You know DKNY "Be Delicious"? Well most of us do. If you like that one, I can be quite sure on, that you would like this too! I got my bottle of SO WHITE in the middle of cold winter. And now in hot summer I picked it up again, remembering I had saved this for warm weather. It smells of REAL super-green Granny Smith apples. But the SO WHITE apples are so so so brightly ultra-GREEN that they definately are under snow white's godmothers wicked spell... Enchanting just like the fairytale itself indeed! Best thing is a little goes a LONG WAY. 2 little sprays, or even 1 of this potent pure perfume will last and last even through the hottest summer-day. So if you take everything DKNY "BE DELICIOUS" has, but take away it's unnatural sweetness, and instead add even more ultra-fresh enchanted GREEN granny smith apples. This is what you get. Like an magic super potent purest, greenest apple-elixir. Will surely wake you up, and give you an vitamin-injection that will make you last through the hottest summer-days.

This is a great, fresh, apple scent. I do not know why red apple is listed as the scent note, as it smells of pure green apples to me (and most other people). I would not really compare this to DKNY Be Delicious. I have smelled them side by side, and although I like both a lot, So White is a much juicier apple scent, whereas the apple in Be Delicious is much more subdued. So White is very fruity with a slight hint of white flowers. It is nice and fresh and great for summer. It is VERY apple-y so if you do not LOVE apples, I would really not recommend this.

This fairy tale of a fragrance is inspired by the tempting apple a certain wicked stepmother tricked her beautiful stepdaughter into eating. Made with the uplifting scents of refreshing oranges, apples and romantic rose and it's meant to wake you if you've been under a spell (or just feeling tired). Kiss your skin with a spray of So White and you'll be bewitching and beguiling too.

I think with Lush fragrances in particular people's judgments are clouded by popular opinion. This is a FLORAL with a HINT of fruit. A sweet, tart floral. I truly believe anyone describing this as green apples have never eaten or touched a green apple in their entire lives. This is far more similar to Red Delicious than Be Delicious. Seriously, smell them side by side and you will see that I am not just being harsh. People describe this as green apples because that's how everyone else describes it. But it's not. It's a pretty, unique, light floral with some juiciness. I like it a lot. Just frustrated with how it is being described.

So white is a true juicy apple fragrance, I can smell maybe just a hint of citrus, just to add a bit of tartness. To my nose it doesn't verge into a green apple or Granny Smith Apple fragrance, it's in the delicious family. On my skin it stays the same for the length of time it is in my skin, no real development, but I don't mind that because it is really unique as a purely apple fragrance, but it's not overly sweet and it smells just like a freshly bitten apple- not chemically. If you can get your hands on this one, definitely do it it's a really lovely fragrance.

I also perceive this to be a red apple scent. Like apple shampoo with some citrus and floral. Maybe like the pink retro smooth collection Herbal Essences shampoo, or the discontinued pink Neutrogena Replenishing shampoo scents? Very fresh and fruity. Along the same vein as Victoria’s Secret Endless Love (similar, but not exactly the same).
