Fresca Blanca

I'm currently having a moment with niche Italian houses, and I'm so glad I discovered this beauty. What a delightful summer concoction. Fresa Blanca is fruity and sweet but it's also all grown up. It's classy and poised, but also fun and adventurous. I appreciate that the lactonic notes never become too much and it's blended pretty well. This has easily become one of my favorites for the summer.

Strawberry and cream scent with a warm, almost-woody base, but turns incredibly playdoh-y on my skin. Or like rubber eraser paste. Surprisingly not super sweet, but just kind of claggy for me.

This smells fine. The very first second of spraying was really good but when it hit my skin it became pure raisin and that's not personally what i want to smell like. The dry down was fine but very faint. It's definitely not a dupe but during the dry down it did remind me of YBM by kayali, and personally i prefer that to this. The longevity was about 3-4 hours on my skin. It projected well the first hour then became a skin scent after, so overall it was kinda mid. I do think it is very different to anything i've smelled tho so it is definitely an experience, but not one i wanna have again.

I had no great expectations but I like this gourmand...I get strawberries covered with white chocolate and whipped cream. Very yummy! Not gonna lie up close the first minutes scared me a bit...it feel a tad synthetic. But after 3-4 minutes this is just pure delight...it is giving me strawberries, white chocolate, vanilla icecream, whipped cream...it is not cloying, it has the right amount of sweetness. What a nice discovery...I want a full bottle.

Smells like strawberry ice cream, but not overly sweet. But, honestly, can't imagine why would anyone want to pay niche prices for a Bath and Body scent profile.
