Remember When

I've just received an email from Mair's fragrance line stating that she is coming out with a new peony scent. I'm looking forward to this and I will pre-order a bottle. I love this original fragrance, which opens up as a fruity, woodsy scent, and then dries down with a floral essence. Lastly, this perfume is her eponym, along with the beautiful bottle with notches around the glass frame, and a cursive tease of nostalgia, 'Remember When." This is the true power of scents, with their abilities to capture you at a particular place in time. So as I tend to my deceased mother's estate, I am reminded of my teenage scents such as Calandra, Paris, Ysati, and Murasaki. I also think about the new scents that I've adopted, like Mair and many others on my profile. I don't keep a written journal anymore, but my scents are now a part of my sensory journal. They mark specific periods of happiness and pain in my life.

Ohhhhhhhh I just got it and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it ok I smelled the orange first thing it's a very very VERY soft Fragrance once you kind of rub it together on your wrist I for sure smell the musk and its woody I'm smelling woody in there but the orange was right off the bat AMAZING scent A+++++ I'm OBSESSED it's very feminine very sexy awesome for a date night or try to impress scent hehe!!! You NAILED this Fragrance I LOVE it now I'll just let you know the staying power it has also as I'm typing this it smells a TAD floral-ish but the MAIN note I can smell is that Orange and I want to say AMBER...very beautiful scent you must try it out!!!!!

I just came across this perfume and am so happy that I did. This smells so good on me and lasts throughout my day far better than other perfumes. This has a great citrus type scent that is soft yet lasting. I will definitely buy this again!!

- A floral fruity shower-fresh fragrance. Smells like pear and orange blossom most prominently but blended out and rounded. It's very well blended so nothing sticks out in an overwhelming way. I would describe it as refined. It's light/airy but long lasting as a skinscent. I love the bright green color of the juice and will treasure my bottle. Test it if you want something classy for summer. Though I would wear this anytime of year.

A fresh - white floral fragrance very delicate, vaporous , with a very classic and timeless elegance. Ideal for any time of the day when you want to feel clean and feminine. A very faint jasmine accompanied at all times by bergamot and subtle notes of pear , ending in a woodsy background. Very lovely. I recommend it 100 %

Mair sent me a small sample. I am really intrigued and ready to get a bottle now. It’s fresh, light and a bit sweet/fruity. Nicely balanced. I really like it. I like it more than Peony Silk. This one is more unique. Highly recommend it.

Juice is brightly green. And the scent itself is very mild and uplifting moods. For warm season indeed. But it does last on the skin. Perfect for summer by the sea. Very fresh, feminine and should not irritate other people nose

longevity is very mid but unsurprising for a citrus... the dry down is a nice subtle amber w a tad amount of bergamot left. very nice easy clean scent, great for being unoffensive on a hot day

Sparkling and light, a very work-friendly skin scent. Stays close, lasts a few hours. Nothing exciting, but might be nice for layering.

Sexy and elegant. I'm completely in love with this scent. I received it as a sample in my luxury scent box and immediately fell for it. I'm a big fan of coco mademoiselle and this fragrance reminds me of it. It'has a very light feminine smell to me and it seems to last all day.

I love the scent!It's an everyday wear for me; when you want a fresh scent that is not too loud or over powering.
