Tem cheiro de casca de limão com "mato" — me lembra um pouco citronela ou eucalipto. Confesso que não curto tanto esses primeiros minutos. - A Evolução: Depois de 10 a 15 minutos, a mágica acontece. Vira um suco de limão com cheiro de grama molhada de orvalho, bem fresca. No final, ele fica mais apimentado e com um toque de lavanda, mas sempre mantendo esse limão gostoso. - Apresentação: O frasco é bruto! Pesado, bonito e com tampa magnética que dá um estalo satisfatório. ⏱️ PERFORMANCE & "MODO DE USO" Aqui eu não economizo: mando 12 borrifadas! #746 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Sauvage EDP on the back of my left hand. Salvo EDP on the back of my right hand. I'm a human, not a human-Schnauzer hybrid, so I'm sure someone will disagree, but to me this is 99.999% identical in the opening. Identical in the initial projection. 4 hours later, solid longevity from both. The Salvo has actually stayed citrusy. That's a neat trick I wish everyone would learn ("Better Living Through Chemistry!"). The Sauvage is a teensy bit more noticeable by lunchtime, but not enough to matter to me. At $20 vs $100 this is a no brainer. And unlike the Dior, which I am certain uses synthetic bergamot oil which always triggers a sneezing fit, this is apparently the real Calabrian item as it claims. A girlfriend's neighbor has the real deal growing in her yard and I can snort that all day and it doesn't bother my sinuses at all, and neither does this. I also have the Salvo Intense version not yet in the database here. I like the labdanum, pink pepper, cedar, elemi and geranium notes in the Intense version. But I like the nutmeg and anise in this more. They're different enough and cheap enough that it's worth getting both. At $20 a bottle I see no reason to choose between them. Alhambra did a good job here duping the Sauvage. They've also done amazing work with their PDM clones. The Tom Ford clones are not nearly as good, but not bad. But as "phpbb" rightly says below, the Alhambra "Avant" is a really poor attempt at cloning Creed "Aventus" that they need to just scrap and start over. We didn't need it with Mont Blanc "Explorer" and Afnan "Supremacy Not Only Intense" already out there to disappoint us.

[Salvo Intense Review] there's no Salvo intense page 1. Similarity to Sauvage EDP**: - Salvo Intense closely mirrors Sauvage EDP, capturing about 90% of its essence. However, there's a missing element that sets them apart. - Unlike Sauvage, which transforms into a projecting ambroxan metallic powerhouse, Salvo Intense maintains its initial character throughout its wear. It might warm up slightly but doesn't evolve significantly. 2. Projection and Longevity**: - Salvo Intense's projection is moderate. To make it noticeable, consider applying 4-6 sprays. - In terms of longevity, it holds up reasonably well for its price—around 7 hours. 3. The Missing Radiance**: - Sauvage EDP has that radiant metallic freshness in its dry-down—a signature that can fill a room. Unfortunately, Salvo Intense lacks this particular magic. 4. Overall Impression**: - On the fragrance scale, I'd rate Salvo Intense an 8.2 out of 10. - It's an excellent budget-friendly alternative for Sauvage fans. While it doesn't quite replicate Sauvage's full allure, it comes remarkably close. If you are on a budget but want "close enough to sauvage" for a fraction of the price grab this one. FYI its rated love because of the price but overall smell id consider like. Also keep in mind I do have Club de Nuit Urban Man Elixer which I do not like at all as it has a very overpowering note I cannot put my finger on maybe lavender? just gives me headaches, this one is x2 more accurate even though it does not last or project as long.

Comparison (Salvo EDP on left wrist 2025 Sauvage EDT on right): Salvo EDP: More lemon. Flatter smell. Lemon dominant. Still nice, but lemony version. Soap. Much lighter. Airy soap. Barely noticable pepper undertones. Quality is amazing just can be slightly more cloying with the bergamont. Breezey. The blue is light blue like a freshie cologne. Dior Sauvage EDT: Smooth Sweetness. Smoother soap with Ambroxan smell and pull of metallic blue. Is that the pepper? Much darker. Barely stronger. Both have decent sillage. Salvo EDP smells great. It's a little heavy on and more synthetic with the lemon. Just don't spray it on your neck! It has some pepper too, but not as much and not as refined and dark and blue and metallic as Sauvage... I donned 7 sprays once than 8 sprays the second time and had a nice night out. It really only needs 3-4 sprays. I let it macerate a week. I think it was more cloying with the extra sprays... It's not that weak, it's pretty decent, the airier lemon also makes it harder to smell. I'd only spray one extra spritz of this compared to Sauvage. Salvo EDP is overall brighter. But from the bottle, both smell almost exactly the same.

