The vibe is powdery and nutty rather than sugary sweet--like a soft cloud of baby powder, dusted with crushed pistachios and almonds. In the opening, there’s a subtle green facet running through it that fades fairly quickly (possibly the pear), which is a shame because that stage adds a really nice freshness. Rating 4.5/5 Despite the gourmand fragrances listed in the “reminds me of” section, I don’t find this particularly sweet. Compared to Affection, this feels much airier; Affection is denser, nuttier, and noticeably sweeter. These are only first impressions, and the scent may shift with some maceration. Hoping that pear lasts longer!!! I’ll update my thoughts again in a couple of months.
