Ts is lowkenuinly goated. I tried all 3 Myslf and didn't like either as much as Rey. It changes something to make it smell less synthetic and more pleasant than YSL. Mediocre longevity, but thats how it should be with nice smells. Ysl's aren't beasts either if you haven't tried. One of the 5% hidden gems For the smell: Smooth airy floral/clean vibe. Cant really pick out notes sticking out like a sore thumb, everything is well mixed together

Reading thru these reviews shows me that everyone's sense of smell is different. One person says this doesn't smell like myslf at all and to them its dead on with scandal. Now for my nose I have Myslf edp myslf parfum, scandal edt and scandal le parfum. To me Rey is 50/50 myslf edp and parfum. It has the fruity opening of the edp and the powderiness of the parfum. I don't get any iteration of scandal. Thanks for reading

I’m on the hunt for alternatives to YSL MYSLF Le Parfum. Rey Maison Asrar is the hybrid of Myslf Edp + Myslf Le Parfum. However, it’s leaning a little bit towards Myslf EDP with a little bit more creaminess and sweetness that you won’t find in Myslf EDP. Safe to say, that this could well be my signature scent. Performance-wise, Rey outperforms Myslf EDP but not better than Myslf Le Parfum.

I heard Rey is a cross between Myslf edp and myslf le parfum and with better performance. I had to have it. I bought it and on first wiff boy o boy The things I've heard were spot on. I sprayed it 15 times put it back in the nice packaging and shelved it. I'm excited to see what maceration may bring? If anything changes I'll definitely be back for an edit on this.

I will wear this till I die. This is the greatest fragrance in existence. Smells really close to ysl myself and is such a clean scent. The second I run out I will buy another one. Even though the DNA is popular GET THIS it’s amazing. Good for any occasion and any weather. I highly recommend getting this. 9.7/10

honestly a masterpiece. If a niche house took this juice and put it in a bottle people would pay $500+ for it. It takes all the best parts of YSL Myself edp, le parfum, and absol and blends them all together. Idk how but its great. Last at least 6-8 hours and projects for the first 3 strong

Just opened a brand new Rey. The atomiser is really good, and the opening is amazing. Reminds me instantly of Myslf. No comments on the performance, but I have high hopes for how this develops on the drydown. The box and bottle are nice too.

just get it, great sent. a solid athletic 79 overall shooting guard off the bench, possibly a starter. definitely get if you like ysl myself.

This and La Di Da are 95% the same, both are complete bangers and both are not close to ysl myslf edp

After a full week of wearing this I can assure it's goated for the hot ass weather in Malaysia

A very mass appealing scent. It is in the MYSLF vein, but doesn't clone any of the versions 1:1. I'd say it's a mix of the EDP and Le Parfum, with some added freshness. The opening is fantastic. Smells fresh, clean, and manly. It sadly gets a bit worse in the dry-down in my opinion, revealing a slightly off-putting note, which I can't describe with words. It doesn't ruin the scent though. Performance is average. I haven't experienced this lasting for more than 4-5 hours. Good performers last days on clothes, this lasts hours. I prefer this to Rasasi Hawas Thunder. That one performs better, but smells lower quality. That one's going more for L'Absolu. Compared to La Di Da, this one's almost the same - I actually prefer the smell of this. If the performance gets better, this will be a love instead of a like.

I've worn this for a couple of months and I like it as a scent. I haven't tried any YSL flankers but this smells amazing on its own. The citrus opening is present only when I wear 'neutral' lotions which sometimes aren't best for moisturising for me. Regardless, the dry down comes on very quickly to this vanilla Tonka powdery scent. I initially was skeptical on whether I could wear it because I'm not so into gourmand fragrances but this still smelled great to me. The longevity is amazing too, no kidding I can smell it on my clothes the next day. As a skin scent it lasts around 6 hours. Only drawback is that it doesn't have too much sillage in my experience. 8/10

This and Arabiyat Prestige both have the sane exact notes and smell identical. Now to my thoughts on the scent profile 8/10 smells amazing for what it is. Projection isn't that great 6/10. Sillage about a 5/10. Mind you I am a person that love my powerful scents and this isn't that. I've worn this fragrance 3 times and the most I've gotten is a good 3-4 hours before becoming a real close skin scent. I'd suggest carrying a decant if that's not a good amount enough of a time frame. On cloths definitely getting right at 5-6 hours if you spray heavy. Fragrance is very subjective this is just my thoughts on this particular one.

Loud cloying opening on initial impressions. Lots of vanilla creamy vibes. Did not get much myself edp vibes other than some orange blossom trying to peak through the overpowering sweetness. Fast forward 2 weeks. The opening has mellowed out a ton. 70% EDP 30% le parfam. Definitely more of a date night or special Occasion scent that strikes the balance of the edp and parfam of myself. Will continue to use OG edp as my daily and this as a special Occasion/ date night scent.

This is a versatile, clean, fresh scent. It is not unique or challenging, but neither is the cologne it's aping. It has a faint unpleasant smell in the far drydown, but you'd have to put your nose right up against your skin to notice. I was able to pick this up for under $20 & it's an easy recommendation at that price.

I have tried the myself parfum but Nvr trued the edp don’t like the parfum feels it’s quiet fem leaning But this for is nice and dint remind me of the parfum Opening great more fruity not in a over sweet way but more creamy fruit not so spicy or pepper def a great pick up so far decent average 5-6 hour drag

Last 6-7 hours and 1-2 hours of projection this is more fruitier and less powdery. If your looking to a Myslf clone/dupe, Id say get La-di-da by arabiyat Prestige instead. If your looking for a more unisex one go for this. 9.2/10.