I’ve been SUPER impressed with both of my Salvo (EDP & Elixir) clones - easily lasting 12-16 hours. The Salvo EDP (clone of Dior Sauvage EDT) maintains the bright citrus bergamot for at least 4 hours, while the pepper, lavender, & nutmeg start to shine within 30-45 minutes. The vanilla & ambroxan base becomes dominant about 10-12 hours in. Nevertheless, at 18+ hours, I can still smell everything but the bergamot on my chest. Projection was weaker than Sauvage (which can fill up a room) but was still palpable at 4-6 feet even after 6 hours. I can’t comment on silage. The bottle is excellent and really fills the hand. The magnetic cap is a high-end finish. The atomizer is the worst part - it’s only spraying 14” and the dispersion is pretty concentrated. If you don’t give it a solid push, you’ll get 4-6” of spitting drops - but I could see someone using that as a feature. For the $18 I paid on Amazon, it’s hard to cash this anything but a 10/10.

Powerful bergamot citrus opening with lingering notes of lavender and ambroxan. Many people compare this to Dior Savauge and I have to disagree. While that fragrance is probably the most mass appealing scent of the 2020s by far, it just spelled like a sophisticated bubblegum fragrance. This however feels more authentic and less try-hard than Sauvage. It’s as exciting as it is mellow and has a clean spicy-citrus and woodsy feel to it. As a person that loves the autumn season I personally would deem this closer to the spring and summer side of the calendar. While it’s more of a day frag to me, I would also wear it at night as well. Do what you want with your bottle. The value is crazy good in comparison to designer fragrances. Madison Alhambra really delivered with this one. Shout out to the UAE from the USA.

Very clean and professional smell. Smells like camphor with lavender and citrus mixed together which is pleasantly good for office. The opening is citrusy and it slowly settles down to be a smooth costly room fresher smell that is not overpowering. Lingers on clothes for 12 hours and 6-7 hours on skin. I'd rate this a super safe blind buy even for someone just getting into perfumes (Unless you prefer floral or musky/woody notes in your perfume). if you want to get the best of this, I'd advise 2 sprays on your shoulders and 2 on each side of the neck to get maximum out of the fragrance.

Anise, clove, lavender, and ambroxan. So nice. Then there’s the citrus top note, which makes it feel weaker, but also makes it even better for office wear. Since it’s from an Arabic house, the spice notes are very sharp, in a good way. It’s different from French or British-style spices, which usually feel more mellow and higher quality. For $20, this is so good. The value-to-quality ratio is fantastic. Don’t buy this thinking it’s going to fully replace the OG, but the value is definitely there. I randomly blind-bought it purely because it was $20, and I’m glad I did. 8/10

This is a very good cheaper option to Sauvage, they are very similar to my nose. For the price of this, it is worth it in my opinion. I do however notice that the performance is not very good, I would say 3 to 4 hours, and if I overspray, it can get too intoxicating. Maybe after maceration the longevity will improve? It's left to be seen. Maybe it's just my skin chemistry, but nevertheless this is a good fragrance from Alhambra, close to the original. I recommend.

I love the smell of Salvo EDP. To my nose, it is a spitting image of Sauvage EDP but a bit fresher and on my skin it does project better than most designer fragrances do (looking at you JPG). I got my bottle a little more than a week ago and I am not getting the monster performance in terms of longevity that some others are commenting here. On my skin it lasts around 5-6 hours now. How long have you left your bottle to macerate to get such awesome performance?

I sprayed Sauvage in my right arm and this in my left arm, and it's incredible how close they are. The OG imo is a little bit spicier, more crispy and detailed, while Salvo is a little more 'soapy' and 'clean', but basic. 90% similarity imo. Longevity was surprisingly better in the dupe, as I was still able to smell it in my arm 9-10h later, as the OG I lost the smell for around 8-9h. Worth it every penny.

