For Queen & Country

Lovely stuff! Received my first bottle of this today and I doubt it will be my last from the house. Supremely masculine but with a wonderful sweet note that makes it far from a generic manly scent. this has been inspired by Daniel Craigs interpretation of James bond and I totally get that. Classy, masculine, rugged, slightly boozy and dirty but with a sweetness and charm that makes it appealing to the opposite sex. Performance is good good so far, lasts well and 6 hours in I keep getting little hints of it as I move around. Well done Luxor, a lovely offering and at £30 for a 30ml bottle an absolute bargain and a no brainer.

For Queen and Country is Luxor Fragrances' first original creation, released May 2018, a refined blend of rose, cumin, saffron, bergamot, blended woods, and a wee hint of vanilla. The effect is of a rose-leading but overall fresh spicy blend, seemingly very versatile and fairly unisex while leaning ever so slightly masculine. Its pricing matches that of its successor, Vice City, at £50 ($65 US) for 50ml, a reasonable price in the niche / clone house world. Unlike Vice City, it's an offering I'd consider buying, and it encourages me to perhaps even try their clone offerings, as well. In conclusion, FQAC is very easy to like--perhaps everyone can like it--though I wouldn't say I love it, that I swoon for it, at least upon initial review. 7 out of 10
