Truly Fabulous

Can I just say how great it is to find a cruelty-free, environmentally-conscious perfume? Can I get an amen? And it's a really pretty presentation for the price. The bottle isn't fancy, but it's glass, with a wood top--nice! And made in France, if that floats your boat. This was a blind buy for me, because they were selling it on clearance; I think this particular scent is now discontinued. It's too bad, as this is a lovely fragrance, perfect for everyday wear, if mostly limited to spring and summer. It's a pretty, light fragrance--almost too light for me. Not much projection or sillage. For some reason, I smell grapefruit in the top notes, although it's not listed. It quickly becomes a simple but elegant fruity floral, then ultimately a tiny bit spicy and musky. Unless you put your nose to where you applied the perfume, you probably won't notice it moving through these stages, and it fades pretty quickly. This smells young to me, and I think it would be a perfect beginner scent for those just starting their fragrance journey. I'm older, but will remember this for those days when I need to grab something quick to make myself feel fresh and pretty.

Good body mist! Opening is similar to Bombshell. Drydown is different, sweeter and muskier. Coconut vanilla orchid and this one are my top 2 Love and Nature mists.

This is sharp pink pepper with a hint of a sweet lemon-esque freshness