I dislike Sauvage due to its dusty, peppery smell, but Salvo is basically the same Sauvage scent, just juicy and fruity instead. Needs maceration, though. Straight out the box it's not going to smell complete. It's gonna be bad, but let it rest and it'll change. In my experience, most Lattafa scents need at least a week or two after initial spraying to fully bloom into their final form.

If you like the sauvage dna and on a budget, just get this. This leans slightly more citrusy and is more mellow than og sauvage, which makes it even more versatile, while still capturing that DNA. Really decent longevity on my skin giving around 5-6 hrs. Even longer on clothes. I have not macerated the fragrance yet. Will see how it turns out. It's already good as is now out of the box.

This is Sauvage EDT for 1/4 of the price. Smells like bergamot/ambroxan heavy peppery shower gel, smells very clean. It has very good sillage and longevity. People say mid performance but i dont agree, it has a lot of ambroxan, you go easily nose blind. Don’t overspray. Also i gotta add, it smells quite synthetic and harsh too so it might give headaches as well.

Although I dislike this direct copying of bottle and name designs that Maison Alhambra does, I have to commend them for the magnetic cap and overall bottle. The scent is very close, almost identical to Sauvage EDT, but less smooth. Even after maturation, this does not last that long but projects quite well. For about 15 euro this is a very good alternative.

Nunca que este perfume foi fraco , eu gostei , silagem boa e fixação excelente , uma bergamota cortante de início que logo fica um aroma alavandado e especiado , o ambroxeline é aconchegante , só elogios , ah pra não me esquecer , respondendo ao Hookedon, Salvo não é inspirado no Sauvage EDP e sim no EDT.

I've tried both salvo's aside from the elixir. Both of the ones I have are very strong. After maceration in surprised at the performance being so good at this price point. I'd highly recommend the whole line. Only reason I don't own the elixir is because I already have asad.

I like this version more than the intense. Better presentation, better magnetic cap, better smell. The intense version smells lighter than this, but maybe it projects more- who knows. Paying <20 to be able to wear out a Sauvage-esque is a nice experience.

@Bluestar48 Completely agree, I have the salvo intense version but same issue, that one note completely ruins it for me and without it I wouldn't bother dior sauvage but because that note is in there I pretty much never wear this one ever.

Fantastic dupe. Fraction of the price. May need a while to mature. As a female , I don’t just love to smell this on a man, but I do wear this as well. It’s fresh. It’s aromatic and an easy grab.

Strong pepper mixed with Bergamot, dries down with a distinct Star Anise and Nutmeg before the Vanilla. Ambroxan consistent through out. Strong and steady, this is an easy blind buy for me.

This smells like when you get out of the shower. Manly shampoo and lemon. Its simple, yet really good. Just an everyday gym/school fragrance. For 9€ an absolute steal. 7,5/10.

this smells amazinggg! very similar to sauvage edt. its long lasting and project beastly! need to get a backup bottle! it cost 11 USD in my country which is insane

Just got it today. 85% identical to Sauvage. Mid projection. Lasted 5 hours on clothes. Price was really cheap. If you are on budget, go for it.

For 16 bucks this is a great sauvage clone. With maceration this gets better and so does the longevity. 8.5/10

This is great for the price. 15 euro. Had it on yesterday. Plenty of performance. Good 8 hours on my skin.

No need to buy Dior Sauvage when this exists, save your money!

My most complimented fragrance.

