Was gifted a small decant sample on another purchase. To my nose is is where TL Ombre Leather meets TF Tuscan leather meets TF Tobacco Vanilla. I feel it's pretty good. Scent is bold and loud and pronounced. Leather is suede like and pretty smooth. Styrax is pretty prominent. I thought I smelt some incense and there seems to be tobacco too. Will be a good buy for the prices it's going for now and this is easily deserves a 4.2 and up rating for being a twist of Ombre Leather/TFTV/TFTL. Surly it's Hybrid but this is special because it's not totally OL but guys who like this OL will like it and its so musculine and sexy. More frequent wears will probably make me like this better perhaps. But definitely Bottle worthy. I think you guys should try this or at least get a decant to try. I don't think this is expensive because it cost like 45 sgd here but not readily available anywhere as this brand still not a lot of places carry. Easily a 8-10 hours longetivity on this. First Maison Asrar test and I'm impressed.

This is an amazing winter fragrances. It is elegant and has a great mix of leather and floral/vanilla notes. It lasts forever on clothes and projects for a decent amount of time. I love the dry down of this with the transformation from the strong leather notes into the softer, sweeter notes of musk and vanilla. For me, its quite versatile: I get complements wearing it to both formal and informal occasions. It leans very masculine in the opening, however the dry down could stretch to being slightly feminine. Great addictive, elegant fragrance.

An obvious nod to Tom Ford’s leather, though two steps below in terms of refinement and blending. But it has a high-quality scent and is better than the attempts by Maison Alhambra or Lataffa. As it dries down, I detect a slight animalic note, but it’s pleasant. In short, a great fall & winter purchase at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended.
