soooo good. i love smelling like maraschino cherry syrup. good on its own but would be beautiful to layer with just the same. i’m not sure if they’ll ever bring this back but i preferred it to sakura especially for the box sale price tag!!! smelled it at one location just to see and i took the tester paper home and loved it even more after dry down. i wish i bought more bottles but its beautiful and much more intense than tom ford, which for the price is what lost cherry should be giving. i didn’t know this had a butter note which is one of my faves bc it’s so uncommon, but would def explain why it’s so rich. the cherry is the most notable, chocolate is noticeable, and almond is more faint. apple pulp definitely boosts the juiciness and tartness of the cherry. reminds me a little of cherry almond bathroom soap but in a yummier edible way, i love this fragrance so much

Holy Choc-Cherry Bombsticks!!! Clean girls might wanna give this a miss; this one is for the hardcore cherry whores ❤️🍒. Cherryish is the loud, brash bestie who’d take a bullet for you. Her signature tipple is a cherry bourbon sour and she carries emergency chocolate in her handbag. She also has the annoying habit of telling your new bf EXACTLY what she thinks of him. Pulls no punches, unapologetic. You suspect that she’s a bad influence on you but you love her. End of story.

This was 50% off at my local lush store, so it was the perfect time to purchase it! What I love about this body spray is that it makes my cherry fragrances last longer. I have layered it individually with 3 of the TF cherry fragrances (lost cherry, cherry smoke, electric cherry) and it smells absolutely heavenly and lasted 5+ hours. I think this is truly one of the best scents that Lush has released and I hope that it will become a permanent part of their collection!

It’s not as strong and off putting and cloying as I thought it would be- it’s quite agreeable and fancy. Cherry liqueur, chocolate yet still fresh enough. Yeah, I do like it! And i’m not usually into sweet warm scents. I’d give it a 7:10 :) it lasts for HOURS on my skin, I can still smell it clearly, and even longer on clothes. Although it will transform into an amber and less fruity as time passes.

My absolute favorite Fragrance launch of the year it’s bozey cocktail cherry soaked in rum on first spritz then it turn in this beautiful vanilla morello cherry 🍒 I love it and plan on getting Moore than one bottle as it’s limited edition

This perfume initially presents with the scent of juicy cherry, which then dries down to a powdery cocoa note. It's comparable to a chocolate filled with cherry—delicious, but unfortunately, the fragrance does not last long.

Smells powerfully of just chocolate and cherry. Lasts a very long time on skin and even longer on cloth and hair. It is of course an extremely sweet smell. I really really like it.

Like if u like chocolate cake with cheries holy god its it. Its eternal type of stuff. Its more sweet by the almond. RLLY good not for clean floral ladies.

I like the cherry almond combination. It reminds me of winter pastries. And therefore would do exceptionally well as a fragrance during December. The only negative for me is that while it dries down on my skin it smells like a tabbacco cherry scent. And also reminiscent of burnt cherry vape liquid. Yes, the cherry scent is very candy like. Synthetic but edible. That really has to be your thing in order to enjoy this. I will try spraying it in my hair sometime tho! But since its Spring i will wait for a rainy day, as this type of gourmand can become incredibly cloying in sunny weather. Furthermore, i spritsed it only once over my wrist in the evening. The next day i still smelled it. So i'd say the longevity is quite potent. As for the silliage, i'd say it definitely leaves a trail. Like most Lush bodysprays do.

Natural cherry scent plus dark cacao/chocolate. First few seconds might feel intoxicating , boozy cherry. Reminds me of maraschino cherries...but LUSH dipped them into chocolate and boom, you got this body mist/perfume. I like it; noticed myself coming back to apply over and over again even when I’m at home. Can’t decide what would pair / layer well with it (niche perfume or designer one?) , but surely it can work well with other scents. Lasts long enough not to think it was a fart-longevity scent. At least a few hours you’ll be in a bubble of cherries and chocolate...I didn’t know I needed it until I got it!

very sweet cherry scent (Opening can be a headache) like a syrupy cherry... but the good thing is that it didn't pull medicinal on my nose! I find the scent to be beautiful when it dries down but it doesn't last as long on me as other lush body sprays hm

Very desserty cherry; absolutely delicious! Would personally layer this with Eilish No. 1 as this (Lush) is a bit too cherry-forward for my taste but otherwise this would appeal to most people I can tell

Heavy on almond, slightly boozy cherry and chocolate. I feel like it smells different depending on my mood, overall quite nice for cold seasons.

This is very very strong. The opening is really off putting to me as even just one spray is overwhelming. I’m not kidding when I say that the opening is like a punch in the face with a bottle of cherry liquor. It opens with a very strong, very boozy cherry. I start to like it more after about an hour. There’s a kind of plastic dolls head smell to it that is weirdly addictive, even though I’m not sure I like it. I will need some time to decide whether I like this or not. I’m leaning towards not at this point, but I’ll try to experiment with layering it. Perhaps it’ll grow on me.

I love this scent family but I'm gutted to report that (on my skin, at least) the cherry note doesn't stick around for very long - about 30 minutes at most? Then it's just hours and hours of unrelenting powdery almond... a note I strongly dislike but I tolerate it alongside cherry scented/flavoured things, so long as the cherry actually sticks around! Oh well. For what it's worth it has *insanely* good longevity (and silage, for that matter). Sprayed it around 10 hours ago and I can still smell it a little on my wrist!

