wow wow wow i love this, can't believe how cheap this is ! a beautiful woody animalic (musks, cumin, indolic and leather ) gasoline like oud "accord" mixed with floral notes ( headione and rose) and some citruses on top, i can feel the saffron here clearly too. it feels like french perfumery that is dipped into eastern genre, funky (animalics,indole, resins) yet clean(ambroxan, florals, citruses, patchouli, clean woods) at the same time. dry down is woody musky powdery and is sweetened by tonka, I get the labdanum/resins in the dry down too. a gem for oud and oud "accord" lovers like me. the oud accord sightly reminds me of alexandria ii anniversary by xerjoff, indole+cumin mixed with woods gives it a very addictive funk. gasoline+leather+cypriol like accords also remind me of ombre nomad and nishane mana a bit. edit : with more wearings, this one reminds me of aoud (not amber aoud) by roja too, but i prefer l'ouds much woodier nature and more realistic oud accord, this one is less than 20$, that one is 700$. edit2: been wearing this for 11 days everyday nonstop because im in love with it , if you are into rose ouds, this cheap monster is a no brainer, woody animalic with juicy fruity rose effect, it got everything i look for in a rose oud even though the oud is just an accord (yet VERY similar to the real thing), its basically a cheap endgame ! i even prefer this ones overall smell in rose oud genre to oud maximus for example, this is sub 20$ for 100mls, that one is 700$ for 100mls !

L'oudh is very good, it has a pretty harsh opening which can be a bit much for some but the dry down is amazing, the projection is very good for the first 2-3h then its more of a intimate bubble, the scent lasts 8-9h on skin and days on clothes. The Rose and Wood mix so well in this, there's also a nice earthy sort of Jasmine incense smell that lingers in the back, its just sooo good. A lot of people say it smells like Dior Oud Ispahan, I can't confirm or deny as I have never smelt Ispahan BUT I have smelt Monbeau La Patron and this smells almost Identical to it, I'd say its about 96% similar. This is a very good fragrance, perfect for winter date nights.

I just got this today, and sprayed it in the car, and was like WOW! She stanks, but I like it. I sprayed it on my hand, and yeah she still stanks, and I like it a lot. I can't put my finger on what this reminds me of, but it's an 80's masculine powerhouse. In fact if you love masculine powerhouse fragrances chances are you will like this. It isn't all stank it does have a cleanness to it too that smells like an expensive bar soap, and the stank isn't that bad just enough to know it. EDIT: I figured out some fragrances this reminds me of: Bogart Witness, Bogart Furyo, a little Z-14, and maybe something I'm not sure about.

Today I'm layering this beauty with pure Indian oud, and the results are absolutely beautiful and mind-blowing, musky woody Indian oud mixed with animalics, woods and florals of l'oud in the air is one of the most intoxicating feelings i have ever experienced. This sub 20$ beast is the endgame synthetic oud fragrance, and no 500$ 600$ 1000$ "oudless" niche i have tried and owned can touch this thing.

Love the oud in this. This is a very oud and rose fragrance. Sillage is very strong and I'm sure longevity will be too. I really enjoy this one. Actually smells similar to aoud exclusif by mancera but this Actually smells cleaner. 9/10. I've noticed some say the opening is divisive. I actually enjoy the opening. Dry down is very good though. This has borderline beast mode longevity and perfomance.

This stuff is beast mode. It's heavy on oud and rose and labdanum. This lasts forever and is definitely challenging but I like it. Not your runoff the mill rose/oud for sure. For a 20 dollar fragrance this is very well made. 9/10.

#971 in my "Tour de Fragrance" First off, don't judge this by the opening. You really have to let it sit for fifteen minutes to really get the character of this scent which is woody with a mildly, not overly oriental rose, rounded off with saffron. Personally, some of the Middle Eastern scents that go wild with Turkish, Damask, I find nauseating, especially in close quarters, but this is fine if you meter the sprays to suit your surroundings. Good performance, great price. I wouldn't pay $475 for Dior Oud Ispahan, which I've only sampled in a decant. It was nice nice, but it was not THAT nice. This is dead center unisex. Expect compliments.

