Stormy Weather

Recently bought this one. Smelled several of them in the store. When I put this on the tester I immediately fell in love with the Basil note. It vaguely reminded me of standing in a field during August. The sky is overcast, and grey-white rain clouds are sweeping in. After wearing daily for several days now, it was much more powdery than I sensed in the store. It reminds me of the original Burberry Brit (2004) Cologne for Males. It's powdery. Reminds me of Easter time, or the early spring. I love it to be honest. It's unisex but male leaning. If it were a song, it'd be "Rain" by the Beatles. It smells like the music video for that. Great for around the house, bed, or the gym. Powdery, Springy, Eastery Florals and a hint of Basil.

such an amazing, clean fragrance! i love to wear this on a rainy day, and it feels so calming to me. it is definitely a unisex/masc-leaning fragrance in my opinions, and i find the basil to be quite heavy, so definitely not for everyone. was told by a friend that i smelled like a grandma the first time i wore it, so... do with that what you will.

Went into Lush last night before a movie to sniff some sweet scents and was instead repeatedly drawn back to this one. Fresh, herbal and green, this is instantly calming and outdoorsy, akin to an early morning forest walk when the air is still dewy and the scents of earth and foliage mingle. Straight to wish list!

Delicious and fresh while a little spicy. Reminds me of a fragrance my dad used to wear (something Issey Miyake, I think?). Also evokes images of being on the playing field in summer, white cotton polo shirts for PE, tearing up grass from the ground. The smell of a man who's just taken a shower.

I remember smelling this and thinking "this smells so sexy", having my friend smell it and he said "that smells so sexy", and when I brought it to the register the cashier said "this one smells so sexy" Very powdery and clean smell, the scent sticks really well and lasts a while

I've read several lamentations saying that Lush doesn't make enough masculine coded scents, so this will maybe please some people. This one to me smells like what is typically considered masculine. I agree with other reviewers that its a very clean, slightly powdery, slightly sweet aftershave type scent. Lasts a long time while still sitting close to the skin, which is how I prefer scents to behave. After sitting on my skin for a few hours, this feels like its morphing more into a stronger and sweeter musk. And a clean linen. Its reminding me of something, maybe Egyptian musk, but I might be misremembering that smell. Each time I sniff my wrist my brain says MAN BUTTON UP SHIRT. Its still very pleasant, but I'm worried it might give me a headache/nausea. I wish the basil had lasted longer, I feel it helped balance out the base notes :c

I bought this actually liking it but I had to return it. It was too green because of the basil to the point where it was the only thing I could smell.

A lovely mix of herbal basil, musk and slightly sweet green fresh air. In my opinion this is Unisex, leaning slightly towards being more masculine as it has a fresh airy scent that is present in perfumes like ‘Paris Hilton - For Men’ but it’s not as sweet or alpine- like as that. This scents works great in the warm or winter months, I can imagine this not being for everybody so not a safe blind buy - especially if you don’t like Musky scents as that’s what lingers on my skin the most. Stormy Weather describes this fragrance pretty well, the opening does remind me of the fresh air after a storm!

smells like a sexy man, which is to say it smells like a clean man. like men’s deodorant! It’s very fresh at first then gets more powdery and floral as it dries down. Opening is great wish that lasted longer the dry down which is the rest of the fragrance just smells like baby powder lowk. I still like this scent tho but not getting because I can just wear powder scented deodorant and get the same experience.

strong and it lingers. many compliments when wearing this. My sister, my brother and I wear this during the cold season. Smells like clean powder but in a good way or at least thats what ppl say it smells like on me!
