Just Free

This is a very light and fleeting fragrance on my skin. So I definitely agree with perfumecritic that this is unisex. I smell no amber or patchouli so its odd that they are listed in the fragrances pyramid. There is little to no projection on my skin and it lasts 3 hours tops. Nothing near exciting but pleasantly simple. I personally would not recommend, but if you are looking for a soft and calm fragrance then go for it. It will do well in late spring to deep summer.

The fragrance version of a 90's sitcom project that never made it past the pilot episode that was sent to various studios.

Especially in the opening, but it has a very accurate neroli/ fresh, dewy white flower essence. The same feel you get from a fresh white flower lei around your neck. Aloha shirt, tucked into dressed slacks with belt, and dress shoes. Not necessarily a churchy smell, but the feeling of going to church, or out to Sunday brunch or other function in Hawaii. The combination of notes almost like a representation of the mix of different aged people you would find at such a place. Men, women, kids, young and middle aged working, older aunties, grandpas, and grandmas. Slightly dressed up. Mid-morning, it's a nice and sunny day, but at the same time, slightly uncomfortably hot, and slightly uncomfortable in your dress clothes. But on any other day, the same clothes would just be nice business casual.

So... I totally understand the 4711 and Neroli Portofino comparisons. From the get-go, Just Free does smell like a bright citrused neroli. I can't really distinguish between the fruity notes but it does smell clean and fresh. In that stage that's just fine. However just some time after it quickly turns into a strongly-based woodied neroli. It became a skin scent instantly after spraying it on my skin and a faint smell only some minutes after having to put my nose really close to smell it. At least it was really cheap... But I still think there are much better options at this price range.

Reminds me of the modern Soprani Uomo, with its fresh citrus/white floral scent. Just Free adds some fruits to the blend, with the melon, apple and pineapple. A very pleasant cologne... a fresh one to pick you up in the summertime after a shower, or anywhere. It could be unisex, as the woody notes are undetectable to my nose. The main issue is performance; on my skin it's almost gone after an hour or two. Use it as a body spray and on clothes..it may last longer.

Excelente colonia, la compré a ciegas sin haberla percibido antes y fue una gratísima sorpresa. Recomendaría su uso para el Verano y climas calientes, su durabilidad es muy buena. Very nice fragrance, smells great, recommended for summer or warm climate.