This is either a re-formulation or a mistake by Joma, but this smells identical to Scandal, not even close to MYSLF. It doesn't smell bad and it performs well but don't expect MYSLF vibes or DNA with this one.

Had to get this on my shelf alone just for the bottle but the scent is relaxing uplifting clean fresh similar ti ysl myslf but not as femine

Very nice versatile, inoffensive, sweet winter fragrance. Haven't smelled MYSLF but this was a good blind buy that I enjoy a lot. 3/5

One of my first dupes. Had to let it macerate because it first it didnt smell good but afterwards its very similar to YSL myself

Rey is inspired by MYSLF with amazing performance but very affordable 👌

Monblanc Legend Spirit is more accurate

for the price, this fragrance is very high quality. One of the greatest openings ive ever been blessed to smell honestly but unfortunately that opening goes away quickly and goes to a much more sweet powdery type fragrance. certainly body wash esque in a good way. Its a representation on one of my favorite scent profiles being ysl's myself, but unfortunately it does not do it justice. it is much much more similar to that of ysl myself le parfum which is much more powdery, and when i wear this fragrance, powder is the main thing i smell. it simply isnt juicy enough to be for me in my youthful age of 15. however i can see a buisiness man in their 40s in a press confrence with nasa killing it wearing thsi fragrance. It smells like orange cake thats been toned down with vanilla. very designer. pretty good honestly but not sweet enough to be a gourmand and not nearly fresh or juicy enough to be a fresh fragrance. scent: 7/10 if youre in school or your early 20s, 9/10 if youre a grown ass man projection: 10/10, not overbearing but does lightly fill the room and if you spray this 4 times like i reccomend you will be heard longevity: too long. 6/10. if you have zero fragrances and you want a cheap masterpiece to rock that projects well and lasts long this is the one, but if you have lots of fragrances and you dont wanna be cursed by only wearing one all day then this is not the one for you. certainly mass appealing and great presentation and quality for the price.

Bought this based on the good reviews. It doesn't smell bad, but it's definitely a scent from the YSL Y family. It also reminds me a little bit of Versace Eros. I will let it sit for weeks and revisit it later.

This fragrance definitely has that ysl myslf opening but once it dry down, it changed to a generic powdery kind of smell. The original is still better

Maison Asrar Rey opens surprisingly well. Great atomiser and bottle presentation. The scent opens with geranium and tonka combination that gives it a strong YSL MYSLF EDP or Parfum vibe....clean, modern, slightly sweet and very easy to like. Pepper and musk begin to appear in the middle, adding a sharper masculine edge. Unfortunately, the fragrance falls apart in the base. The note pyramid lists ambergris and vanilla, but I get a heavy mix of mate, patchouli and ambergris instead. The creamy vanilla is almost nonexistent. The drydown vaguely resembles Prada L’Homme, but with black pepper and mate dominating everything. The opening made me want people to notice the fragrance. A few hours later, I was hoping nobody came close enough to smell it. On clothes, it mostly leaves behind geranium and pepper. A promising opening ruined by a rough, bitter and strangely unfinished drydown. I don't think maceration is going to help lift this fragrance because the fixatives blend with the base first and those notes are not good enough.

Got it for $25 and it smells like a $25 fragrance. This isn't Myslf. This is one step up from those fresh blue sweet fragrances on the generic fragrance shelf at TJ Maxx. You're better off waiting for the real thing to hit discounters or just saving for it if you really want it. Or just buy one of those Jean Marc Paris fragrances at TJ Maxx.

Haven't smelled Myslf edp or parfum so this is a total blind buy. Like ive said in my other posts. I allow all my clone/middle eastern scents to sit for about a month to month and a half before i give a review. Rey is great off the rip, super sweet, fresh, light, inoffensive, slightly fresh spicy. Definitely get that mandarin orange coming through too. If only that opening stayed with the fragrance... Id say for the first 45 min to hr that great opening projects about an arms length. Then after that it goes into this super basic tonka base and barely projects more than a skin scent for 2-5 hrs. Stays on clothes till next day as in intimate scent. I have hope that letting it sit will help. Ive heard that some of these clones really take a good amount of time to mature and increase performance. In conclusion, Rey is a cost effective great scent that projects and lasts for a good hour to hour and a half. In my opinion, im glad its in my collection, but at this point i will just go ahead and buy myslf parfum. If performance were better, Id have no reason to purchase the real deal.

This is indeed a great version of myslf le parfum, on my nose, the vanilla note is kinda low quality compares to the OG so it is kinda ruin the whole fragrance. My first impression of this is it reminding of synthetic grape smell, the drydown is decent, not too mass-appealing and blindbuy safe on my nose. I would prefer Myslf or Myslf Le Parfum anyday, the longetivity is meh, projects for like 1 hour and almost-to-no skin scent in 6-hour mark. Not blindbuy safe and if you live in SEA expect to pull this on hot days like Myslf, you wont.

Honestly I've found this to be damn near a 1 to 1 with Ysl myslf Le parfum instead of what people say about Ysl myslf EDP. I've done some research and most people would say this leans towards EDP, but what they don't understand is that Rey's notes are similar to Parfum with the vanilla. To me, this is just a definitely banger. 10/10 smell. Signature scent for special occasions or date nights for sure.

I got this for my husband, and his (and my) favourite fragrance on him is YSL Myslf Le Parfum. This is definitely that DNA. It feels lighter, possibly more like the EDP YSL? A lovely fresh & clean male fragrance, I feel it’s good as an everyday alternative to keep the YSL for night or special occasions, I find it quite addictive like the Myslf.

closer to the original's quality than zimaya itqan noir, but personally i do enjoy them both equally. got on jomashop black friday for $20, but anything under $30 is a no brainer still for this quality. maison asrar are top tier clone house
