Epices

A couple of squirts to each arm, and one on the chest. A warm leather, after an hour - hints of pepper. Up close-ish, the cedar comes through strongly - reminiscent of the scent of my lounge, the first day the Christmas tree goes up... resinous and calming. Wafts of my grandmother's house - the wooden hallway especially - come through as I go about my day. Tremendously enjoyable - I'll be coming back for more of this. A couple of hours in, and there's a bit of a shift - the cedar backs off a little, and a more musty element arrives – but still woodsy and warm. I still get the scent easily enough several hours after application. Overall, this is a relatively discreet perfume – so it’s a ride that can be enjoyed without worrying about overpowering those around.

It is really nice frag, truely woody-spicy. I smell cinnamon nutmeg, cardamom and of course a lot of cedar. It reminds me Azzaro Visit PH very much - Visit is more smoky and Epices is little more spicy, but they are very very similar

This spicy fragrance is lovely! It is really classic, but in a good way. A bunch of spices well balanced that become soft and ambery. I would definitely purchase this one!

I purchased this one after really enjoying Cedre. Cuir and Vetiver, a fair bit less as they are a little too straightforward to me. On to the characteristics. - Woody, spicy, peppery. There are a good number of notes here and they mostly keep their separate qualities. It is interesting to train your nose on this! No synth, or alcohol smell, no blur of notes. The vetiver in comb with the citrus keeps this one fresh. - Borrowing from the good review below (I do not think they smell cheap though), this has a very classical feel to it, gentlemanly. This can be said for the other three in the line as well. Perhaps owing to the house being 250 years old. - Fairly masculine. - Seems appropriate for any season really, except when you hit the high heat of summer. - I lean more toward daytime use. Pretty decent, keep in mind this has an old school feel to it.

Better than I expected! I picked it up from TK maxx (TJ in usa) it was on sale for £7.00 . Didn’t have much expectations but this did surprisingly well. The smell itself is a fresh strong aftershave like with some uniqueness to it. It reminds me somewhat of obsession by CK but in the dry down. It’s not generic rather a slightly unique fresh green scent. Can be good for spring autumn. Scent :6/10 Longevity: 7/10 (4-5 hours) Overall: 7/10

I can agree that it's intoxicating scents. It's combo of many spices, someone could think that it will be lethal weapon but no - when i sniff this i feel like Xmas aura is in the house. Mix of gourmand (spices) and xmas tree (cedar and vetiver)

@meligonlan - shure you can. of course test it befory wear. this is very safe scent. good for occasion when you don't want to offend anyone.

Oily and stuffy at first. Gets better with time. Overall, somewhat stuffy but a plesant nutmeg smell.

In a similar vein to neo-gentlemen's scent like Ormonde Jayne or Divine, LT Piver delivers classical scent formulas with a modern, fresh, minimal touch. In Epices, which is the best of their new mens line, the opening is herbal, green, fresh, and gentle, with a dry, spicy dry down. It smells the least cheap, when compared to Cedre, Vetiver and Cuir. I enjoy these kinds of scents, but I would not feel inclined to buy them for the most part.

A classic aromatic fougere with a touch of oakmoss, cedar and cinnamon.The dry down is sweet lavender ,nutmeg and cardamom. The ginger adds a lemony freshness too and makes it more uplifting. There is a soapiness floating around that makes it a very sophisticated gentleman's cologne. Great projection and a morning fragrance, also it smells 100% natural. It amazes me is not more popular, a fragrance to consider adding to your wardrobe.
