Cuban Tobacco Parfum

I love this one. Starts out strong but then changes to a vanilla, warm loving smell. I find its not overpowering. Its almost 5 hours since I applied and I can still smell on my skin. This is what they (the designer) had to say about it when I asked: - Longevity: This fragrance generally lasts around 6-8 hours on the skin, but this can vary based on individual factors like skin type and environment. - Projection: The scent projects well within an arm’s length for the first 3-4 hours and then becomes more intimate, staying closer to the skin. - Application Tips: For best results, apply the perfume to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. You can also apply a small amount to your clothes for a longer-lasting effect. Reapplying once during the day can help maintain the fragrance if you’re looking for it to last from morning till night.

I usually don’t like vanilla perfumes, I don’t smoke, I don’t like tobacco. I would never even think about getting a perfume like this. And still - I fell in love with this perfume immediately. It’s a beautiful spicy woody scent, which makes me feel warm, but it’s not a sweet perfume. My mind always travels to a tobacco plantation setting, and I’m just waiting for someone’s huge arms to wrap around me :-D

Unbelievably sexy and spicy wear. strong on the clove and cardamom. Very similar accords to Aesop Marrakech but a bit more screechy, not necessarily a bad thing for this one. 9.5/10 purchase.

From my personal experience, tobacco fragrances often go overboard—too loud, too leathery, too syrupy sweet. Cuban Tobacco is the opposite. It’s soft, delicate, and wonderfully wearable. There’s a powdery floral nuance in the background that surprised me; it adds an unexpected elegance and steers this far away from the typical tobacco-and-vanilla formula. To my nose, it leans unisex, though I suspect many men will especially enjoy its understated sophistication. This is the tobacco fragrance you wear when you want to relax—when you want to smell incredible without announcing yourself. Quiet confidence in a bottle.

Gingery spice burst at first spray. Very intense cardamom and clove. Dries down to a warm, earthy sweet patchouli scent with vanilla notes, slight cedar woodiness, and cardamom/clove spiciness sitting lightly on top and eventually disappearing. Lovely up close, very warm and cosy; medium sillage with one light spray. I don't get any floral or mandarin notes on me at all though. I really like it, but I'd love love love it with more - any - mandarin and if the spices had more staying power.

Unique sweet tobacco scent. Don't think many people would know this one so it can be a good niche pick for a night out.

Nice scent, but the longevity is a bit disappointing for the price.

I wanted to like it as I love so many of the individual notes in this fragrance, it just somehow doesn't quite gel with me. Interesting and lovely but not for me.
