Chocolate Fondant

I was scared by this one because of the leathery note and it's there but doesn't scream at you. It was fruity in the opening and I was scared it would be a fruity bitter mess (fruit +cacao usually is on me) but was pleasantly surprised. I don't really get any coffe more than a hint of bitterness But my bottle is cold so I will test it again and also let it sit to macerate before judging it too quickly. I was hoping for more vanilla and sweetness in contrast to the leather, fruit and hints of bitterness, so I'll see what this becomes when it's not cold. I don't hate it though. My skin sadly tends to amplify leather and spices so that could also be true for this scent. :) A big shoutout to Micallef for the way they handled my order, packed it with great care and gave me impeccable customer service and answered all questions with so much consideration (especially big shoutout to the woman who I had contact with and the woman who packed my order). <3 Edit; this dries down to a leathery scent on my skin, but when sprayed on clothes, I get the fruitiness with a hint of cacao.My skin seems to be the problem here, and amplifies the leather part of the scent, which has happened before sadly..

It does sound heavenly. Would love to hear what you have to say about it. As an aficionada of dark choclate (more a chocoholic, truth be told), I wonder if this is the chocolate perfume I am looking for. Chocolate Greedy didn't quite do it for me. I also had a small sample of Over the Chocolate Shop, and I liked it but not enough to buy it. If you have any suggestions for me, please PM me.
