Delilah Blanc

I really love the Valaya DNA and want to try all the dupes so I can avoid buying the original. Because who has the money for Valaya? Not me! So far I've tried Delilah Blanc and Mystique Bouquet. Here are my thoughts... Right off the bat, I get the bergamot. It's fresh and citrusy, yet not too bright. I love bergamot, mainly because it never feels as sharp as lemon! It blends beautifully with the musk, which subdues it even more. There's also a soft peach in the background, but it's not a juicy, ripe peach. I don't really notice the mandarin at all? Everything is blended so smoothly that nothing sticks out. Thankfully, the orange blossom is very subtle. I'm quite sensitive to that note, but here it never becomes soapy or old fashioned to my nose! There's also a gentle earthy, woodiness, which I assume is the vetiver? It doesn't dominate, just makes the fragrance feel grounded and complete. This is a VERY MUSKY fragrance, be warned if that isn't your cup of tea. It's really the main thing I notice, that and bergamot. I understand why some may perceive it as slightly musty... but I personally love musks, so that isn't a drawback for me! Compared to Valaya, this isn't as sparkling. Valaya's aldehydes give it that fizzy, champagne feeling, while DB feels a little flatter. Like a fizzy drink that's lost its bubbles! It's also not quite as fresh as MB or Valaya. Honestly for the price though, it's excellent, and I can't complain! This pulls compliments like no other. It feels more interesting than your average clean girl fragrance, yet doesn't smell soapy or feel basic. It's the perfect white t-shirt perfume, so versatile and effortless to reach for. The longevity and projection are both amazing! I do slightly prefer Mystique Bouquet as it has an extra floral lift... but honestly, both are fantastic. Pick your poison!

This Delilah Blanc babe is crazy hot right now, but sadly it’s super limited in Vietnam. I was lucky to grab the last bottle before it went out of stock. The bottle design is gorgeous and has a nice, weighty feel in the hand. The scent is quite unique and interesting—I’ve heard people say it’s a clone of PDM Valaya, but since I don’t own Valaya, I’ll just share my thoughts based on Delilah Blanc itself. When you first spray it, there’s a strong green lemony note—almost like sniffing a slice of lime or lemon. After about five minutes of dry down, it turns into this soft, sweet scent that’s hard to describe. It’s elegant, delicate, and refined—luxurious but not seductive. In the base notes, I kind of get a hint of A13 vibes (just a comparison, they’re not exactly alike). This fragrance gives off a ‘rich woman’ energy—like power, wealth, and lots of money, serious money. It’s classy. It’s stunning. I’m obsessed. But let’s talk performance—it’s relatively weak. On my skin, it only projects well for the first hour, then settles down into a skin scent that you’d have to sniff up close to really notice. All in all: you should try it. You must try it. It’s non-negotiable.

The is a lovely, well blended citrusy floral. When I first sprayed it in the air, I was immediately entranced with the citrus and the orange blossom with peaks of musk. But on skin, this fragrance comes alive for me. The fresh citrus is never screechy - perhaps the orange blossom and light peach mellows them out. But then the musk begins to peak out with a bit of vanilla. This is a wonderful clean, floral, musky fragrance. On me, this is just slightly sweet and has just a hint of vanilla (I'm kind of tired of vanilla fragrances). When I spray it on, I feel fresh all day. The longevity on this fragrance is great - it lasts 8 -10 hours on my skin, and much longer on my clothes. Because it isn't too floral or sweet, I think this is a great unisex fragrance. I would enjoy smelling this on a man. I've never tried Valaya, so I can not attest that this is a dupe. But regardless, it has earned a place in my collection.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE!!! I live in a warm tropical climate and this perfume just works. I always thought I will dislike this because I have mystique bouquet and don’t enjoy it much because it is a lil too sweet and sharp on my skin. But THIS! Omg, it’s like mystique bouquet but balanced. It’s less sweet, softer, more airy which I appreciate, a lil vanillic which makes it a a lil fluffy, has almost like a cooling effect on me and three times less expensive LIKE WHATT. THIS DEFINITELY SMELLS MORE EXPENSIVE THAT IT COST. The only issue I have with this is projection, it last long on my skin and clothes but doesn’t project like Mystique bouquet. Hopefully with time it will get stronger but I don’t really mind because it’s such a beautiful fragrance. The perfect clean summer scent.

Ahhh, this was not a love at first sniff. Of course I blind bought this, as I usually do, and my first impression was: very clean laundry-citrus-musk. I liked it but I felt it was a little to strong on the clean laundry and the aldehydes (don't know why they removed that note, it's definitely there). Still wore it but let it set for a few months and when I went back to her a couple days a go OMG. The fragrance developed beautifully, that clean laundry scent toned down and the sweet fruitiness from the peach and mandarine began to shine, absolutely gorgeous, clean, fruity, femenine. Please, if you didn't love it at the beginning, give it time to settle while you enjoy other fragrances from your collection and revisit. Absolutely beautifull.

Incredibly feminine and smooth. I blind bought it and i'm not sorry. Extraordinary quality for the price. It instantly reminded me of Valaya which I've tried in duty free. That being said, i would never pay such big price on Valaya but happy with this one. Not necessarily a love for me but i give it 9/10 for the quality. It is very very smooth. Unbelieveble it's a perfume below 20 euros. It's the 1st time i'm wearing it. It's under observation if it can turn into a love but the quality of the smell is undebatable regardless. Worth every penny and even more. Update: yes, it's a love love love! Addicted!

