Coeur de Oud

Animalic myrrah, & the heart of jasmines... I don't know i just can't define if this is oud! it's more of a castoreum, myrrah, and musk with the heart of jasmines, a touch of patchouli, pinch of civet, & sandalwood cedar powder forming a leather dense. When i first sampled this few months back i thought it was the worse of the line, but now i just realized how pretty this mix is with that oudi like! oh wait... i guess i can sense some oud in here, and not the European style one that you can find in "Royal Oud" by Creed, but the very Arabian style oud! but it remains a whiff cause within the full sniff i just get an incense myrrah powdered woods and honestly i very much think it is oud. After all, this blend is pretty interesting, and beautiful.

i can't clock what it was, maybe the leather, but something about this was immediately very strong and offputting. a musty, pungent scent i personally found unpleasant. cedar notes are quite aggressive off the top and only subside a little after drying. not for me, i'm sorry!
