Snow Fairy

This smells exactly like Angel's Delight soap from LUSH, and Snow Fairy shower gel. It's like cotton candy flavored bubble gum, pear drops, and banana Laffy Taffy all rolled into one. There is a slight synthetic feel to it, but not in a bad way. It's a super sweet, fun scent. If you like Angel's Delight or Snow Fairy, you gotta try this. It doesn't smell like Rockstar, by the way, imo. That would be more like the Creamy Candy perfume or Rockstar soap, which is more powdery and has a violet flavored bubblegum smell. To the above review: Yes they are both bubblegummy, sweet scents, but comparing this to Rockstar/creamy candy is like saying all bubblegum scents smell the same and all candy scents smell the same. Creamy Candy/Rockstar are distinctly floral if you step away from the bubblegum and recognize the powdery violet candy aspect. Regardless, this is not my favorite of the LUSH scents (I have over 30 and adore them all to varying degrees) but it's one of the most fun, sweet, and girly. Sillage and longevity are moderate, as with most LUSH scents. Definitely fun when I want a blast of sweets!

I most definitely have to disagree and say that this does In fact smell exactly like rock star soap;) it's the very essence of that soap magnified to the point of smelling almost synthetic. However the synthetic smell wears off fast and in the end you are left with that really nice soft rock star soap smell. I'd have to say I am most impressed with the longevity of this perfume it has serious power. A little goes a looooong way. When u smell the cap and atomizer it is really strong and smells like sour bananas tho lol. Has to be used sparingly.

I have the body spray version. I honestly don't understand all these negative reviews... And I usually don't wear gourmand fragrances! But this, to my nose, is very well done, with all the notes well rounded together. I can smell some fruity, juicy notes (pear, cherry), than the cotton candy note, and than the base is musky, airy, powdery, not synthetic and cloying at all! Maybe it works particularly well on my skin? Anyway, I can't wait to buy all of that Snow fairy products at Lush (naked shower gel, soap, body conditioner...) :D

This smells almost the same as snow fairy shower gel. Lush makes the most sweetest scents when it comes to creamy candy, snow fairy and candy fluff. All three of them are sugar bomb of sweetness but each of them are rather very different. Snow Fairy is childish, cloying and a bit artificial but it's such a beautiful scent that makes me think of cotton candy and playfulness. It really depends on the wearer because some really are put off by the sweetness. I really love it and I'm glad I got my hands on one these rare treats.

I love this scent so very much. I understand why some people would not exactly love it, it tends to be overwhelming if sprayed more than twice. I think this scent is definitely not for those who cannot handle sugary scents but if you like scents such as La Vie Est Belle or Pink Sugar by Aquolina I think you would like this one as well.

I love layering this with Maison Margiela’s By The Fireplace, try it, you will not be disappointed! Snow Fairy and By The Fireplace are a match made in a wintry gourmand heaven :)

The perfume of the Lush "Snow Fairy" line is, to me, more nuanced than I initially assumed it would be. The shower gel smells more like just pink bublegum (yahm!) to me, but nothing more complex than that. I'm not saying the perfume is sophisticated per se, but, it's definitely more interesting on closer inspection. I feel the pear/fruity aspect really stands out more compared to the vanilla/powdered sugar note of their other sweet scents. And it's not just a linear pear, either. There's a sort of tart, muskiness on top of the bubblegum-powdered-sugar note. Maybe it's the cherry/vanilla mix? It makes me think of blue-raspberry icees. YAHM! NOM NOM NOM!!! I could definitely see why people would consider this childish or too sweet. There's a whooooole lotta terrible, overly-sweetened synthetic monsters out there that give fragrances like this a bad rep, but I feel like this is a truer, less brain cell-damaging creation. Not overly-done (just the right amount of ingredients) and smells like all the good (bad) stuff from childhood.

