I actually prefer this one as I do not get that dental office, sterile like aroma that is present in Baccarat Rouge or many of the dupes. This fragrance is also a beast! It projects and lasts a long time especially on clothing. You will be noticed, so go easy on the trigger. If you've never smelt Baccarat Rouge before, the best way to describe it is an airy cotton candy with a menthol like accord in the background. In comparison to Arianna Grande Cloud, Cloud is more synthetic, less "grown up" , sweeter and has a prominent lavender note which I actually love. Both fragrances have a place in my collection. Cloud for a more casual everyday occasion and GyrFalcon when I'm dressed up. The airiness due to the saffron makes it a versatile fragrance that can be worn day or night throughout the year, unlike Cloud which I only wear when it's cooler as it can get cloying when the temperature is too hot. Instant love!

Lasts and projects decently but I get anosmic to it after a couple of hours. Although, people around me can smell it on me, that's how I know it performs. I was actually disappointed the first time I wore it because the scent was so beautiful and it was gone in a minute. I wanted to smell it longer. It was a bummer, until my husband later asked what I was wearing. Apparently he got a whiff of it as soon as I walked across the hallway. I was surprised because I couldn't smell it anymore. Same thing happened when I arrived in the office, colleagues could smell it in the air, while I couldn't.
