Bambou Oriental

This is one of the longer lasting perfumes I have ever felt, and it is a body splash. Lasts for much more than 12 hours, used to come in a box and the box and package would smell of it. It is a green floral, and alternates a violet leaves/ bamboo accord which is predominant with a gardenia/iris combo for over and over and over. It is not too strong, but better use only one or 2 spritzes. Lovely, if you like green florals (emphasis on Green) and with great performance , an inexpensive treat in Brazil. Lovely and very original perfume, don't know any that resembles Bambou Oriental, can be used by both sexes as it is not too sweet (but not sour like Lacoste Green).

If you look at this fragrance thinking you'll find something a little lighter and more casual for merely casual moments, I warn you that such an onslaught will be a big risk, I explain. Bamboo Oriental by Mahogany follows the same complexity line as the lightest fragrances of the very Brazilian Amberfig: Bamboo & Green Tea and Luminescence, that is, they are fragrances with "light" connotations, however, intense to the last and deepest possible cell. Right from the start it is important to emphasize that there is no such thing as spraying Bamboo Oriental and then regretting it, no. Once sprayed, it is gone, it sets and projects so much that not even water with vinegar or cachaça removes its aromatic power of impregnation. Intense opening with fruity notes and more airy bamboo wood, amazing the feeling of wind on the face that it presents right away. Its dry down takes a long time to start to appear, it seems that there will be no evolution at all, however, it starts to show a dusty drying, with notes of live rose petals, fresh plum juice, Ylang Ylang oil and fig sap still in bark, all this added to the ventilated sensation of Bamboo that makes an aromatic bed essential at this stage here! In the end, it becomes an extremely dry perfume, with cedar notes hyper evident that makes it somewhat shareable, at least in my perception. Continuing between the intense greenish note of Bamboo, you feel a rogue Musk and a light warm Amber finishing off in a masterful and not at all subtle way a great work that Mahogany managed to create, which notably dances in endless EDP concentration perfumes that are launched. around. It stays fixed for 24 hours projecting absurdly in the first 12 hours.