This is infact, the same scent as Lush's 'Snow Fairy' shower gel that is sold at Xmas time, and shares it's scent with 'The Godmother' hand and body soap that is sold all year round. 'Angel's Delight' soap is a different scent, as is 'Rockstar' soap, which shares it's scent with 'Creamy Candy' bubble bath. This is very sweet & synthetic but i adore it.

I agree with defneg! this scent is so very similar to Pink Sugar, it also has that synthetic, sugar vibe if that's what you're after. I'm also reminded of Tease Sugar Fleur just because of the overwhelming sugary sweetness that first hits you. This is just a "meh" kinda scent for me it is still nice though just not worth buying imo

Smells exactly like lush bubblegum lip scrub. I can't really smell any one note, just bubblegum.

I see this perfume being compared to Pink Sugar and it’s almost insulting. Sure, they both feature cotton candy as a main note, but this particular cotton candy does have more of an artificial bubblegum vibe to it. I do not get any banana (???) and I’m thankful for that. Pink Sugar for sure has more depth to it, and I prefer PS for that reason, despite the licorice note that I kinda hate. I’m a fan of sweet scents but this is a little much for me in my mid-30s. (I’ve only tried the EDP, maybe the body spray wears differently.) Someone below suggested layering this with By the Fireplace and I’m going to give that a try because I’m curious now. I’ve had my bottle for a few years and it doesn’t get much use, so yeah, guess it’ll just be a layering experiment now.

The perfume is superior to the body spray, in my opinion. It smells less like bananas and more like the plasticky doll-head candy notes in Rockstar soap. Reminds me of toys from the late 1980's - early 1990's. The perfume has soft projection and moderate longevity.

Horrendous. Don't think I EVER felt this regretful over having sprayed a perfume, I'm like dying right now from 2 sprays I put on my neck 3 hours ago. When I first got it I found it a little sickly but tolerable, maybe because it was winter? Now it's a little warmer and this is just awful. Keep in mind I wanted this and really, really wanted to love it!!! Smells nothing like cotton candy, it smells very PINK but not in a delicious way, it's like the most horrible bubblegum pink soap, I have no words. People around me actually think it smells nice and I'm in disbelief lol Sorry if you're offended, but I have to share my experience, DON'T blind buy this.

I love sweet scents, specially the ones that smell like caramelish desserts and such. I had heard and read that this was a very sweet and amazing scent. Its not🤢 it smells like artificial bubblegum or like cough medicine. I hate it. I don’t know why it says cotton candy on the notes. I don’t know how cotton candy smells in other countries but it most definitely does not smell like that in my country🤢

Pink icing horror. 1/10 Lush can create pretty awesome fragrances, but when it goes pink it goes full-on, glitter and dancing baby unicorns sugar pink. I dislike Snow Fairy as a soap, won't use it as a bath product unless desperate and still shudder at the memory of one instance when I sprayed a bit of this at me in a shop. And this was years ago. Neosmiaphyte is right: unbearable.

I smelled my friends snow fairy shower gel and I fell in love.. It smelled so good! I decided to blind buy the snow fairy perfume on ebay and I actually regret it. I dont know whats wrong, but I think it smells synthetic and bananas. It also has this sickly sweet smell to it. I feel nauseous when I smell it. My friend told me I smelled like medicine haha..

Cloyingly sweet. Unbearable. For children if for anyone.

(The body spray version) This is a mighty gourmand BLAST that smells like...well...the LUSH store. It's candy-fruity and a bit high pitched at that. There's bubble gum and banana weaving in and out of this SO if that's a turn-off- this is NOT for you. BUT....If you sound interested do not delay: these will be gone after the Holidays. $29.99 and will last a LONG time because you only need one spray! Very STRONG and LONG strength indeed !

Bubblegum, artificial banana, childrens liquid antibiotics. Hard pass. Not sure why any adult would want to smell like this lol. Very childlike smell — I would’ve love to smell like this when I was like 8 or something.
