I’m so glad this has been re-released! I had this when it was first launched 10+ years ago and adored it. When I saw it on the Lush website I immediately ordered (trepidation was there) hoping they hadn’t re-formulated it. It arrived today and I am so glad I have a bottle—it’s as wonderful as I remembered! The combination of scents feels like a protective hug in the best possible way. I wouldn’t say it’s sexy, but it is definitely cozy. Lush has a way with lavender scents and this doesn’t disappoint if you enjoy that note. There’s a touch of bitterness—a bit like fir trees, a touch of sweet chamomile, a hint of smoky myrrh. It smells ancient to me without smelling like incense or spice. The scent is grounding, calming, and brings me peace. Perhaps not the best for date nights, I could see this being good at work or weekends during the day. The longevity is good on skin, great on clothing— projection isn’t room filling.ive been wearing it for three hours and it’s still going strong. 5 out of 5 from me. Edit to add: This perfume lasts forever. I could still smell it as a skin scent after 12+ hours

This is such a great example of how well Lush do fragrance. It’s very difficult to know what their fragrances will smell like from the ingredients alone, they combine scents so well. This has such a prominent dark but sweet berry scent that comes from a combination of notes you wouldn’t expect to be sweet at all. You can smell the Lavender and Chamomile, but the Myrrh really brings out a deep layered scent that lasts on the skin and gets compliments. Having said that this fragrance won’t be for everyone, but as a long term Lush collector I really appreciate this. They’ve made several different products in this scent and I know a lot of newer fans of lush have wanted a fresh bottle of this for a while now!

I'm ridiculously late to the Lush game, much to my anger/frustration/despair. I did not expect to love this perfume judging it by its designations on here. This is such a delicious scent. Blackberry, lavender, slightly candy-ish, and sophistication. Very warm, fruity, slightly musky concoction. I can't get enough of it, and I keep sniffing my wrist every two minutes to get a waft of it. It is my new obsession and I will be stalking the Lush Kitchen in hopes they will re-release this and the shower gel. I usually avoid lavender as it tends to remind me of elderly women, but here it is blended perfectly.

This quickly became one of my favorite perfumes. To me... it’s a realistic lavender with myrhh dry down. On clothes I sometimes get a berry scent of sorts. It’s not too sweet and not too sharp. I do wish that it lasted longer. I made sure to already purchase a backup bottle. I love it that much and I’m not normally a big lavender fan. If you smell this in the store... spray it on you or take something that you can smell outside of the store. I have found that a lot of lush scents smell much better outside of the store.

i LOVE this, which surprised me as by smell it’s not the typical kind of scent i would go for. the lavender comes first as soon as you spray and it can be quite strong/harsh, but it soon settles down into this gorgeous sweet, berry-like scent with hints of myrrh. really adore this scent.

Oh how i wish Lush would make this again! To me, it smells of lavender, Blackcurrant & nettle tea. Just delightful. My 2 bottles are from the 2010 Forum party, i wish i'd bought more!

Big Blue is miles better, longer lasting and stronger for less money. THIS IS WEIRD. At first it smells like a lighter and less sweeter version of Twilight/Sleepy but the herbal elements go away very quickly and you’re left with a very basic berry scent that is not bad smelling but just not worth it. I don’t know what happened here — it’s so weak. One of the worst releases from Lush. I might see myself picking this up when I’m sick/ill and can’t stand strong perfumes to freshen myself up. This would’ve been so much better if they had made this more herbal and less fruity

I like the initial smell because I can smell the berries (why aren't they listed in the notes? They are there, according to LUSH), but then it turns into pure chamomile. I don't get any lavender. Just chamomile. I'm not really a fan of chamomile, so I swapped away this perfume, but I think if you love chamomile, this would be heaven!

I've sniffed this in their bath products, and i've sniffed it in the perfume, and for the life of me i can't figure out why anyone wants to smell like it - it smells like a cat's flea collar to me.

Got the new bottle few days ago, must say I prefer the drydown where the sweetness comes through, the opening dissapointed me because the lavander is too harsh it needs more softening. After one hour gets more pleasant. Not a perfume,more like a room scent. I enjoy Twilight(Sleepy) lavander more.

I have this fragrance and I really like the top and middle notes...a little bit of herbs, spice, and smoke, and a lot of tea. It is not too strong and it is very unisex for me. Unfortunately, the base notes of this scent remind me of a fresh, unused pencil eraser :-/

Inspired by a bath bomb that Lush had for halloween in 2009. it's in a spider web shape. It's a nice sweet smell