At the beginning, it’s so strong that I even got a headache from the scent >o. It’s really intense... based on reviews not really what I expected. If you overspray, people around you will probably dislike it because of the very strong and offensive scent cloud, it can become more pleasant later, just don't overspray it. The start is really bad, but as it dries down, it starts to get quite nice – the combination of rose and oud becomes much more pleasant and eventually perfect. It lasts a long time and holds its notes well.

This rose note, with its slightly decaying, almost overripe quality, amplifies a vintage character, adding a layer of complexity that prevents the fragrance from becoming overly harsh. This is unequivocally not a safe blind buy. It demands a certain appreciation for bolder, more unconventional scents, and especially for those with a penchant for intense perfumery. The combination of animalic notes, heavy labdanum, and indolic rose creates a powerful olfactory experience that is far removed from contemporary, mass-market fragrances. However, if you find yourself drawn to Middle Eastern oud and rose fragrances, L'Oudh may very well appeal to you, especially when used for layering. A word of caution: a light application is strongly advised. Subtlety will garner compliments, while overapplication is likely to attract unwanted attention.

edit: after two days its very nice. i got a shit ton of compliments from men and woman. i would also modify the rating from 5/10 to 8/10. still not the best but good first 10 minutes it smells awful, prepare for that. after that the woody rose takes over the chemical smell and it smells awesome. lasts for 8 hours or more. after 2-3 hours it still smells the same, than the rose gets lighter, and you can mostly smell wood original: honestly, not what i expected. got hyped asf, got it on sale for 15 euros. and hmmm,,, not the best. it has an extremely strong rose smell (thats the point of it tho), but it smells nothing like oud or any wood. it also smells kind of synthetic, you can tell that this is a fake (cant even call it clone). idk what others are saying, this just isnt the one. also, this is by no means a winter fragrance. if i would have to compair it, it smells like a flower shop. 5/10

Unsuccessful blind buy - I bought it just because it was on clearance for 8$ and I wanted something in the Dior like bottle without the Dior price tag...but the scent - oh boy - disgusting oud and nothing else - this can't be called a perfume even for the worst enemy. And it stays for days even with one spray and the power is nuclear. I'm selling my bottle in Europe if u're interested.

Will give it more time. But the first wearing my family agreed ( it is rare for them to be unanimous ) that it is NOT a keeper. Since I have now over 700 scents, I may find nice dark place for it to be there on the shelf.... will try again in few months. So far NOT recommended.

I got it today and I just tested it on a strip of paper but I'm not that keen. I would probably pass it on. I expected something smoother, this is quite harsh.

I thought after months of maceration it's going to turn into something closer to being pleasant. Nope. It smells like grandma's room on a hot summer day. And note that no one has opened the windows to ventilate that room. Headache inducing mess. Don't recommend buying it.

It's one of my worst blind-buys ever. Thanks God it is very cheap. It smells exactly like a bed mattress used by old people who have urinary incontinece. 95% pee + 5% some kind of saffron wannabe note. Horror!!

Blind bought this in one of my hauls being sure I was probably going to chuck it straight into a sell pile after reading these reviews but just wanted to know what how close it would be to oud Isaphan from Dior since I smelt that at a counter and enjoyed and Oh what a nice surprise it was actually loving this. This is a straight up, witchy/hippie scent. This is the smell of an occult store. It is an absolute beastmode fragrance. 1 spray on each arm is all you need to fill a room and once it dries down, have a scent cloud around you that lasts the whole day. This is not blind-buy safe for most people, you need to sample the og to know if you will like this DNA because it's that x10 and lasts wayyy longer. Spicy, Oudy, Incensensy, Witchy, Dark, Sexy. So happy this one gets to stay 🖤

Oud Palao by Diptyque has been a long time favourite, unfortunately it has been discontinued and I have been on a hunt for a replacement. This is surprisingly potent, long lasting and quite similar. Pleasantly animalistic and resinous. Almost leathery sometimes. Gorgeous scent, not a 100% clone, but close enough. I enjoy this combined with Bal a Versailles for a near Oud Palao experience. Unfortunately I have never tried Oud Isparhan by Dior, so I cannot compare. But overall its worth the money if you enjoy rose, sweet, resinous and animalistic scents. To me this is absolutely divine.