This is Sauvage's kid brother. In every respect, it tries to keep up with its older sibling and just falls a bit short. While it's very reminiscent of it's big brother, it's not quite as rich in complexity. Nevertheless, it's still a better than good and is just as diverse. It's a solid option if you are looking for a more affordable dupe that will cater to all occasions and situations. That being said, it is just not quite as impressive as the original. Sure, the older brother is a bit played out for many but it is still a Hall of Fame fragrance that many others are measured against. Nevertheless, folks are a bit weary with this HOFer and it's clones. It does suffer from oversaturation. And this overexposure does give Salvo one of it's few advantages. It's still different enough and toned down from the original to be a bit more tolerable for those who want this type of scent but desire a more reticent version. Personally, I am probably going to relegate it to a work/play/running around glaze. It's also a solid choice for a post workout scent. For the young guy needing an affordable date scent, it will happily get you by, but, when you can afford it, I would recommend something with a bit more complexity. When it comes to projection , where Sauvage is a 9-10, this is more of a 7-8. My skin is scent friendly and it's still radiating pretty decent nearly 6.5 hours after I first put it on (Update. It's been nearly 11 hours and I can still smell it on my t-shirt). It projects at about an arm's length or slightly better and it leaves just a whisper of a trail. It's perfect for work. If you are constantly interacting with others, this is a modestly strong scent that won't suffocate those around you. Another nice quality about this one is how it evolves real quick on the dry down and continues to do so throughout the day. Initially, it leans a bit more lemony and synthetic. But that tones down as it dries and flirts with smelling like it's big brother. Overall, for frag heads, it's a utilitarian scent that serves as a reliable alternative to the orignal and It really comes in handy as it offers you something cheaper to rely on while saving the more expensive sibling for more opportune situations. It's a very nice fragrance I enjoy but it isn't a heavy hitter. But for the price? It still does impress. And considering that and it being a scent that many feel has become a cliche', I am going to give this a 7.5/10 but with a strong recommendation at the below $20 price point. Again, I really enjoy this one.

I have had two bottles of Salvo, one I bought in 2023 and went through FASTER than I wish because it was sooo amazing. From the first spray, the citruses and ambroxan were dominant similar to Sauvage edt. 10 sprays of that batch would be equivalent to 4 of Sauvage, and for $19 that’s a steal. The scent was fairly linear with a solid vanilla spice in the dry down. Slight room filling capability, amazing projection for the first 3 hours (if you don’t smell it you have gone nose blind for sure. because you just as well might be choking everyone around you). That’s it for the 2023 prior batch. I got my next bottle, a 2025 batch i presume in June and it was very much disappointing. The spicy metallic ambroxan had been replaced by an almost chilling bergamot. During the initial sprays you’d have a synthetic feel which made evident its price point but eventually faded into the afore mentioned bergamot, lemon peel smelling, feel. The projection disappeared and it changed from a 8+ hour lasting fragrance to a mere 4. I pray to God that this bottle I bought was a gray market fake because I personally think it’s deluding for a company to turn such a hidden gem into such a mess. Maceration didn’t make the scent too better but it atleast made the bergamot smoother. I received quite a bit of compliments however, it wasn’t the fragrance I fell in love with so yeah... EDIT: 6 months after I left this review the scent has grown to something I much appreciate than I did. It’s a very soapy and clean scent. Inoffensive, office and school safe, performance is average, but it’s a compliment getter. People appreciate how clean you smell. Considering buying another bottle. Now I can afford the real sauvage and I still want this in my wardrobe.

I've had this frag for a while now . I blind bought the entire salvo series from Maison Alhambra because I like the brand and I'm also a big fan of sauvage. The opening is waaaay louder than the original and waaaay sharper. It almost doesn't smell anything like the original at first and you can really tell it's a dupe. After a while it settles down and smells closer to the original minute after minute but ... with a lot of differences. It's not as rich , not as good and you can really tell it lacks the quality. Even I can tell with my horrible untrained nose but...... again ..... you could pull this off anyway because once it becomes a skin scent ( which happens quickly) they are very similar. Look , considering the price , it's ok . It's not my favourite clone/ dupe but if you want a sauvage on a budget than go for it. If you want a more serious clone , you'll have to pay more obviously. A decent clone in my opinion is ventana by armaf amongst many others out there.

after letting it maturate for 5-6 months, i mean i sprayed it 3-5x and let it SIT for that long; the blend is wayyy smoother, and the smell is super similar, to if someone smelled it on you they’d assume it’s sauvage. however the longevity still isn’t on par with the OG, however it’s not terrible (6-7h instead of 8-9) but for the price, i don’t think you can beat it. i don’t like sauvage, and i’ve hardly even reached for this, so this definitely will stay in my collection, rather than me go spend $70-80 on the OG and truly never reach for it.

This cologne is a 90% match to the original DNA. In my opinion, Maison Alhambra is crafting the best clones coming out of the U.A.E. right now. I've tried other brands that attempt to clone Dior Sauvage, and none of them come close to the accuracy of this Salvo. Performance-wise, I get a solid 7-8 hours of wear, whereas the original lasts a good 10-12 hours on my skin. But hey, for $20, what are you going to complain about? The quality of the scent and the longevity you get for the price is way above what I'd expect. This is a great deal.

