Rose Jam

I adore this. It smells soapy to me, though I can't tell if it actually smells like soap, or if it just smells like my rose jam body wash. The scent opens up with a strong lemony rose, which to be quite honest, isn't my favorite (I'm just not a citrus person). It is VERY rose scented, more so than many other rose perfumes I've smelled. As it progresses, the lemony scent dies down, leaving a jammy, marmalade rose in its place. Sweet, and potentially overpowering on a hot day, I imagine, but a very natural and organic kind of sweet. It finishes off in a more aromatic place. Still rosy, but the sweetness dies down to let the herbal "lush" scent shine through. It lingers like that for a while. This is my absolute favorite stage of the perfume. I'd die for this scent. It lasts a fair few hours too, and smells stronger than I expected!!

I recently rediscovered this scent and I’m so glad I did. I’m not a rose lover but this is one of the best perfumes I’ve ever smelled. It smells exactly like the name and while it’s very sweet and candied it’s got so much depth and almost smells spicy ? My dad said I smell like Christmas

As a rose lover, this has become a layering staple for me. She's sweet, delicious and seriously long-lasting - especially for a solid perfume. The name Rose Jam is spot on too; it’s rich, syrupy and comforting. Honestly, it smells so edible you could almost spread it on your toast.

i really love this scent, it's very nostalgic to me and really radiates off the skin. it's smells like a powdery rose water, mostly sweet but a bit indulgent. perfect for spring, makes me want to be light and feminine

Smells like rose artisanal soap. It's not a fresh fragance at all, it's sweet and heavy like dryed rose petal tea. Or, well... like jam... a rose jam if you will.

It honestly smells like the name. Like if you made jam out of rose petals. Sugary and like the roses my dad grows. Reminds me a bit of this rose flavoured ice cream I had once. I don't really get the lemon note and the generic flowery scent under the rose must be the geranium but it rounds it out. It really just smells like a lightly sweet rose jam to me! It's pretty strong, I may have used too much when swiping on the solid perfume. I've been smelling it as I walk around my job for my entire shift, especially when I turn my head or move my arms. It's a nice trail and not too offensive. Very strong when you first put it on. Solid 6/10. If you love roses you'll probably like it.

this is so so sickly sweet. rose jam, more like candied rose with splenda. i would layer this with a fresh floral to cut the sweetness

Wasn’t the rose scent I was looking for. Too tart and a bit bitter. Could be my skin or perhaps from the lemon. I’m wanting something soft, sweet and powdery. The solid perfumes are good value if you like the scent. Only $25 Australian.

For whatever reason, a lot of Lush fragrances have this sickly, almost medicinal nuance on my skin. And I would prefer to avoid smelling like cough syrup as much as possible.

one of my fav perfumes ever, i always keep this in my bag with a similar body mist incase of anything. it’s so strong and lasts ages, rosey and jammy with a hint of lemon. the jam is more marmalade than strawberry jam as you’d think. my only complaint is it leaves a pink stain on my skin (to be fair i am extremely pale so almost every solid perfume stains my skin)

yeah im predictable florals for spring and all that but im really loving this one (also first time trying solid perfume and im pretty impressed by how long this lasts!)

I feel like it fades to a sort of chocolatey scent which I like!
