Narissa Poudrée

I've not smelled the OG but this scent profile strongly reminds me of a fragrance worn in the 70s and 80s. Maybe a men's cologne.I can't quite put my finger on it. I do not get the sharpness that others have mentioned but perhaps that's from the vetiver and cedar combo. I get a very "powdery jasmine and orange blossom with a woody musk" vibe. I'm over 50 and can't see this being worn by a woman under 40. Unless they are incredibly secure in who they are and have a ***k everyone attitude. She's so sweet and fluffy. For some reason I find her to be comforting and will be wearing this to bed. For such a low price point I would have expected a linear scent but this little beauty has a bit of depth to her. Better than average longevity, projection and sillage. I am not one to shy away from overspraying but this girl needs a lighter hand. This is a 9.5/10 for me. Love.

I want to gatekeep this scent but it is so pleasant! This is the type of powdery skin scent I live for! It doesn't scream rose but instead a soft pink sweet flower, similar to peony but not quite peony. The amber and orange blossom notes in this makes this so addictive and alluring. If you have smelled the fragrance oil called sex on the beach but the smoother, less screechy formula they used in the early 2000s, you will get the scent profile of this, only its more powdery and more sweet but not in a sugar way. I see myself wearing this daily and especially during the spring and summer! It gives a luxurious woman in salmon pink silks for real! Edit: I am officially addicted to this! It is getting even better and I have been wearing this daily!!!!

I love this perfume! I've never smelled Narciso Poudrée, so I can't speak to the accuracy of the clone. But, this is my favorite bedtime fragrance! It's a beautiful powdery musk that layers nicely with the Being Frenshe lavender linen/body spray I sometimes use on my sheets at night. I don't even know if I've worn this in the daytime yet. At this point, I'm afraid it might make me drowsy, since I'm so used to smelling it before bed. 😆

First spray. Day 1: It was just OK. I let it sit for 2 months. Now, it smells fabulous. I think it's unisex but not beast mode. . . and that's great! I don't have anything in my collection that resembles this. The price is right and I love this fragrance.

From the first spray I sensed something just too sharp for my liking ...but I know well enough, if you don’t like Middle Eastern fragrance , just let it sit for a month ...and that is exactly what I’m doing ...stay tuned for an update !!!

I have tested it in a perfume store twice in different times, This fragrance is too sharp in top notes then moves to be settle down linear fragrance, I didn't sure if it's a dupe of "Narciso Poudree Narciso Rodriguez" but it's fragrance exactly like clean soap with a hint of flowers, I think the base notes was not very clear to my nose, maybe it's a light dupe or close to "Narciso Poudree Narciso Rodriguez" by 80%. Synthetic fragrance here is noticeable, In General, I advise anyone going to buy any of Maison Alhambra perfumes to macerate it from 2 - 3 mothes then start to use it, beacause the maceration make the pefrume ingrediants to be harmonizes together in most of Arabian perfumes. If you didn't smell this perfume before, I advise that you can't blind buy because this perfume not suitable for popular taste, I think you should smell it before, beacause you maybe find this perfume very soapy and you searching on other option contains more flowers or vanilla, on the other hand maybe you find it very light comparing it to the original "Narciso Poudree Narciso Rodriguez". Very close dupe but nos as beautifully blended/creamy as the OG poudrée queen!!!!!!!!!!! Something is missing! Not bad for the price what I do is I use this with poudrée cuz I'm extra!!!!!!!

Love this scent very feminine dry down which is soapy/powdery .. but it i good way smells like getting a warm hug Excellent price but not so much longevity on skin

Ooof, this is a scrubber for me. Instant headache and that’s pretty rare for me. I’ve never smelled the OG that it’s trying to replicate so I can’t speak to that. But it’s pungent, sharp, and smells very dated. Like something that would sit next to White Diamonds on my grandma’s vanity in the early 90s. Not for me.

I am reviewing this as a stand alone fragrance NOT a dupe because I have no knowledge of the Narciso it is supposedly copying. Thia is entirely out of my usual scent profiles I prefer. I usually go for warmer patchouli, amber, scents with plenty of depth but this was a blind buy out of sheer curiosity. I honestly adore her. She can be sharp and assertive in the initial spray but hang with her for a few minutes and she'll calm down into a lovely musky, powdery comforting scent soon. I find her inherently alluring and scentual (😜😁). I don't pick out any particular notes so I'm not sure how to describe her. Maybe something metaphorical?...she is just a vibe for me. She is the most plush downy blanket you can imagine being wrapped in- the softness caresses your skin in the most comforting way. You feel enveloped and safe. The calmness radiates into something more....this self assured confidence turns sensuous without even trying. You're simply relishing in your senses of the velvet blankets against your skin and embracing your natural soft femininity. Forgive me. I know these flowery reviews lack so much in terms of actual note knowledge. I usually don't leave them but with this one she just needed her vibe explained.

Purchased this through Amazon, which was still marketing it as peach. Well, other than the color of the bottle, there is no peach to be found here. Once the initial alcohol blast dies down, it is definitely a powder bomb. Mind you, I am not opposed to a good powder bomb. I wear Pillowtalk Poet by PinRose at least once a week, and it is a full-on powder bomb with the prettiest musk in the base. There are some florals in here that make themselves known at the one-hour mark. And, although it is not listed, I do get some black pepper at that point in the evolution as well, but nothing overwhelming. Into the drydown, the powder stays, but there is another note that stands out that I can't quite place from the notes listed here. It could be the type of musk used, I suppose. Unfortunately, that note puts this fragrance squarely in the little old church lady circa 1985 box for me, I am sad to say. I am hoping that I can layer it with a more youthful fragrance--perhaps something peach forward, that will make it more wearable. It's not awful, I just can't see myself wearing this on its own, and I'm in my early 50s.

Not a review but rather a question. I was pretty sure this was a dupe for Narciso Poudree, but as of right now the votes for familiarity are 22 for, and 42 against. So I'm curious about how this smells compared to Poudree, but nobody has given comparisons between the two in the reviews so far. If anyone who has smelled this could do it, it would be appreciated. Thank you.

I absolutely love this perfume! To me it smells like a powdery soap but in the most feminine way. It seems really elegant and nostalgic. I like clean scents so this 100% fits the bill for me. To me, everything and all of the notes settle down very nicely.

@autumnblue914 This is indeed similar to Narciso poudrée but like almost all clones they don't have the depth or longevity of the OG. It is more dusty and lacks the orange blossom note.

A goooooood dupe! Its a bit synthetic in the beginning but it does evolve to a pleasant and powdery scent. PERFECT for the winter days. Performance is good. Worth the cheap price!

Love at first sniff is hard to come by, but when you know you know 💘 Excellent dupe , the lasting power and projection are even better .

Is this the same as Narissa Peach?
