Olivia Blossom

Mine had to sit for several weeks but it’s starting to come together. When I first got it, it smelled like a weird mix of candied citrus fighting against rose patchouli and it was nauseating. But now I’m getting a nice rosy pink pepper opening that quickly turns into salty ice cream and black current. The patchouli is much more blended but always in the background. I’m gonna let it sit for longer to see if it gets any stronger because it’s not projecting much. I blind-bought this on clearance and overall I’m glad I got it because it’s starting to smell pretty nice.

Black currant! 😍 The vibes are a beachy outdoors boardwalk date. Salt from the sea🌊🧂, a fresh cut rose from a boy🌹, ice cream🍦, Tart gummy candies from the movies🎥, dry peppery wooden planks of the boardwalk. There are edges to this fragrance and you will get ALL the notes. I'm loving this tart fruity floral so far and it will get a lot of use in my warmer beachy climate. I know tartness may not play nice on some skin chemistry and turn sour so that's the only warning.

I liked it and I found something similar to HaNa of Masaki Matsushima in the opening. To this one it's different because Olivia Blossom has a salty end it's a bit sweeter. I liked it a lot and I find it a lovely floral spring-summer scent. I can smell the fruity and the florals, a light sweetness and touch of powder (or cashmeran..)with a pinch of salt. Luckily the patchouli is not standing out and I'm satisfied about it I've tried Olympéa Blossom in a shop and there was some similarity - the og is a bit sweeter and lasts more in this case (usually is the Maison Alhambra version that lasts more) I usually appreciate Maison Alhambra for the durability and projection of the scents - but in this case it hasn't a great projection and it lasts about 2-3 hours - after this time it becomes a skin scent - at least on my skin. The price it's so affordable one can spray a little more anyway ..

Overall pretty, safe, office scent inoffensive but to me very boring designer fragrance that you have smelled million times before if you are into perfume collecting. If you need something inoffensive for work space that will please everyone go for it. Weak performance as with most MA but for the price, can't complain too much. One thing about this particular MA fragrance is I keep smelling a lot of alcohol and it has been and hour.

Got this the other day! Fluffy ice cream which develops in beautiful fruity floral scent. Cannot comment on longevity or projection as I’ve worn it as a comfort scent around the house. Love it none the less a very good feminine budget friendly fragrance. A recommendation for sure

I absolutely love the salty base note in this scent. It smells better on skin that in the air to me. Also I think it is well balanced. I am not a fan of rose at all but the other notes balance it well!! I shall wear this more now whilst we still have a summer.

At first spray...alcohol. I was so sad, but about 30 minutes later it was so much nicer. I bought it blind. Maybe it got separated in shipping? Dried down floral with a hint of ice cream, and I actually like it. The price was great.
