Juniper Gin

i cannot rave enough about margot elena's love&toast line. her complex yet utterly simple scents are some of the best (and inexpensive) niche juices i have come across. and at $10 a roller ball, the entire collection is within everyone's financial reach! these are delightful STOCKING STUFFERS!!!! JUNIPER GIN is .27 fl ounces of pure, crisp, juniper and lime blossom goodness. its cool and refreshing immediately upon application. it's green "true to life" juniper scent is balanced by zesty lemon and salt, i swear to you, it sparkles on my skin. just perfect for moments when you need a blast of "pick me up" perfume. its aroma-therapeutic qualities could lift the most lowliest of moods, i keep it in my satchel for just such purposes.

So fresh and so clean clean! Can't wait to roll this on for an early spring morning! Would also be lovely as a pick me up on a rainy or sticky summer day. I tried the Gin Blossom body spray which was nice but sweeter than Juniper Gin. Can't wait to give all of these a try and at such a great price point and their availability at Ulta, why not? Also, on a separate note, the packaging is too cute! There's a die cut of a piece of toast and a heart when you open the rollerball lid on the box. Margot Elena is a true visionary and obviously working with an extremely talented team!

Fresh, zingy and instant mood-lifting, all in a tiny and relatively inexpensive roller-ball. Of you like green, crisp scents, this is definitely for you. As someone else mentioned this would also be nice layered with more citrus, I may just try that later on as I love citrus scents :)

Fun and inexpensive, with a great juniper note. Sparkly and dry, not cloying — perfect for warm weather.

Supposed to be for women but it's easily unisex. Doesn't meet my goal of finding a truly feminine juniper perfume, but it is quite amazing! The salty note is especially prominent -- odd description but it's like having a salt-rimmed margarita only if it were made with gin instead of tequila. It's a very boozy juniper. Weirdly yummy? I keep wanting to lick my wrist, like there should be salt there. The salt note actually makes my mouth water, it's really amazing. It's just so evocative of a drink. Just a little floral there now that it's dried down, a very clean laundry sort of white floral. So unique! I can say I've never smelled anything like it. Good if you like boozy scents, or juniper, but it's a clean scent, not very floral or feminine at all. A man could certainly wear this.
