Silk Vanilla

Finally its been added. I got this like 2 or so years ago. I live this its Apricot pear jasmine and bit powdery from Heliotrope got some florals soo nice! The website as soft as Cashmere and it really is just that! Its softer projection but will last and projected alll darn day!!

The perfume is very feminine, uplifting and elegant, but the performance could be better. Longevity is on my skin about 3 hours, then it turns into a skin scent. A little better longevity on fabric. The perfume is dominated by the jasmine and doesn't have much vanilla, so the name doesn't fit it very well. Jasmine is present from the first spray but doesn't show very much in the drydown which gives mostly sandalwood and a very sublte musk. It overpowers the fruits and rose. It feels a bit unbalanced, which is a pity I hope this perfume will perform better after some maceration and I would give it higher points if the longevity was better. It's a beautiful perfume, but it has not lived up to its potential.
