, this is the most unisex and the one I liked the most. Would I buy any? No, I already have many sandalwood and citrus fragrances and I don't feel like I'm the target audience for these.

Moon tale is deep smelling if that’s a thing... I don’t necessarily get the notes but I can smell floral once I read it’s floral but I would say it’s more of a pretty earthy smell. It’s got a strong sweetness in it, much like rain tea does, which cuts through any floral notes and gives it a lot of uniqueness from other perfumes with similar profiles. LV have nailed it with these last 3, I got moon tale, rain tree and ink mark all at the same time and absolutely love all 3

Blame Pharrell for the new creative direction of LV, starting with Lovers and Elves. If you liked LV fragrances before, a strong change for the worse is coming sadly. Buy the bottles of the old stuff you like now, cause its gonna be replaced with toddler-style bottles like this one.

I would buy this based on the name alone, which i love. i would have preferred different colors on the bottle however, something that is more reminiscent of the moon. I heard this and rain tea are bangers.

The bottles are the same as always.. just different color variations. You guys and all these comparisons to children’s items. It’s very apparent we have some very adolescent minds in these comments.

Why have people been rating these if they arent even out yet I think that tells you something about Fragnatica, but I kinda do like the bottle designs for these new LV fragrances.

With this release, Louis is being a little bit more obvious about its line being play-toys for man children with too much disposable income

I think u need to know the Chinese culture to understand these colour choices of these bottles it’s not random

The bottle from Ink Mark is my favourite. Don't rate what you haven't even smelled. 😒

maybe the bottles will grow on me, but they look childish, like a kids fragrance