It ́s my first review on fragrantica, and i needed to do it because this perfume is simply amazing. The first time i smelled Dior Sauvage EDT was in a night out with friends and one of them was wearing it. When i smell this perfume it reminds me of that same night 3 or 4 years ago. So if you are trying to get a clone of Sauvage EDT this is the way to go. To me it smells the exact same, i dont have the original to compare but i dont even need it after buying this one. If you like sauvage you wont regret this one.

Take regular Sauvage, make it less peppery and metallic smelling, and soften the rest of the notes a bit with a smoother smelling musk. That's pretty much Salvo in a nutshell; not an exact dupe of Sauvage, but a more well rounded and less obnoxious version of it. This one had an odd reaction with my body chemistry, so I wound up giving it to a coworker who liked Sauvage. This is now his daily work fragrance, and it actually smells better on him than it ever did me. C'est la vie I suppose. :-)

Ayoo spray it on cloths, I got rashes from this on skin. Might be my STD. While the blend can come off a bit harsh and synthetic at times—like someone mixed too much in the lab—it’s still a decent option for those who want Sauvage vibes without the Sauvage price tag 80% the same as the original. Might be bad only on my skin, If you're looking for a budget dupe, this is certainly... one of them. Just don’t expect compliments—unless you count people complimenting the fresh air after you leave

#22 Review of My Fragrances Collection Its a dupe of Doir Sauvage EDT its quiet good cheap fragrance tho and good for the price. At the opening you will get citrus and then come the lavender and the vanilla. The projection and the longevity is moderate. I get it at Rp215.000 (13 Dollar). If you are still in Highschool or College its really good for the price, you can wear it everyday. Scent: 7/10 Longevity: 6/10 Projection: 6/10 Price Value: 8.5/10

This is like an older batch of Sauvage EDT, slightly darker than the current batches of EDT. Scent is pretty much 1:1 though this one focuses more on the citrus and has a bit less ambroxan. If you love sauvage this is probably one of the best options along with Ventana, though Ventana is much more similar to Prada Carbon. I got it for $22, not worth it over $35 imo, also this is better than Urban Man Elixir so don't even bother with that one.

I don't know what's the difference between edp and edp intense. However edp intense is great, not the same quality as dior but 90-95% of that, it's very cheap so you can't blame. Normal people will not tell the difference between dior and this, good clone. One thing as always in Maison Allhambra, I hate copying flankers 1:1 of original, make your own and it's gonna be perfect!

Reminds me of Dior sauvage EDP, surprisingly smooth fragrance, it is loud for the first hour, but unluckily I cant smell it after 4 hours, I don't mind for the price, the bottle design is nice and has a magnetic cap, the spray could be better but again, you get what you pay for

Bright, confident, and young vibration. 12 USD lately. Maybe it's not exactly Sauvage but it's cheerful and energising. Still, Salvo with its teen/college boy vibe (Sauvage and its clones are so ubiquitous) and sporty blend is all a bit locker-room year 2020.

Cheap, similar Sauvage DNA, lasts 5-7 hours on me depending on how much I spray/ temps... and is great at the office. I would rate this an extremely safe blind buy and a great value overall. This has gotten me the same amount of compliments as Sauvage EDT

Dior sauvage severim fakat artık biraz corny kaçtığı için orijinaline o parayı veresim gelmedi. (2021 yılında edp versiyonunu almıştım.) Bu kokuyu seviyorsanız fakat o kadar para vermeye değer görmeyip yine de bulunsun diyorsanız mükemmel bir klon.

Good value for the price basically Sauvage edt with better longevity at the cost of a cheaper smelling blend, if you like Sauvage and want to spray crazy buy it. If you want a high quality long lasting version go for urban man elixir

It opens with a strong smell of bergamot and then switches to a stronger lavander scent, and it also has some sweetness. I could say it's 60% lavander and 40% bergamot. If you don't like these smells, don't buy it.

Smells pretty similar to Sauvage. For the price, this is totally worth it. You get an 80-90% similar fragrance with slightly poorer performance (but still good) for just a fraction of the price.

Wow... this is insanely good for the price. You can pick up a 30ml of this for under 10$. And it smells really good too. It definitely has that fresh spicy smell.