I don’t know how to feel about this one.. my initial thought when smelling this the first time I got car freshner. But as always I gave this body spray a second chance and it improved. Almond heavy cherry, which then settles into a cocoa cherry.. I will be trying to make this work, because I think the cocoa cherry is nice and comforting. The first 20 minutes though.. Not for me.

Had someone told me there was Apple in this I wouldn’t have bought it. I don’t like apple in perfume. It’s as a scent sickeningly strong. And a scrubber if you don’t like it. I got just too much of the wrong thing. The balance is off. It would’ve been so much better if it was less almond, less chocolate, more white chocolate, more juicy cherries.

i LOVE cherry, lost cherry by tom ford is my signature. i really wanted to love this. it smelled okay when i first sprayed, but it quickly died down into plastic. not fake cherry, just plastic. it was really weird and i’m so sad :(

When I smelled it in the shop I instantly picked it up, because that initial spray is delicious. But the more I sprayed, the more and more I started to develop a headache. I usually love even the most artificial of cherry scents, but I found this one ridiculously strong and overpowering. I know all the Lush scents are strong, but this borders on atomic. Then again, if the scent doesn't instantly trigger a migraine, that could be seen as a plus! I definitely find the strength of other scents like Snow Fairy to be a key motivator in buying them lol Now, I'm probably not getting a full depth of notes due to the fact that spraying it at all makes everything inside my skull hurt, but every time I do (and try to will my head into magically not hurting), I pick up an almost liquor-y note. Maybe it's the chocolate. Definitely a truer cherry than fragrances like the Sabrina Carpenter Very Cherry. But *so* strong. I really wanted to like this, because on paper, it's gourmand, a real cherry scent, fruity and super sweet - all things I love. Somewhat considering watering my bottle down and giving it another go...

I was interested in Cherryish for a long time because I like cherry and gourmand. I was able to test it in-store and it was a bit different than expected, but I wasn’t sure how I felt about it overall. To me it was more chocolate than cherry. I didn't purchase that day but I kept an eye out and found a lightly sprayed bottle for a very good price. After trying it out again I can say for certain it’s not for me. I get 100% Chocolate Pudding JellyBelly jelly bean and that’s one of my least favorite jelly bean flavors. It’s an artificial chocolate smell and I can see where other reviewers are getting plastic. I would also compare it to a chocolate scented eraser or marker or something like that. If you like Chocolate Pudding jelly beans then this is for you!!

I love almond AND cherry but this is not good unless you love a *dense* gourmand. This is so densely gourmand that I find it a bit suffocating— it gives me syrupy baked good vibes (which might be a good thing for some people, but it’s not for me). I can enjoy gourmands, but once they go too heavy, I’m out. The dry down (not the opening) of this actually reminds me a lot of Snif’s Crumb Couture.

I smelled this in store and I felt sick. It smelled like sweaty socks after running a marathon in mouldy trainers. Maybe a bad batch? I noticed the let the good times roll smell very faint I one shop and in another it was strong. Lush needs better quality controls for sure!

Purchased today because in store it smelled like a really rich, syrupy, almost medicinal cherry, ive tested in store multiple times and loved it. finally payed full price today and IMMEDIATELY after getting home i regret it😭. It smells SO funky wtf, im not getting any cherry, it smells like a chocolate jelly bean and powder. No cherry, not buttery notes, no apple, its honestly kind of gross, I cant think of a time id want to smell like this. It smells like a bag of chocolate lollies, like the chocolate baby shaped lollies that taste so weird. Im so mad I spent my money on this guys, idk why it smells so different at home compared to in the store, I wish I got the banoffee one instead.

I really really love this. The cherry note doesn’t stick around quite as long as I would like, but upon first spritz it was like sticking my nose in a bag of cherry candy and cocoa powder. As it dries it becomes this really decadent, almost boozey black forest cake scent, it’s so delicious and edible. I know many people don’t love to smell like food, so if that’s you this fragrance might not be for you. It also lasts forever, I sprayed it on myself 24 hours ago and i can still smell it on my sheets and pyjamas lol. It’s so good and my partner loves it too.

Black Forest Gateaux is a god tier dessert and I will not be argued with - so was very much looking forward to this. First impression - very sweet, borderline artificial cherry BLAST, warms down quickly with almonds. Then the chocolatey base becomes apparent. This feels like the lovechild of Cinders and Yuzu and Cocoa (which, interestingly, my colleague said smelled like cherry drop sweeties when I wore it). Nothing groundbreaking, but a lovely sweet, tart, dark-cocoa gourmand that will go just lovely with a chunky knit, hot drink, and rainy afternoon.

smelled this in store on a blotter. immediately get the medicinal cherry with some cheap cocoa smell. nearly passed on this but still gave it a purchase since its a limited edition. wore it at home and surprised by how well blended it is on full wearing. definitely smells like you are dipping in a bath tub of black forest. the cherry and chocolate ratio is 50:50. might buy a backup

The only way to describe this is imagine the taste of a Black Forest chocolate gateux with almonds, that’s exactly what it smells like. The cherry isn’t sweet, it’s more deep and boozy. Such a powerhouse of a scent too, stronger than most cherry perfumes I’ve tried . I think in the winter this is going to be such a unique gourmand.

Really strong cocoa and cocoa butter specifically, bitter almond and liqueur cherry. The notes stand out on their own, this is not that well blended but yummy nevertheless, smells like artificial flavouring drops for baking. The cherry is surprisingly “grown-up”, boozy and a bit juicy