I got the chance to smell Valaya the other day (both on paper and on skin), and this is honestly about 95% Valaya to me. It doesn’t project as much and the sillage is pretty moderate, but the longevity... omg. I went to bed wearing it and could still smell it close to the skin at 11AM the next morning. I love Valaya, but I’m not about to pay $350 lol (maybe someday). This is literally less than a fraction of the price and smells almost identical to my nose. For the price, I really don’t mind reapplying during the day. It smells so clean, citrusy, musky, and angelic. Love it 🤍

Me gusta mucho. Voy por mi segundo frasco, me hace recordar mucho a Valaya. Es fresco, dulce y adictivo, he recibido muchos cumplidos cuando lo uso, incluso varias personas en la calle me han preguntado qué llevo! En cuanto a la duración, me lo coloco en la mañana temprano, pienso que ya no se siente, pero como 12 horas después alguien me dice que rico perfume o que bien huelo! Así que supongo que dura hasta 10 o 12 horas, en la ropa sí que queda impregnada hasta que la lavo. Realmente me encanta!

i just tried a sample of Valaya. it does smell identical to Valaya but Valaya after it settles, is so much more richer, deeper and more sophisticated and overall more balanced than Delilah Blanc. you can still pick up the nuances of the bergamot and the orange blossoms while Delilah blanc does not have all that fresh, citrus, fruity floral nuances - it is just musky and powdery in the end. it's a pretty good dupe nonetheless, but after smelling the real thing it's just argh why am i poor.

I'm not really a clean fragrance girl. I have D&G Light Blue and because of that Moshino I love love. Dylan turquoise another D&G dna. Recently got Narciso Pure Musc and took me a while to enjoy that. This... This is beautiful. Clean. Fresh. Yet a soft floral musk. I love it. When I've worn it had compliments. If you want to smell clean, classy but at the same time soft and feminine I definitely recommend this. It isn't soapy. It isn't like laundry. It really is a clean floral musk 🍋 🤍

So I've been debating on getting Delilah Blanc for almost a year now and I finally bit the bullet. It's summertime here in Los Angeles and I thought it's the best time to see what she's made of. All in all, she is a beautiful fragrance, doesn't last long. I'd say a good 4-5 hrs and she shines when layered!! Or maybe that's my preference. Refreshing white peach with sparkling citrus of bergamot and tangerine is just stunning and the dry down is very woody and musky on me, I adore her.

I blind bought this because I was feeling guilty every time I wore Valaya Exclusif.. unlike the Delinas and Cassilli, the fact that the perfume bottle is transparent lets me know exactly the damage I'm doing each time I spray it lol. I've never smelled Valaya OG so it's hard to know if these two are really identical, but it does smell similar to Valaya Exclusif. Is it as good as Valaya Exclusif? I would say no, but for the price it's an amazing deal and I will wear it without guilt!

I have never smelled Valaya so I can't comment on how similar it is, but this is a beautiful fragrance in its own right. In the opening it's a sparkling bergamot & juicy peach, then the lovely delicate orange blossom comes through. The base is a fluffy white musk. This is a perfect fresh clean scent that doesn't smell soapy. It's feminine and light...I feel like a playful yet demure water fairy when I wear it. Absolutely 10/10 for feeling refreshed on a hot summer day.

surprisingly, i love this one. i’m definitely more of a gourmand girl, but this is just so fresh and clean and great for hotter days. it’s a sweet, musky citrus with some really lovely florals. the sweetness is very light, and the musk is clean. i have a hard time with citruses, sometimes they come off like cleaning products to me. but this is just a juicy peach and bergamot with a tinge of orange. i think it’s fabulously done. longevity is good, and it’s strong IMO.

I LOVE Valaya but can’t justify the hefty price tag and Maison Alhambra rarely lets me down. Is it a 1:1? No. But they smell pretty damn close. The difference is hard to describe, It’s almost like the smell is the same but Delilah Blanc is lacking the sparkle Valaya has so it’s more of a flat profile but still lovely all the same. The projection and lasting power is also not as good as Valaya but considering it’s a 10th of the price I’m ok with that.

This is a great day time scent! I smelled Valaya in the store and was tempted to buy, but the scent was too casual for the price. I can’t compare the two from memory but from what I remember this is very similar. On opening it is very citrus heavy but gets into a fruity floral within a minute or two which I love. Definitely an easy reach a safe blind buy if you like sweet florals. I would wear this to the gym, work or casual days out

Wow! This is a light and pleasant scent. Well blended and addictive. I wore this everyday for 2 weeks. It had moderate longevity on skin, but lasts days on my cardigans!!!!! For me, I am really enjoying this scent. It makes me happy when I smell and wear it. I love citrus scents. The citrus remains through to dry down. The musk is well blended meaning it doesn’t stifle the fragrance or your nose.

This feels like fresh lilen & soft mornings. It is delicate, airy, and effortlessly feminine. It opens with a light citrusy - fruity freshness then turns into a soft floral heart. The dry down is a subtle vanilla and musk that sits close to the skin and feels soft, cozy, and comforting. It has that quiet luxury, clean girl feel and reminds me a lot of PDM Valaya Exclusive without the splurge. 🫧

this smells so soft citrusy fresh and clean. The Mandarin musk and Bergamot is the star.... white peach in the background....I love this and will forever keep in my collection... I haven't smelled the OG so I can't compare but this is my go to clean scent when I wanna smell fresh! update: finally got my nose on the OG and delilah is spot on imo!!!! i just wish it lasted longer than 3hrs on me😔

I have the OG Valaya which i used up way too quickly. It may be nose blindness but I don’t think the OG had great projection which was disappointing given how expensive it was. Nor does this one but I’ll stick with this. It’s a lovely fresh clean sparkly scent and at this price I don’t mind having to reapply it. Perfect for spring and fantastic value for money.
