Wow! This is amazing! I have never smelled Zen from Shiseido but this is just gorgeous! As far as the middle eastern fragrance trend of late, this one isn’t spoken of often! It’s a hidden gem! It’s not overly gourmand or sweet. It’s extremely elegant and universally pleasing! This is a grown sophisticated woman’s fragrance! I’d say it could be unisex but definitely is feminine leaning. It smells way more expensive than what I paid for it! It has a fantastic sillage, but I am just trying it now so I can’t speak to longevity yet. Honestly, if I had discovered this sooner, I may not have felt the need to purchase the hundreds of other fragrances I have purchased! This is that good to my nose!! I didn’t need to let this mature for months either! I just opened it yesterday and already am head over heels! This is also a fragrance that will smell amazing in any season, any occasion, day or night! It’s close to perfection for me!! I’m grabbing a back up immediately !! Edit- wore this out to dinner tonight and received compliments! I was surprised because I couldn’t smell it on myself, but apparently people around me definitely could! So, I guess I go noseblind. So, don’t worry, others can definitely smell it!

#1253 in my "Tour de Fragrance" I ordered this for a girlfriend who is a fragrance enthusiast, working full time, going to junior college on a very tight budget. I get her a new fragrance once a month so she doesn't feel so deprived. I remember all too well what it was like going to college, working full time, being too broke to eat anything but Top Ramen, let alone buy cologne. I bought this based on the reviews, and of course wanted to test it out myself before handing it over. This is a really nice scent for women. Not girly, not granda juice, not your typical vanilla bomb, and not repulsively floral. She's very enthusiastic about iris in her scents, so I think she'll love it.

An unusual creature. Fresh and fruity in the opening (without being childish), but earthy and grounded in the dry down, with the fruits lingering throughout to give this some sweetness and tartness. The florals in it are powdery but not dominating, and serve to soften the tartness of the citruses and fruits. The patchouli combined with the pine and cedar give forest floor without pulling masculine. The incense isn’t smoky, but leans more woody and resinous. I have seen some comments that this smells like petrichor and I can certainly perceive this accord as one facet of this fragrance. This is lovely.

This is a very comforting and calming scent. One of my favorites to apply after a hot relaxing shower. The tea note is not listed but very much there. The pineapple is not overwhelming as that note tends to be normally. Very nice scent that can go anywhere.

Very similar to Chanel Coco mademoiselle. The most prominent notes are the citruses, especially the grapefruit, the pineapple is also there but not overpowering . The patchouli is also prominent and gives the fragrance an earthy and aromatic accord. The purple florals adds a hint of powder while the lily of the value makes it clean and a bit soapy. Great fragrance for the summer. Very good projection, do not overspray.
