Man black edition is a clone of mont blanc legend. Does a really great job and I really enjoy the scent. I'd highly recommend this one. You can wear this one just about anytime. Sillage and longevity are both pretty good. 8.5/10

Curiosity got the best of me again resulting in another blind buy. I'm not sure with this one. It wasn't exactly expensive so I wouldn't call it a loss but I would rather spend that money on something else. It's not bad but it will end up as just another bottle in my collection. Maybe useful when you don't know what to wear. It's sweet and fresh yet somehowe dark. I don't have anything to compare it with so all I can say that the smell is a bit generic, as if you know you've smelt this somewhere before. Might be one of those generic deodorants or shower gels. In conclusion :It doesn't smell cheap but it's smells ordinary, like nothing special but still not bad. I think it's an excellent beginner frag for younger people maybe who would like something a bit more serious but not too serious scent. Not as playful as most scents for young people are but also not serious enough for old farts like my self.

Not getting it. Bit disappointed with this one. This has a quite strong iris/violet opening and becomes very powdery and screechy. Not getting any woody notes at all. Longevity is there but I'm not sure I want it to!!! I'm not hating it, I probably don't understand what it's trying to be yet. I'll give it time though and report after a period of maturation. Hopefully the screechy elements will settle. At the moment though, I would not recommend. Edit 31/8: wearing it today and it is much better. The screechiness has eased off and it is actually quite pleasant.

I can see where it was trying to go with MontBlanc Legend but this smells like and I’m not even making this up but it smells like plastic fishing lures with Liz Claiborne Sport, smells metallic. I mean for the price $13 you can’t expect much. Just smells like a Dollar general clone fragrance
